नई दिल्ली: दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल को राउज एवेन्यू कोर्ट से बड़ा झटका मिला है। अदालत ने शराब घोटाले मामले में उन्हें 15 दिन की न्यायिक हिरासत में भेज दिया है। आज उनकी ईडी रिमांड खत्म हुई थी। ईडी ने कोर्ट से केजरीवाल की न्यायिक हिरासत की मांग की थी, जिसे अदालत ने मंजूर कर लिया। ईडी ने कहा कि अरविंद केजरीवाल का रवैया सहयोग वाला नहीं रहा, वो ईडी को गुमराह करने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं। सुनवाई के दौरान आम आदमी पार्टी के कई बड़े नेता भी मौजूद रहे। इस मामले से जुड़े बड़े अपडेट्स यहां जानिए।

28 मार्च को कोर्ट ने बढ़ाई थी ईडी की रिमांड
बता दें कि दिल्ली की राउज एवेन्यू कोर्ट ने 28 मार्च को सीएम केजरीवाल की रिमांड चार दिन के लिए बढ़ा दी थी। इससे पहले 21 मार्च को ईडी ने अरविंद केजरीवाल को उनके आवास से गिरफ्तार किया था। ईडी ने उन्हें 22 मार्च को अदालत में पेश किया था। इसके बाद कोर्ट ने उन्हें 6 दिन की कस्टडी में भेज दिया था।

➤ दिल्ली की राउज एवेन्यू कोर्ट ने अरविंद केजरीवाल को 15 अप्रैल तक न्यायिक हिरासत में भेज दिया है। ईडी ने अदालत से 15 दिनों की न्यायिक हिरासत की मांग की थी।

➤ अदालत में पेश होने से पहले अरविंद केजरीवाल ने मीडिया से बात करते हुए पीएम मोदी पर निशाना साधा। उन्होंने कहा कि पीएम देश के साथ अच्छा नहीं कर रहे।

➤ दिल्ली की राउज एवेन्यू कोर्ट में ईडी ने कहा कि इस मामले में हमारी पूछताछ पूरी हो गई है। अरविंद केजरीवाल पूछताछ में सहयोग नहीं कर रहे हैं। उन्होंने बचने के लिए जवाब दिए हैं। केजरीवाल का रवैया सहयोग वाला नहीं रहा। ऐसे में हमारी अपील है कि केजरीवाल को न्यायिक हिरासत में भेजा जाए।

➤ कोर्ट रूम में आम आदमी पार्टी के कई बड़े नेता मौजूद हैं। मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल की पत्नी सुनीता केजरीवाल भी कोर्ट रूम में पहुंची हैं। इसके अलावा मंत्री गोपाल राय और आतिशी भी अदालत में पहुंचे हैं।

➤ अदालत के फैसले के बाद अरविंद केजरीवाल ने कोर्ट में अर्जी देते हुए दवाएं और किताबें साथ ले जाने की अपील की। उन्होंने जेल में पढ़ने के लिए रामायण और गीता जैसी किताबें मांगी। उन्हें जेल में जरूरी दवाएं भी दी जाएंगी।

➤ सूत्रों के अनुसार, ईडी ने शराब घोटाले मामले में आम आदमी पार्टी नेता सौरभ भारद्वाज और आतिशी का भी नाम लिया है। ईडी ने दावा किया है कि इस मामले में आरोपी विजय नायर आतिशी और सौरभ को रिपोर्ट करता था।
