पिता ही निकला अपने 2 बच्चों व दादी का कातिल, चूरू में रहस्यमयी आग का खुलासा; इसलिए मारा...

राजस्थान के चूरू जिले के हमीरवास थाना इलाके के भैंसली गांव में हुई दो मासूम बच्चों व एक बुजुर्ग की मौत व रहस्यमयी आग लगने की घटना का पुलिस ने खुलासा कर दिया है। बुजुर्ग दादी और दोनों बच्चों की हत्या उनके पिता भूप सिंह जाट पुत्र सुमेर सिंह (32) द्वारा ही जहर देकर की गई थी और सहानुभूति पाने व घटना को छुपाने के लिए आरोपी ही सोडियम से घर में आग लगा रहा था। पुलिस ने आरोपी को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। 

एसपी जय यादव ने बताया कि 10 मार्च को एसएचओ हमीरवास मदनलाल बिश्नोई को सूचना मिली कि भैंसली निवासी भूप सिंह के मकान में करीब 5-6 दिनों से अज्ञात कारणों से आग लग रही है। सूचना पर वे तुरंत एफएसएल यूनिट प्रभारी के साथ मौके पर पहुंचे। निरीक्षण कर मकान में जली हुई चीजों को जब्त किया गया। पूछताछ में पता चला कि भूप सिंह की दादी किस्तूरी देवी की 31 जनवरी एवं दो बच्चों 4 वर्षीय गर्वित की 13 फरवरी और 8 वर्षीय अनुराग की 28 फरवरी को सन्दिग्ध परिस्थितियों में एक महीने के दौरान ही मौत हो गई।
       
 13 मार्च को मर्ग दर्ज कर जांच शुरू की गई 
अज्ञात वजह से आग लगने की घटना की गंभीरता को देखते हुए मौके पर पुलिस जाब्ता तैनात किया गया। इसी बीच 13 मार्च की सुबह एक बार फिर पशु चारे में आग लग गई। पुलिस टीम मौके पर पहुंची तो भूप सिंह और उसके परिजनों ने टीम पर हमला कर सरकारी गाड़ी में तोड़फोड़ की। पुलिस अधिकारियों व गांव के मौजिज व्यक्तियों की समझाइश के बाद तीनों सन्दिग्ध मौत के संबंध में मर्ग दर्ज कर जांच शुरू की गई।

अज्ञात वजह से आग लगने और तीन मौतों के कारण गांव के लोगों में तांत्रिक शक्तियों में विश्वास करने से भय का माहौल पैदा हो गया। इस पर अतिरिक्त पुलिस अधीक्षक किशोरी लाल के निर्देशन व सीओ प्रशांत किरण आईपीएस के सुपरविजन में घटना की वैज्ञानिक तरीके से जांच के लिए एसएचओ हमीरवास मदनलाल बिश्नोई के नेतृत्व में टीम गठित की गई। सन्दिग्ध मौतों की गुत्थी सुलझाना एवं आग लगने के अज्ञात कारणों का पता लगाने के साथ ग्रामीणों में फैले अंधविश्वास को दूर करना पुलिस के लिए बड़ी चुनौती था।

मृतक बच्चे गर्वित के विसरा को जांच के लिये एफएसएल भेजा 
इन कारणों का पता लगाने के लिए मृतक बच्चे गर्वित के दफनाए गये शव को जमीन से बाहर निकलवा मेडिकल बोर्ड से पोस्टमार्टम करवाया गया एवं विसरा एफएसएल में परीक्षण के लिए जमा करवाए गए। आसूचना एकत्रित करने के दौरान पुलिस को पता चला की भूप सिंह की मेडिकल की दुकान है 

और उसने जीएनएम का कोर्स भी कर रखा है। पहले भगवानी देवी अस्पताल राजगढ़ में कंपाउंडर का कार्य करता था।पुलिस जाब्ता तैनात होने के बाद आग लगना भी बंद हो गई थी। इसी दौरान गर्वित के विसरा रिपोर्ट एफएसएल से प्राप्त हुई, जिसमें बार्बीट्यूरेट (Barbiturate) ड्रग मिली। भूप सिंह की भूमिका सन्दिग्ध पाए जाने पर राउंडअप कर पूछताछ की गई। पूछताछ में घटना का खुलासा हो गया। इस पर आरोपी को पुलिस ने गिरफ्तार कर लिया।

पत्नी के चरित्र पर शक के कारण बच्चों से करता था नफरत

पुलिस पूछताछ में सामने आया कि भूप सिंह को अपनी पत्नी के चरित्र पर शक था। इस वजह से उसे शक था कि गर्वित और अनुराग उसके अपने बच्चे नही है। इस वजह से उसने अपने बच्चों की हत्या की योजना बनाई। किसी को शक ना हो इसके लिए सबसे पहले 31 जनवरी को अपनी दादी किस्तूरी देवी को खांसी की दवाई में जहर देकर मार दिया। उसके बाद 13 फरवरी को गर्वित को और 28 फरवरी को अनुराग को जहर देकर मार दिया।

हत्या को छुपाने शांति प्राप्त करने सोडियम से लगा रहा था आग
हत्याओं की घटना को छुपाने और गांव के लोगों से सहानुभूति प्राप्त करने आरोपी ने अपने ही मकान में सोडियम से आग लगाना शुरू कर दिया। आग और मौत तंत्र विद्या से होना बता कर सहानुभूति प्राप्त भी कर ली। पुलिस ने मकान से जली हुई चीजों को जप्त कर परीक्षण के लिए एफएसएल भेजा तो राज खुलने के डर से आरोपी ने परिवार के लोगों को उकसा कर पुलिस टीम पर हमला करवा दिया।

 सीओ प्रशांत किरण आईपीएस के निर्देशन में एसएचओ हमीरवास मदनलाल बिश्नोई, उपनिरीक्षक फरमान, कांस्टेबल दिनेश, रवि व सवित द्वारा गुप्त सूचनाओं का संकलन कर कड़ी से कड़ी जोड़कर तीन निर्दोष लोगों की हत्याओं की और रहस्यमई आग की गुत्थी सुलझाई गई। इस कार्रवाई में कांस्टेबल दिनेश व रवि की विशेष भूमिका रही।

Police has revealed the incident of death of two innocent children and an elderly person and a mysterious fire in Bhainsli village of Hamirwas police station area of Churu district of Rajasthan. The elderly grandmother and both the children were murdered by their father Bhup Singh Jat son Sumer Singh (32) by poisoning them and to get sympathy and hide the incident, the accused was setting the house on fire with sodium. Police have arrested the accused.

SP Jai Yadav said that on March 10, SHO Hamirwas Madanlal Bishnoi received information that the house of Bhainsli resident Bhup Singh was on fire for about 5-6 days due to unknown reasons. On receiving information, he immediately reached the spot along with FSL unit in-charge. After inspection, burnt things were seized in the house. During interrogation, it was revealed that Bhup Singh's grandmother Kisturi Devi died on January 31 and her two children, 4-year-old Garvit on February 13 and 8-year-old Anurag on February 28, died within a month under suspicious circumstances.
       
  A case was registered on March 13 and investigation was started.
Considering the seriousness of the incident of fire due to unknown reason, police force was deployed on the spot. Meanwhile, on the morning of March 13, a fire broke out once again in cattle fodder. When the police team reached the spot, Bhup Singh and his family attacked the team and vandalized the government vehicle. After consultation with the police officers and the people of the village, a case was registered in connection with the three suspicious deaths and investigation was started.

The fire that broke out due to unknown reasons and led to three deaths created an atmosphere of fear among the villagers due to their belief in occult powers. On this, under the direction of Additional Superintendent of Police Kishori Lal and supervision of CO Prashant Kiran IPS, a team was formed under the leadership of SHO Hamirwas Madanlal Bishnoi to investigate the incident scientifically. It was a big challenge for the police to solve the mystery of suspicious deaths and find out the unknown causes of fire along with removing the superstition spread among the villagers.

Viscera of deceased child Garvit sent to FSL for investigation
To find out the reasons, the buried body of the deceased child Garvit was taken out of the ground and post-mortem was conducted by the Medical Board and the viscera was deposited in FSL for testing. While collecting intelligence, the police came to know that Bhup Singh had a medical shop.

And he has also done GNM course. Earlier he used to work as a compounder in Bhagwani Devi Hospital, Rajgarh. The fire also stopped after the police deployment. Meanwhile, Garvit's viscera report was received from FSL, in which barbiturate drug was found. When Bhup Singh's role was found suspicious, he was rounded up and interrogated. The incident came to light during interrogation. On this the police arrested the accused.

He hated his children because he doubted his wife's character.

Police interrogation revealed that Bhup Singh had doubts about his wife's character. Because of this he suspected that Garvit and Anurag were not his own children. Because of this he planned to murder his children. To avoid any doubt, first of all, on January 31, he killed his grandmother Kisturi Devi by poisoning her cough syrup. After that, Garvit was killed on 13th February and Anurag was killed by poisoning on 28th February.

To hide the murder, he was setting fire with sodium to achieve peace.
To hide the incident of murders and get sympathy from the village people, the accused started setting fire to his own house with sodium. He also gained sympathy by explaining that fire and death were caused by Tantra Vidya. When the police seized the burnt things from the house and sent them to FSL for testing, fearing that the secret would be revealed, the accused instigated the family members to attack the police team.

  Under the direction of CO Prashant Kiran IPS, SHO Hamirwas Madanlal Bishnoi, Sub Inspector Farman, Constables Dinesh, Ravi and Savit compiled secret information and linked the links and solved the mystery of the murders of three innocent people and the mysterious fire. Constables Dinesh and Ravi played a special role in this action.
