चाचा ने भतीजे को गोली मारकर की हत्या, जमीन को लेकर विवाद

श्रीगंगानगर : आपसी कहासुनी के बाद चाचा ने भतीजे की सीने में गोली मारकर हत्या कर दी। हत्या के बाद आरोपी मौके से फरार हो गया। घटना अनूपगढ़ जिले के श्रीबिजयनगर में 33 जीबी गांव में मंगलवार सुबह 10.30 बजे हुई।

गांव 33 जीबी का गुरदेव सिंह (45) का अपने चाचा लड्‌डू बाबा (60) से डेढ़ बीघा जमीन को लेकर विवाद चल रहा था। मंगलवार सुबह करीब साढ़े 10 बजे गुरदेव सिंह अपने चाचा के साथ इसी मुद्दे पर बात कर रहा था। इसी दौरान लड्‌डू बाबा तैश में आ गया और उसने अपने भतीजे गुरदेव पर गोली चला दी। गोली गुरदेव सिंह के सीने में लगी। आसपास के लोग उसे श्रीबिजयनगर के सीएचसी ले गए, जहां डॉक्टरों ने मृत घोषित कर दिया।

हत्या की सूचना मिलते ही गुरदेव सिंह के परिजन मौके पर जुटने लगे। सीएचसी के बाहर लोगों की भीड़ जमा हो गई। मौके पर पहुंची श्रीबिजयनगर थाना पुलिस ने शव को सीएचसी की मॉर्च्युरी में रखवाया। एसएचओ गोविंद बिश्नोई भी मौके पर पहुंचे। उन्होंने लोगों से घटना के बारे में जानकारी जुटाई। गुरदेव सिंह गांव 33 जीबी में ही खेती करता था। वहीं आरोपी लड्‌डू बाबा एक धर्म स्थल का सेवादार है। दोनों के बीच संपत्ति को लेकर विवाद चल रहा था।

Uncle shoots nephew dead, dispute over land

After a mutual altercation, the uncle killed the nephew by shooting him in the chest. After the murder the accused fled from the spot. The incident took place at 10.30 am on Tuesday in 33 GB village in Sribijaynagar in Anupgarh district.

Gurdev Singh (45) of village 33 GB was having a dispute with his uncle Laddu Baba (60) regarding one and a half bigha land. On Tuesday morning around 10:30, Gurdev Singh was talking with his uncle on this issue. Meanwhile, Laddu Baba got angry and opened fire on his nephew Gurdev. The bullet hit Gurdev Singh in the chest. Neighboring people took him to CHC, Sribijaynagar, where doctors declared him dead.

As soon as the information about the murder was received, the family members of Gurdev Singh started gathering at the spot. A crowd of people gathered outside the CHC. Sribijaynagar police station reached the spot and kept the body in the CHC mortuary. SHO Govind Bishnoi also reached the spot. He collected information about the incident from people. Gurdev Singh used to do farming only in 33 GB village. The accused Laddu Baba is a servant of a religious place. There was a dispute going on between the two regarding property.
