खुदकुशी की क्या वजहें, आपका बच्चा भी तो संकट में नहीं; कैसे पता लगाएं और बचाएं

आईआईटी और नीट की तैयारी के लिए मशहूर कोटा में इस साल अब तक 24 छात्र जान दे चुके हैं। छात्रों द्वारा आत्महत्या के ये मामले 8 साल में सबसे ज्यादा हैं। बीते हफ्ते हॉस्टल और कोचिंग संस्थानों में एंटी सुसाइड फैन लगाने के आदेशों के बावजूद रविवार को चार घंटे में दो छात्रों ने खुदकुशी कर ली थी। माना जा रहा था कि फैसले से आत्महत्या के मामले में कमी आएगी पर ऐसा होता नहीं दिख रहा है।
सपने लेकर गया बिहार का बेटा खुदकुशी की खबर बन गया
इस माह की शुरुआत में खुदकुशी करने वाला भार्गव बिहार के पूर्वी चंपारण से इंजीनियर बनने का सपना लेकर कोटा गया था। कभी खत्म न हो सकने वाले अफसोस के साथ पिता जितेंद्र मिश्रा कहते हैं कि शायद वह दबाव में था। उसने मां से कहा था कि उसका मन नहीं लग रहा। मैंने उसे घर आने को कहा था पर उसने मना कर दिया। एक दिन जितेंद्र मोबाइल पर किसी छात्र की खुदकुशी की खबर देख रहे थे। उन्हें हुई तो भार्गव को फोन मिलाया। दूसरी तरफ से कहा गया कि भार्गव अब नहीं रहा।
पिता से मिलने के बाद फंदेपर लटका यूपी का मनीष
अंकों की प्रतिस्पर्धा कैसे मौत की ओर खींच ले जाती है, मनीष की कहानी इसकी बानगी है। 17 साल का मनीष यूपी के आजमगढ़ से छह महीने पहले कोटा गया था। वह हॉस्टल में रहकर जेईई की तैयारी कर रहा था। कोचिंग के पिछले टेस्ट में नंबर कम आए तो पिता 10 अगस्त को मिलने पहुंचे। लोगों का कहना है कि बातों-बातों में पिता ने उसे डांट दिया और गुस्से में हॉस्टल से बाहर निकल गए। चार घंटे बाद उसने बेडशीट से फंदा बनाकर जान दे दी।

इन लक्षणों को पहचानें
1.
बच्चा अभिभावकों से फोन पर छोटी बात कर रहा है।
2. कोचिंग जाने के बाद बच्चे की आवाज में बदलाव भी संकेत।
3. कोचिंग के लिए गया बच्चा बार बार शिकायत करता रहता है।
4. कोचिंग जाने के बाद बच्चे की सेहत खराब होना, हमेशा बीमार रहना।
इस तरह की कोशिशें
● कोई भी कोचिंग संस्थान अपने विज्ञापन में दाखिले की गारंटी का दावा नहीं करेगा
● कोचिंग संस्थान को रविवार के दिन छुट्टी रखनी होगी
● छुट्टी वाले दिन कोई टेस्ट नहीं लिया जाएगा
● छात्रों के बीच में कोचिंग छोड़ने पर फीस रिफंड करनी होगी
● हर कोचिंग सेंटर में करियर काउंसलर का निर्देश दिया था
● बीते हफ्ते हॉस्टल और कोचिंग संस्थानों में एंटी सुसाइड फैन लगाने के आदेश हुए थे
खुदकुशी के कारण
● असफलता का डर सताना और भावनात्मक सहारा न मिलना
● नंबर कम आने पर बच्चे को शर्मिंदा किए जाने की घटनाएं
● कोचिंग संस्थान असफलता के लिए बच्चों को ही ठहरा देते हैं जिम्मेदार
● रविवार को भी कक्षाएं या टेस्ट लिए जा रहे हैं
● परिवार की खराब आर्थिक स्थिति
बच्चों पर ना लादें अपनी ख्वाहिश
सर गंगा राम अस्पताल के मनोचिकित्सक डॉक्टर इमरान नूरानी कहते हैं कि हम अपने बच्चों से वो करवाना चाहते हैं जो हम खुद कर नहीं पाए। हम अपनी इच्छाओं को बच्चों पर लादकर उनके मानसिक स्वास्थ्य को बिगाड़ने का काम कर रहे हैं।
कोचिंग पर चल रही कोटा की इकॉनमी
● 1.15 लाख छात्र पहुंचे 2021 में, 2022 में यह संख्या बढ़ाकर 1.77 लाख हो गई।
● 3000 से अधिक हॉस्टल हैं कोटा में जहां पर हजारों छात्र रहते हैं।
●5000 करोड़ रुपये का सालाना कारोबार है कोचिंग संस्थानों का।
●20-25 फीसदी विद्यार्थी सिर्फ बिहार और यूपी के हैं।

It was believed that the decision would reduce the number of suicides, but it does not seem to be happening.
Bihar's son carrying dreams became news of suicide
Bhargava, who committed suicide earlier this month, had moved to Kota from Bihar's East Champaran with the dream of becoming an engineer. With unending regret, father Jitendra Mishra says that perhaps he was under pressure. He had told his mother that he was not feeling well. I asked him to come home but he refused. One day Jitendra was watching the news of suicide of a student on mobile. When he happened, he called Bhargava. It was told from the other side that Bhargava is no more.
Manish of UP hanged after meeting his father
Manish's story is a hallmark of how the competition for marks leads to death. Manish, 17, had gone to Kota six months ago from Azamgarh in UP. He was preparing for JEE by staying in the hostel. When the number came less in the last test of coaching, the father came to meet on 10 August. People say that the father reprimanded him verbally and got out of the hostel in anger. Four hours later, he committed suicide by making a noose with a bedsheet.

Psychiatrist Dr. Imran Noorani of Sir Ganga Ram Hospital says that we want our children to do what we could not do ourselves. By forcing our wishes on children, we are doing the work of spoiling their mental health.
Kota's economy running on coaching
● 1.15 lakh students reached in 2021, in 2022 this number increased to 1.77 lakh.
