अक्षय कुमार-अरशद वारसी की बढ़ी मुश्किलें, दोनों के खिलाफ 101 वकीलों ने किया केस

राजस्थान के अजमेर जिले में जौली एलएलबी 3 की शूटिंग करने आए अक्षय कुमार , अरशद वारसी और फिल्म की पूरी टीम के खिलाफ अजमेर जिला सेशन कोर्ट के वकील कोर्ट में गए हैं । आज वकीलों ने कोर्ट में याचिका दायर की है और इसकी सुनवाई मंगलवार यानी कल रखी गई है । हो सकता है आने वाले दिनों में अक्षय कुमार, अरशद वारसी समेत टीम के अन्य मेंबर्स को कोर्ट में पेश होना पड़े। उनके खिलाफ 101 वकील मिलकर पैरवी कर रहे हैं ।‌इनमें सेशन कोर्ट बार एसोसिएशन के अध्यक्ष चंद्रभान राठौर भी शामिल हैं।

दरअसल, राठौर ने सेशन कोर्ट में आज एक याचिका दायर की है। उसमें लिखा है की फिल्म अभिनेता अक्षय कुमार की जौली एलएलबी 3 फिल्म वकीलों और जजों के खिलाफ प्रदर्शित की जाने वाली फिल्म है । इनमें वकील और जज दोनों को अभद्र भाषा का इस्तेमाल करते हुए दिखाया है। साथ ही फिल्म स्टारों ने वकीलों और न्याय व्यवस्था के खिलाफ अनुचित टिप्पणी की है। इसके अलावा अजमेर में फिल्म की शूटिंग डीआरएम ऑफिस में हो रही है । इस कारण वहां ऑफिस में आने जाने वाले किसी भी व्यक्ति को ऑफिस में घुसने नहीं दिया जा रहा है। फिल्म स्टारों के साथ आए बाउंसर लोगों से मारपीट और धक्का मुक्की कर रहे हैं । 2 मई से हालात और ज्यादा खराब है क्योंकि उसके बाद अक्षय कुमार भी इस फिल्म की शूटिंग में शामिल हो गए हैं।

राठौर ने कोर्ट में कहा कि वकीलों के खिलाफ बेहद घटिया डायलॉग इस्तेमाल किए गए हैं ।‌साथ ही न्याय व्यवस्था का मजाक बनाया गया है। वकीलों ने अक्षय कुमार , अरशद वारसी, फिल्म के प्रोड्यूसर, डायरेक्टर के अलावा अजमेर कलेक्टर भारती दीक्षित, पुलिस इंस्पेक्टर छोटू लाल और डीआरएम अधिकारी संजीव धनकड के खिलाफ भी याचिका दायर की है । कोर्ट ने इस याचिका पर कल यानी मंगलवार को सुनवाई का समय रखा है।‌

उल्लेखनीय है की फिल्म जॉली 3 के लिए अजमेर में डीआरएम ऑफिस में सेशन कोर्ट का सेटअप लगाया गया है । इसके किराए से रेलवे को करीब 27 लाख रुपए की आय होने का अनुमान है।

Actually, Rathore has filed a petition in the sessions court today. It is written in it that film actor Akshay Kumar's Jolly LLB 3 is a film shown against lawyers and judges. In these, both the lawyer and the judge are shown using abusive language. Also, film stars have made inappropriate comments against lawyers and the justice system. Apart from this, the shooting of the film is being done at the DRM office in Ajmer. For this reason, no one coming to the office is being allowed to enter the office. The bouncers accompanying the film stars are beating and pushing people. The situation is worse since May 2 because after that Akshay Kumar has also joined the shooting of this film.

Rathore said in the court that very poor dialogues have been used against the lawyers and the justice system has been made a mockery of. The lawyers have also filed a petition against Akshay Kumar, Arshad Warsi, the film's producer and director, besides Ajmer Collector Bharti Dixit, Police Inspector Chhotu Lal and DRM officer Sanjeev Dhankad. The court has fixed this petition for hearing tomorrow i.e. Tuesday.

It is noteworthy that for the film Jolly 3, a session court has been set up in the DRM office in Ajmer. Railways is expected to earn around Rs 27 lakh from its fare.
