कोटा। शिक्षा नगरी के नाम से विख्यात कोटा में स्टूडेंट्स सुसाइड के मामले थमने का नाम नहीं ले रहे है। कोटा में एक और स्टूडेंट ने फंदा लगाकर खुदकुशी कर ली। बता दें कि नई साल में ये तीसरा सुसाइड का मामला सामने आया है। चौंकाने वाली बात ये है कि कोटा में सुसाइड रोकने के लिए सरकार और पुलिस-प्रशासन द्वारा की जा रही तमाम कोशिशों के बावजूद आत्महत्या की घटनाएं कम नहीं हो रहीं है।

पुलिस के मुताबिक 27 साल के नूर मोहम्मद ने देर रात कोटा के विज्ञान नगर थाना क्षेत्र में स्थित पीजी में पंखे से फंदा लगाकर खुदकुशी कर ली। मृतक यूपी के गोंडा जिले के वीरपुर का रहने वाला था और साल 2019 से कोटा में रहकर ऑनलाइन पढ़ाई कर रहा था। पुलिस ने शव को एमबीएस अस्पताल की मोर्चरी में रखवा दिया और परिजनों को सूचना भिजवा दी है। परिजनों के आने पर पोस्टमार्टम करवाया जाएगा।

पुलिस के मुताबिक स्टूडेंट ने साल 2016 से 2019 तक कोटा के एक कोंचिंग से जेईई की पढ़ाई की थी। इसके बाद उसने कोटा में किसी भी कोचिंग में एडमिशन नहीं लिया था। उसका बीटेक में सिलेक्शन हुआ है और चेन्नई में कॉलेज मिला। लेकिन, वह कोटा में रहकर ही ऑनलाइन पढ़ाई कर रहा था। मामले का खुलासा तब हुआ जब एक फरवरी की शाम मैस वाला टिफिन लेकर आया तो देखा कि 31 जनवरी को रखा गया टिफिन कमरे के बाहर ही है। इस पर पीजी संचालक को जानकारी दी। जब संचालक ने खिड़की से देखा तो स्टूडेंट पंखे से लटका हुआ था। ऐसे में माना जा रहा है कि 31 जनवरी की रात ही स्टूडेंट ने खुदकुशी कर ली, जिसका पता अब चला है।

साल में तीसरा मामला आया सामने
बता दें कि इस साल में ये सुसाइड का तीसरा मामला है। इससे पहले 29 जनवरी को जेईई मेन की तैयारी कर रही 12वीं की स्टूडेंट निहारिका ने कोटा के बोरखेड़ा इलाके में अपने घर पर खुदकुशी कर ली थी। वही, 23 जनवरी को उत्तरप्रदेश के मुरादाबाद निवासी मोहमद जैद ने फंदा लगाकर खुदकुशी कर ली थी, जो कोटा में जवाहर नगर थाना क्षेत्र के एक निजी हॉस्टल रहता था और नीट की तैयारी कर रहा था।

आखिर यहां क्यों बुझ रहे घरों के चिराग?
बता दें कि कोटा में साल 2015 से 2023 तक 121 स्टूडेंट्स ने खुदकुशी की है। जिनमें से 26 स्टूडेंट्स ने तो साल 2023 में ही मौत को गले लगाया है। ऐसे में बड़ा सवाल ये है कि आखिर घरों के चिराग क्यों बुझ रहे है? दरअसल, सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने भी सुसाइड के लिए बच्चों के माता-पिता को जिम्मेदार ठहराया था। कुछ दिनों पहले सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने एक सुनवाई के दौरान कहा था कि कोटा में बच्चों की सुसाइड के लिए उनके माता-पिता जिम्मेदार हैं। क्योंकि परिजन अपने बच्चों से उनकी क्षमता से ज्यादा आस लगा लेते हैं। ऐसे में बच्चे डिप्रेशन में आते है और खुदकुशी जैसे कदम उठाने को मजबूर हो जाते है। कोटा में कोचिंग स्टूडेंट के सुसाइड मामलों को लेकर प्रशासन के साथ-साथ पुलिस की स्पेशल सेल भी काम कर रही है। लेकिन, फिर भी सुसाइड केस थमने का नाम नहीं ले रहे है।

The deceased was a resident of Veerpur in Gonda district of UP and was living in Kota and studying online since 2019. The police kept the body in the mortuary of MBS Hospital and sent information to the family. Post mortem will be conducted after the arrival of family members.

According to the police, the student had studied for JEE from a college in Kota from 2016 to 2019. After this he did not take admission in any coaching in Kota. He got selected in B.Tech and got a college in Chennai. But, he was studying online while staying in Kota. The matter came to light when the mess boy brought the tiffin on the evening of February 1 and saw that the tiffin kept on January 31 was outside the room. Informed the PG operator on this. When the operator looked through the window, the student was hanging from the fan. In such a situation, it is believed that the student committed suicide on the night of January 31, which has now come to light.

Third case came to light in a year
Let us tell you that this is the third case of suicide this year. Earlier on January 29, Class 12 student Niharika, who was preparing for JEE Main, had committed suicide at her home in Borkheda area of Kota. Similarly, on January 23, Mohammad Zaid, a resident of Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, committed suicide by hanging himself, who lived in a private hostel in Jawahar Nagar police station area in Kota and was preparing for NEET.

After all, why are the lamps of houses getting extinguished here?
Let us tell you that from 2015 to 2023, 121 students have committed suicide in Kota. Out of which 26 students have embraced death in the year 2023 itself. In such a situation, the big question is why are the lamps in the houses extinguished? In fact, the Supreme Court had also held the parents of the children responsible for suicide. A few days ago, the Supreme Court had said during a hearing that parents are responsible for the suicide of children in Kota. Because parents have more expectations from their children than their capabilities. In such situations, children become depressed and are forced to take steps like suicide. Along with the administration, the special cell of the police is also working on the suicide cases of coaching students in Kota. But still the suicide cases are not showing any signs of stopping.
