कोटा: राजस्थान के कोटा (Kota) में कोचिंग कर रही NEET की छात्रा से बार-बार रेप (Rape) का मामला सामने आया है. छात्रा सिर्फ 15 साल की है. घटना का आरोपी हॉस्टल के मेस में खाना बनाने वाला लड़का है. लड़का खाना देने छात्रा के रूम में जाता था. थोड़ी सी जान-पहचान के बाद घटना को अंजाम दिया गया. पीड़िता के अनुसार, जब उसने हॉस्टल के मालिक से मदद मांगी तो उसने आरोपी से शादी करने की सलाह दी. इस मामले में आरोपी और हॉस्टल के मालिक को अरेस्ट कर लिया गया है.

कोटा शहर के पुलिस अधीक्षक शरद चौधरी ने बताया कि लड़की बिहार की रहने वाली है और अपनी बहन के साथ यहां छात्रावास में रह रही थी. छात्रा ने अपनी शिकायत में बताया कि खाना लाने वाले लड़के ने बार-बार उसका बलात्कार किया जबकि छात्रावास के मालिक से इसके बारे में किसी को कुछ भी नहीं बताने की धमकी दी.

पीड़िता ने अपनी शिकायत में बताया कि लड़का खाना देने के लिए उसके कमरे में आता था और दोनों में परिचय हो गया था. जान-पहचान का फायदा उठाकर फरवरी में लड़के ने उसे शराब पीने का लालच दिया और जब वह नशे में हो गई तो उसके साथ बलात्कार किया. उसने इस घटना की वीडियो बना ली थी.

पीड़िता ने आरोप लगाया कि इसके बाद लड़के ने ब्लैकमेल कर छह से सात बार उसका बलात्कार किया. जब पीड़िता मदद के लिए हॉस्टल मालिक के पास पहुंची, तो उसने पहले उसे टिफिन पहुंचाने वाले लड़के से शादी करने के लिए मनाने की कोशिश की. जब उसने इनकार कर दिया, तो हॉस्टल के मालिक ने पीड़िता को चेतावनी दी कि उसके किसी भी कदम से उसके घरवालों के सामने मामला खुल जाएगा और उनकी ‘‘बदनामी’’ हो जाएगी. पुलिस ने लड़के और मालिक के खिलाफ संबंधित धाराओं के तहत मामला दर्ज कर शुक्रवार को उन्हें गिरफ्तार कर लिया.

Kota: A case of repeated rape of a NEET student doing coaching in Kota, Rajasthan has come to light. The student is only 15 years old. The accused in the incident is a boy who cooks food in the hostel mess. The boy used to go to the student's room to deliver food. The incident was carried out after a short acquaintance. According to the victim, when she sought help from the hostel owner, he advised her to marry the accused. The accused and the hostel owner have been arrested in this case.

Kota City Superintendent of Police Sharad Chaudhary said that the girl is a resident of Bihar and was living in a hostel here with her sister. In her complaint, the student said that the boy who brought the food repeatedly raped her while threatening the hostel owner not to tell anything about it to anyone.

The victim told in her complaint that the boy used to come to her room to give food and both of them got introduced. Taking advantage of their acquaintance, the boy lured her to drink alcohol in February and when she got drunk, he raped her. He had made a video of this incident.

The victim alleged that after this the boy blackmailed her and raped her six to seven times. When the victim approached the hostel owner for help, he first tried to convince her to marry the boy who delivered tiffins. When she refused, the hostel owner warned the victim that any move by her would expose her family members and bring "disrepute" to them. The police registered a case against the boy and the owner under relevant sections and arrested them on Friday.
