बीकानेर/ केवल ज्ञान से भरा हुआ ही पर्याप्त नहीं बल्कि सीखने सिखाने की कला में निपुण होने वाला शिक्षक ही प्रभावशाली बनता है इसलिए शिक्षा क्षेत्र के नवाचारों व नई तकनीक से जुड़े रहते हुए विद्यार्थियों को लाभान्वित करने का कार्य शिक्षक करें तो बालक का सर्वांगीण विकास हो सकेगा और समाज में मान बढ़ेगा। यह बात सुनील बोडा अतिरिक्त जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी माध्यमिक शिक्षा बीकानेर ने शनिवार को राजस्थान शिक्षक संघ राष्ट्रीय के शैक्षिक अधिवेशन में समापन सत्र में शिक्षकों को संबोधित करते हुए कही।
विशिष्ट अतिथि अतिरिक्त जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी माध्यमिक शिक्षा ओमप्रकाश गोदारा ने कहा कि शिक्षक को हमेशा अपने कर्तव्यों के साथ-साथ बालक के व्यक्तित्व को निखारने का कार्य कर अपनी प्रतिष्ठा को बनाना होगा। उन्होंने शिक्षकों से अपने आचरण को अच्छा बनाए रखने का आह्वान करते हुए कहा कि उनके व्यक्तित्व एवं कृतित्व से संगठन, समाज के आगे बढ़ने के साथ-साथ शिक्षकों की समस्याओं का समाधान भी हो सकेगा।
अध्यक्षता करते हुए प्रारंभिक शिक्षा के सहायक निदेशक बजरंग लाल कड़वासरा ने कहा की सम्मेलनों के माध्यम से शिक्षा क्षेत्र में हुए चिंतन मनन से आए प्रस्ताव पर संगठनों के साथ सरकारी स्तर पर संवाद होने से शिक्षा के स्तर का विकास हो सकेगा एवं समस्याओं के समाधान की ओर भी विभाग अग्रसर हो सकेगा ।
संगठन के प्रदेश अतिरिक्त महामंत्री रवि आचार्य ने कहा संगठन सरकार और शिक्षकों के मध्य समन्वय करते हुए शिक्षकों के कर्तव्यों के साथ-साथ अधिकारों की बात रखने से ही शिक्षकों की समस्याओं का समाधान भी होता है।
उन्होंने कहा कि संगठन के बिना शिक्षक परिवारविहीन श्रेणी में होता है इसलिए प्रत्येक शिक्षक को संगठनात्मक गतिविधियों में तन्मयता से भाग लेकर सांगठनिक परिवार को मजबूत बनाने में अपनी भूमिका का सक्रियता से निर्वहन करना चाहिए।
प्रदेश उपाध्यक्ष ओमप्रकाश बिश्नोई ने कहा कि शिक्षा के उद्देश्य को प्राप्त करवा कर ही समाज को दिशा प्रदान करने वाला ही शिक्षक कहलाने के योग्य है।
प्रांतीय पर्यवेक्षक अविनाश शर्मा ने शिक्षकों से आह्वान किया कि सरकार की चाबी भरने के लिए संगठन को सशकत करेंगे तभी शिक्षकों के मान सम्मान की रक्षा हो सकेगी।
इस अवसर पर प्रधानाचार्य पतराम भादू, रिछपाल गोदारा, बजरंग लाल डूडी,जिला अध्यक्ष मोहनलाल भादू, मंडल संयुक्त मंत्री ओमप्रकाश रोड़ा ने कहा की वर्तमान समय में शिक्षकों को शिक्षण कार्य के साथ-साथ डिजिटल माध्यम से भी कार्य करने में दक्षता हासिल करनी होगी तभी वह आज की युग के अनुसार बालक को भी तकनीकी शिक्षा से जोड़कर आगे बढ़ाने में सहायक बन सकेगा।
जिला मंत्री नरेंद्र आचार्य ने बताया की तृतीय सत्र के खुले अधिवेशन में शिक्षा शिक्षक शिक्षार्थी के हितो पर चिंतन मनन के अलावा संगठन मांग पत्र के साथ-साथ अन्य कई समस्याओं एवं विभिन्न प्रस्ताव पर मंथन उपरांत विचार कर प्रस्ताव सरकार को भेजने पर सहमति हुई।
प्रस्ताव में तृतीय श्रेणी शिक्षकों के स्थानांतरण के लिए समस्या की समाधान देने के लिए राजनीतिक पार्टियों की घोषणा पत्र के में प्रथम 100 दिवस की कार्य योजना में सम्मिलित करवाने का प्रस्ताव पारित किया गया।
नोखा अध्यक्ष जगदीश मंडा मंत्री रामलाल सियाग, नगर अध्यक्ष दिनेश कुमार, मंत्री महेश छिपा, श्रीडूंगरगढ़ अध्यक्ष पवन शर्मा, कोलायत मंत्री श्रीराम खिलेरी,अध्यक्ष गोवर्धन राम बिश्नोई, पांचू अध्यक्ष दुर्गाराम, मंत्री अलसीराम,लूणकरणसर सुगनाराम गुरिया, बद्री नारायण कुमावत के अतिरिक्त महिला मंत्री श्रीमती चंद्रकला भादानी,विमलेश व्यास ललिता, लक्ष्मी,ममता, आबिदा, निशा आदि के रखे विभिन्न प्रस्ताव में महात्मा गांधी विधालय को बिना संसाधनों के खोलने तथा अधिक संख्या में खोलने पर भी चिंता जाहिर की गई।
क्रमोनती उपरांत प्राइमरी शिक्षा के शिक्षकों का समायोजन करना, समस्त संवर्गों की डीपीसी करते हुए विभिन्न शिक्षा अधिकारियों एवं शिक्षकों के सभी रिक्त पद भरने, तृतीय श्रेणी से द्वितीय श्रेणी तथा द्वितीय श्रेणी से व्याख्याता पद की गति 3 वर्षों की बकाया डीसी करने नवक्रमोन्नत विद्यालयों में पदों का सृजन कर वित्तीय स्वीकृति जारी करने, प्रत्येक उच्च माध्यमिक विद्यालय में द्वितीय श्रेणी शारीरिक शिक्षा का पद आवंटन करने,महात्मा गांधी एवं हिंदी मध्यम विद्यालयों में पदों के सृजन में वर्ग विभेद समाप्त करने, सामाजिक ज्ञान, वाणिज्य, चित्रकला, उद्योग, संगीत, गृह विज्ञान आदि शिक्षकों की पदोन्नति हेतु हैड टीचर पद का स्टाफिग पैटर्न अनुसार सृजन करने, विभिन्न वेतन विसंगतियां का निराकरण करने, गैर शैक्षणिक कार्यों पर रोक लगाने, blo से शिक्षकों को मुक्त करने स्थानांतरण हेतु स्थाई नियम बनाने, वेतन विसंगति का निस्तारण करने आदि विभिन्न प्रस्ताव पारित किए गए

Bikaner/ Only being full of knowledge is not enough but a teacher who is adept in the art of teaching and learning becomes effective. Therefore, if the teacher works to benefit the students while being connected to the innovations and new technology in the education sector, then the all round development of the child will take place. Will be able and respect in the society will increase. Sunil Boda, Additional District Education Officer, Secondary Education, Bikaner, said this while addressing the teachers in the concluding session of the educational convention of Rajasthan Teachers Association National on Saturday.
Special guest Additional District Education Officer, Secondary Education Omprakash Godara said that a teacher will always have to build his reputation by doing the work of improving the personality of the child along with his duties. He called upon the teachers to maintain good conduct and said that their personality and work would help in the progress of the organization and society as well as solve the problems of the teachers.
While presiding, Assistant Director of Elementary Education Bajrang Lal Kadwasra said that through conferences, dialogue with organizations at the government level on the proposals arising from the discussions in the education sector will help in improving the level of education and towards solving the problems. The department will also be able to move forward.
State Additional General Secretary of the organization, Ravi Acharya said that the problems of the teachers can be solved only by coordinating between the organization, the government and the teachers and talking about the duties as well as rights of the teachers.
He said that without an organization, a teacher is in the family-less category, hence every teacher should actively play his role in strengthening the organizational family by participating enthusiastically in organizational activities.
State Vice President Omprakash Bishnoi said that only the one who provides direction to the society by achieving the objective of education is worthy of being called a teacher.
Provincial Supervisor Avinash Sharma called upon the teachers to strengthen the organization to hold the key to the government, only then the honor and dignity of the teachers can be protected.
