शिक्षा विभाग में एसीबी का ट्रेप: 2 हजार की रिश्वत लेते रंगे हाथो पकड़ा गया बाबू और दलाल
नागौर जिला मुख्यालय स्थित शिक्षा विभाग में भ्रष्टाचार निरोधक ब्यूरो की टीम ने एक बाबू और उसके दलाल को रिश्वत लेते रंगे हाथों पकड़ा है । एसीबी ने प्रारंभिक जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी कार्यालय में सहायक प्रशासनिक अधिकारी उम्मेद सिंह को उसके दलाल शुभम गहलोत के जरिए परिवादी से 2 हजार रुपए लेते गिरफ्तार किया।
भ्रष्टाचार निरोधक ब्यूरो की एएसपी कल्पना सोलंकी ने बताया कि परिवादी ने शिकायत दी थी कि उसकी 18 वर्ष की सेवा पूर्ण होने पर एसीपी (चयनित वेतनमान) के आदेश करवाने की एवज में एएओ उम्मेद सिंह ने 2 हजार रुपए रिश्वत राशि मांग कर परेशान कर रहा है।परिवादी ने जब एसीबी में शिकायत देकर रिश्वत की हामी भरी तो एएओ उम्मेद सिंह ने रिश्वत की रकम कार्यालय के पास ही चाय वाले शुभम गहलोत को देने की बात कही। इस पर परिवादी ने एसीबी को पूरे प्रकरण की जानकारी दी।
एसीबी अजमेर रेंज के पुलिस उप महानिरीक्षक रणधीर सिंह के सुपरविजन में एसीबी नागौर की एएसपी कल्पना सोलंकी ने शिकायत का सत्यापन किया। इसके बाद पूरी तैयारी के साथ एएसपी सोलंकी ने टीम के साथ ट्रेप की कार्रवाई करते हुए दोनों आरोपियों उम्मेद सिंह व शुभम गहलोत को परिवादी से 2 हजार रुपए की रिश्वत लेते हुए रंगे हाथों गिरफ्तार कर लिया।आरोपियों से पूछताछ व अन्य कार्रवाई जारी है। एसीबी ने मामले में भ्रष्टाचार निवारण अधिनियम के अन्तर्गत प्रकरण दर्ज कर अग्रिम अनुसंधान के लिए पंजीबद्ध किया है।
ACB's trap in Education Department: Babu and broker caught red handed taking bribe of Rs 2 thousand
The team of Anti Corruption Bureau in the Education Department located at Nagaur District Headquarters has caught a Babu and his broker red handed taking bribe. ACB arrested Ummed Singh, Assistant Administrative Officer in the Office of Elementary District Education Officer, for taking Rs 2,000 from the complainant through his broker Shubham Gehlot.
Kalpana Solanki, ASP, Anti-Corruption Bureau, said that the complainant had complained that AAO Ummed Singh was harassing him by demanding a bribe amount of Rs 2,000 in return for getting the order of ACP (selected pay scale) made after completion of 18 years of service. When the complainant gave a complaint to the ACB and agreed to the bribe, AAO Ummed Singh said that he would give the bribe amount to Shubham Gehlot, a tea seller near the office. On this the complainant informed the ACB about the entire incident.
Under the supervision of ACB Ajmer Range Deputy Inspector General of Police Randhir Singh, ACB Nagaur's ASP Kalpana Solanki verified the complaint. After this, with full preparation, ASP Solanki along with the team carried out trap action and arrested both the accused Ummed Singh and Shubham Gehlot red handed while taking a bribe of Rs 2 thousand from the complainant. Interrogation of the accused and other action is going on. ACB has registered a case under the Prevention of Corruption Act and registered it for further investigation.
