पाली के जिला कलेक्ट्रेट और जिला मजिस्ट्रेट नमित मेहता के फर्जी साइन रीडर द्वारा कर न्यायिक आदेश जारी करने का मामला उजागर हुआ है। इसको लेकर जिला कलेक्टर के निर्देश पर जिला मजिस्ट्रेट कोर्ट के रीडर मूलसिंह भाटी के खिलाफ कोतवाली थाने में मामला दर्ज करवाया गया है। पुलिस मामले की जांच में जुटी है।
कलेक्ट्रेट कार्यालय के अतिरिक्त प्रशासनिक अधिकारी मनोज कुमार गांग पुत्र दशरथमल गांग ने कोतवाली थाने में रिपोर्ट दी। जिसमें बताया कि 4 सितम्बर 2023 को डरी गांव निवासी मूलाराम पुत्र जोराराम मीणा जिला मजिस्ट्रेट कोर्ट में चल रहे एक मुकदमे को लेकर जिला कलेक्टर नमित मेहता के समक्ष पेश होकर प्रार्थना पत्र पेश किया। जिसमें 29 नवमबर 2022 की फोटोकॉपी पेश कर निर्णय की पालना करवाने का निवेदन किया।
जिला कलेक्टर ने फाइल देखी तो उसमें सुंदेलाव के खसरा संख्या 14 और 15 के अपीलाण्ट का नाम बदिया पुत्र जोरिया के स्थान पर मूलाराम पुत्र जोराराम मीणा और डरी के खसरा संख्या 548, 95, 97 में मूलिया पुत्र जोरा के स्थान पर मूलाराम पुत्र जोराराम मीणा के नाम आदेश पारित किया गया। निर्णय 29 नवम्बर 2022 लिखा था और जिला कलेक्टर नमित मेहता के साइन थे। जिसे देख जिला कलेक्टर ने कहा कि यह साइन उनके नहीं है।
विभागीय स्तर पर जांच की तो सामने आया कि जिला मजिस्ट्रेट कार्यालय के रीडर मूलसिंह भाटी ने यह ऑर्डर निकाल उस पर जिला मजिस्ट्रेट नमित मेहता के फर्जी साइन किए। इस पर उनके निर्देश पर अतिरिक्त प्रशासनिक अधिकारी मनोज कुमार ने रीडर मूलसिंह भाटी के खिलाफ कुटरचित दस्तावेज तैयार कर उस पर जिला मजिस्ट्रेट के फर्जी साइन करने का मामला दर्ज कराया। पुलिस मामले की जांच में जुटी है।

Additional Administrative Officer of Collectorate Office, Manoj Kumar Gang, son of Dashrathmal Gang reported at the Kotwali police station. In which it was told that on September 4, 2023, Mularam son of Zoraram Meena, resident of Dari village, appeared before District Collector Namit Mehta and presented an application regarding a case going on in the District Magistrate Court. In which a photocopy of 29 November 2022 was presented and a request was made to implement the decision.
When the District Collector saw the file, the name of the applicant in Khasra numbers 14 and 15 of Sundelav was Mularam son of Zoraram Meena in place of Badia son of Joriya and in Khasra numbers 548, 95, 97 of Dari, instead of Muliya son of Zora, the name of the applicant was Mularam son of Zoraram Meena. Name order passed. The decision was dated 29 November 2022 and was signed by District Collector Namit Mehta. Seeing which the District Collector said that this sign is not his.
When investigation was done at the departmental level, it came to light that the reader of the District Magistrate's office, Moolsingh Bhati, issued this order and forged the signature of District Magistrate Namit Mehta on it. On his instructions, Additional Administrative Officer Manoj Kumar prepared a forged document against Reader Mulsingh Bhati and registered a case against him for forging the signature of the District Magistrate. The police is investigating the case.
