रेपकांड में कांग्रेस MLA के बेटे समेत 2 का अरेस्ट-वारंट,सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने आरोपियों की जमानत रद्द कर सरेंडर के दिए थे आदेश

राजस्थान के दौसा नाबालिग स्कूल छात्रा से गैंगरेप के मामले में मंगलवार को दौसा की एडीजे कोर्ट (एससी-एसटी) ने अलवर जिले के राजगढ़ से कांग्रेस विधायक जौहरीलाल मीणा के बेटे दीपक मीणा व एक अन्य आरोपी नेतराम के गिरफ्तारी वारंट जारी किए। एडीजे मोहनलाल सोनी ने दो आरोपियों के बेल बॉन्ड रद्द कर अरेस्ट वारंट जारी किए हैं। साथ ही जमानतियों के खिलाफ भी समन जारी करने के आदेश दिए हैं।

परिवादी के एडवोकेट विनोद बंशीवाल ने बताया कि पीड़िता के पिता की एसएलपी पर पिछले दिनों सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने 15 साल की नाबालिग से फरवरी 2021 में हुए गैंगरेप करने के मामले में राजगढ़ विधायक के आरोपी बेटे दीपक उर्फ दिलीप मीणा सहित अन्य एक आरोपी को राजस्थान हाईकोर्ट से 6 अप्रैल 2023 के आदेश के जरिए दी गई जमानत रद्द कर दी थी।साथ ही आरोपियों को दो सप्ताह में संबंधित कोर्ट में सरेंडर करने का निर्देश दिया था। इसके बावजूद आरोपियों द्वारा सरेंडर नहीं करने के बाद मंगलवार को दौसा एडीजे कोर्ट ने यह आदेश दिया है।

10वीं क्लास की छात्रा से होटल में हुआ था गैंगरेप
नाबालिग लड़की के परिजनों ने आरोप लगाया गया था कि छात्रा के साथ कई बार मंडावर के एक होटल में गैंगरेप किया था। आरोपी छात्रा को डरा धमका कर ब्लैकमेल भी कर रहे थे। पीड़िता का अश्लील वीडियो भी बनाया गया था।इसके जरिए छात्रा को डराकर, जान से मारने की धमकी देकर बार-बार रेप किया गया था। वीडियो वायरल करने की धमकी देकर पीड़िता के घर से नकदी और जेवरात भी चोरी करवाए गए थे।

रुपए और जेवरात नहीं मिले, तब की गई पूछताछ
आरोप है कि पीड़िता को धमकाकर घर से 15 लाख रुपए और जेवरात भी मंगवाकर हड़प लिए थे। पीड़िता ने डर की वजह से घर में रखे जेवरात और रुपये आरोपियों को दे दिए थे। जब परिजनों ने घर में रखे रुपये और जेवरात तलाशे तो नहीं मिले।इसके बाद पूछताछ की गई तो उसने पूरी आपबीती बताई। तब जाकर परिवार की ओर से आरोपियों के खिलाफ गैंगरेप और पॉक्सो एक्ट के तहत मंडावर थाने में मामला दर्ज कराया गया था।पुलिस ने आरोपी दीपक को निर्दोष माना था लेकिन पॉक्सो कोर्ट की सख्ती के बाद उसके पकड़ लिया गया।

फेसबुक पर हुई थी दोस्ती
FIR में बताया गया था कि फेसबुक पर नाबालिग की दोस्ती थूमड़ा (अलवर) निवासी विवेक शर्मा से हुई थी। विवेक ने लड़की से नजदीकियां बढ़ाईं और बहला-फुसलाकर 24 फरवरी 2021 को मंडावर थाना क्षेत्र की समलेटी पैलेस होटल में ले गया। वहां होटल में काम करने वाले युवक नेतराम और दीपक भी आए। साथ ही दो अन्य युवक भी वहां पहुंचे। पांचों ने मिलकर नाबालिग से गैंगरेप किया।मामले में पुलिस ने विधायक के बेटे को आरोपी नहीं माना था, लेकिन पॉक्सो कोर्ट ने सबूत के आधार पर सख्ती दिखाई, तब जाकर पुलिस ने 8 महीने पहले विधायक के बेटे को गिरफ्तार किया था जिसे हाईकोर्ट से जमानत मिल गई थी

Dausa's ADJ Court (SC-ST) on Tuesday issued arrest warrants for Deepak Meena, son of Congress MLA Joharilal Meena from Rajgarh in Alwar district, and another accused Netram, in connection with the gangrape of a minor schoolgirl in Dausa, Rajasthan. Complainant's advocate Vinod Banshiwal said that on the SLP of the victim's father, the Supreme Court had recently granted bail to Rajgarh MLA's son Deepak alias Dilip Meena, along with another accused, from the Rajasthan High Court in the case of gang rape of a 15-year-old minor in February 2021. The bail granted through an order dated 6 April 2023 was cancelled. Also, the accused were directed to surrender in the concerned court in two weeks. Despite this, the Dausa ADJ Court has given this order on Tuesday after the accused did not surrender.

10th class student was gangraped in hotel
The relatives of the minor girl had alleged that the student was gang-raped several times in a hotel in Mandawar. The accused were also blackmailing the girl student by threatening her. An obscene video of the victim was also made. Through this, the girl student was repeatedly raped by threatening to kill her. Then, on behalf of the family, a case was registered against the accused in the Mandawar police station under the Gangrape and POCSO Act. The police had considered the accused Deepak innocent but he was caught after the strictness of the POCSO court.
