राजस्थान में 25 नवंबर को होने जा रहे विधानसभा चुनाव के लिए 6 नवंबर को नामांकन की आखरी तारीख थी. इसमें एक-एक विधानसभा सीट पर 10-10 प्रत्याशियों ने नामांकन दाखिल किया है. उदयपुर (Udaipur) की बात करें, तो यहां 8 विधानसभा सीटों पर 90 से ज्यादा प्रत्याशियों ने अपना नामांकन दाखिल किया है. नामांकन प्रक्रिया के तहत मंगलवार को नाम निर्देशन पत्रों यानी जिन्होंने भी नामांकन दाखिल किए हैं उनके पत्रों की समीक्षा की गई. इसमें जिले में 9 उम्मीदवारों के कुल 14 नामांकन पत्र विभिन्न कारणों से खारिज हुए. बड़ी बात यह कि इसमें एक कांग्रेस प्रत्याशी का भी नामांकन खारिज हो गया.
जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी अरविंद पोसवाल ने बताया कि गोगुंदा विधानसभा क्षेत्र में भारतीय ट्राइबल पार्टी के शंकरलाल भील और निर्दलीय शंभू लाल भील, उदयपुर ग्रामीण से कांग्रेस पार्टी की सज्जन देवी कटारा और हिम्मत सिंह मीणा, उदयपुर शहर से निर्दलीय फतह लाल शर्मा, नरेंद्र सिंह शक्तावत और राष्ट्रीय लोक सेवक पार्टी से सूर्यवीर सिंह, मावली से निर्दलीय सीताराम बाबा और वल्लभनगर से निर्दलीय बाबूलाल कीर के नामांकन रद्द हुए हैं. इसके साथ ये आवेदक निर्वाचन प्रक्रिया से बाहर हो गए. हालांकि, कांग्रेस पार्टी से सज्जन देवी के बेटे विवेक कटारा ने भी कांग्रेस पार्टी से नामांकन भरा है, जिनका अभी खारिज नहीं हुआ है.
किसका किस पार्टी से रद्द हुआ नामांकन
उन्होंने बताया कि उदयपुर ग्रामीण से गेबी लाल डामोर का निर्दलीय प्रत्याशी के तौर पर नामांकन निरस्त हुआ. सीपीआई प्रत्याशी के तौर पर चुनाव मैदान में बने हुए हैं. सलूंबर में गोविंद कलासुआ का आम आदमी पार्टी प्रत्याशी के तौर पर प्रस्तुत नामांकन निरस्त हुआ, जबकि, निर्दलीय प्रत्याशी के रूप में फॉर्म स्वीकार हुआ. मावली में राजू पूरी गोस्वामी का जनता सेना राजस्थान प्रत्याशी के रूप में नामांकन निरस्त हुआ, निर्दलीय के रूप में स्वीकार हुआ. खेरवाड़ा और झाडोल में क्रमशः विनोद कुमार मीणा और दिनेश पांडोर ने भारत आदिवासी पार्टी से दो-दो नामांकन भरे थे, इनमें से एक-एक निरस्त हुआ. मीणा और पांडोर अभी भी बीएपी प्रत्याशी के तौर पर चुनाव मैदान में हैं.
9 नवंबर तक होगा नामांकन वापस
निर्वाचन अधिकारी ने बताया कि विधानसभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र गोगुंदा में 10, झाडोल में 12, खेरवाड़ा में 10, उदयपुर ग्रामीण में 8, उदयपुर शहर में 15, मावली में 10, वल्लभनगर में 10 और सलूंबर में 11 उम्मीदवारों के नामांकन वैध पाए गए. यह सभी 8 विधानसभा में प्रत्याशी के रूप ने मैदान में बने हुए हैं. उन्होंने बताया कि नाम वापसी का आखिरी दिन 9 नवंबर दोपहर तीन बजे होगा. इसके बाद चुनाव चिन्ह आवंटन की प्रक्रिया शुरू होगी.

District Election Officer Arvind Poswal said that in Gogunda assembly constituency, Shankarlal Bhil of Bharatiya Tribal Party and independent Shambhu Lal Bhil, Sajjan Devi Katara and Himmat Singh Meena of Congress party from Udaipur Rural, Independent Fatah Lal Sharma, Narendra Singh Shaktawat from Udaipur City and The nominations of Suryaveer Singh from Rashtriya Lok Sevak Party, Sitaram Baba from Mavli and independent Babulal Keer from Vallabhnagar have been cancelled. With this these applicants were out of the election process. However, Sajjan Devi's son Vivek Katara has also filed nomination from the Congress Party, which has not been rejected yet.
Whose nomination was canceled from which party?
He told that the nomination of Gabi Lal Damor as an independent candidate from Udaipur Rural was cancelled. He is contesting as a CPI candidate. In Salumbar, Govind Kalasua's nomination submitted as Aam Aadmi Party candidate was rejected, whereas, his form as an independent candidate was accepted. Raju Puri Goswami's nomination as Janata Sena Rajasthan candidate in Mavli was canceled and he was accepted as an independent. In Kherwara and Jhadol respectively, Vinod Kumar Meena and Dinesh Pandor had filed two nominations each from Bharat Adivasi Party, one of them was rejected. Meena and Pandor are still in the fray as BAP candidates.
Nominations will be returned till 9th November
The election officer said that nominations of 10 candidates in assembly constituency Gogunda, 12 in Jhadol, 10 in Kherwada, 8 in Udaipur Rural, 15 in Udaipur City, 10 in Mavli, 10 in Vallabhnagar and 11 in Salumber were found valid. All these 8 are in the fray as candidates in the Assembly. He told that the last day for withdrawal of nominations will be on November 9 at 3 pm. After this the process of election symbol allotment will start.
