बीकानेर: युवक की अत्यंत दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण मौत, पिता ने चार युवकों के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज किया, छानबीन जारी
बीकानेर के रानी बाजार इंडस्ट्रियल एरिया में 3 महीने पहले एक युवक अचेत अवस्था में मिला था। पिता को शक था कि उसकी हत्या की गई है। हालांकि, कोई सबूत या सस्पेक्ट ना मिलने के कारण उन्हें मजबूरी में बेटे का अंतिम संस्कार करना पड़ा। इसके बावजूद भी पिता की छानबीन नहीं रुकी। अब 3 महीने बाद पिता ने 4 युवकों पर नामजद मामला दर्ज कराया है। उन्होंने अपने स्तर पर छानबीन की तो मालूम चला कि अंतिम बार बेटा इन्हीं लोगों के साथ था। इस युवक की हत्या तीन महीने पहले हुई थी लेकिन पिता ने अपने स्तर पर खोजबीन के बाद चार जनों के खिलाफ हत्या का मामला दर्ज कराया है। पुलिस इस पूरे मामले की नए सिरे से छानबीन कर रही है।
3 माह तक पिता ने की अपने स्तर पर पड़ताल
पिता ने रिपोर्ट में बताया कि पिंटू 3 महीने पहले रानी बाजार इंडस्ट्रियल एरिया में अचेत अवस्था में मिला था। जिसे बाद में डॉक्टर्स ने मृत घोषित कर दिया। तब पिता संत कुमार मिश्रा ने मर्ग दर्ज कराई और पोस्टमार्टम के बाद शव का अंतिम संस्कार कर दिया। संत कुमार ने पुलिस को बताया कि तब से अब तक वो इस मामले की पड़ताल अपने स्तर पर कर रहा था।
पता चला कि पिंटू को चार युवक अपने साथ फैक्ट्री से लेकर गए थे। 28 जुलाई को करीब सवा 10 बजे फैक्ट्री के आगे से जहांगीर कोहरी, पवन बिश्नोई, अंकित बिश्नोई और सांवर लाल बिश्नोई उसे अपने साथ ले गए थे। आरोप है कि उसके हाथ-पैर बांधकर पीटा गया। बाद में रानी बाजार इंडस्ट्रियल एरिया की गली नंबर सात के आगे फेंक गए। इसके बाद उसकी मौत हो गई। पिता ने अपने बेटे की हत्या के मामले में चारों के खिलाफ भारतीय दंड संहिता की धारा 302 के तहत मामला दर्ज कराया है। पुलिस ने नए सिरे से इस मामले की छानबीन शुरू कर दी है।

However, due to lack of any evidence or suspect, he was forced to perform the last rites of his son. Despite this the father's investigation did not stop. Now after 3 months, the father has filed a case against 4 youths. When he investigated at his level, he came to know that the son was last with these people. This young man was murdered three months ago, but after investigation at his level, the father has registered a case of murder against four people. The police is investigating this entire matter afresh.
The father did his own investigation for 3 months.
The father told in the report that Pintu was found in an unconscious state in Rani Bazar Industrial Area 3 months ago. Who was later declared dead by the doctors. Then father Sant Kumar Mishra registered the case and cremated the body after post-mortem. Sant Kumar told the police that from then till now he was investigating the matter at his own level.
It was revealed that four youths had taken Pintu with them from the factory. On July 28, around 10.15 am, Jahangir Kohri, Pawan Bishnoi, Ankit Bishnoi and Sanwar Lal Bishnoi took him with them from in front of the factory. It is alleged that his hands and legs were tied and he was beaten. Later, he was thrown in front of street number seven of Rani Bazar Industrial Area. After this he died. The father has registered a case against all four under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code for the murder of his son. The police have started investigating this matter afresh.
