बीकानेर, नोखा में एक विवाहिता को ​​​​​​सवाईमाधोपुर ले जाकर दुष्कर्म करने व एक वर्ष तक बंदी बनाकर रखने का मामला सामने आया है। वहीं पीड़िता ने पिता और भाई पर भी शारीरिक संबंध बनाने का प्रयास करने का आरोप लगाकर बुधवार देर रात को मुकदमा दर्ज करवाया है। पीड़िता ने रिपोर्ट में बताया कि उसका विवाह नाबालिग उम्र में ही हो गया था।

 जिसका गौणा वर्ष 2012 में उसके परिवारजन द्वारा किया गया। गौणा करने के बाद वह अपने ससुराल में रहने लगी थी। लेकिन पति, सास, ससुर तथा जेठ, देवर, जेठानी, ननदे उसके साथ दहेज के लिए मारपीट करते थे। ससुराल वाले दहेज में नगदी और एक बाइक की मांग कर रहे थे। जिसके बाद ससुराल वालों ने उसे धक्के देकर व मारपीट कर घर से निकाल दिय। जिसके बाद वह अपने पिता के घर आ गई तथा अपने पिता व भाई के साथ अपना जीवन यापन करने लगी, लेकिन उसके पिता व भाई ने उसे ससुराल भेजने का दबाव बनाया तथा पिता व भाई ने उसके साथ शारीरिक संबंध बनाने का प्रयास किया।

उसने विरोध किया तो उसे घर से निकाल दिया। जिस पर वो अपने ससुराल के बस स्टैंड पर बैठी रो रही थी तभी वहां पर एक युवक आया और मेरे से रोने का कारण पूछा। जिसके बाद युवक ने उसे ठंडा पिलाया। जिस पर वह बेहोश हो गई। युवक अपनी कार में बैठा कर अपने साथ सवाई माधोपुर लेकर गया तथा उसके साथ शारीरिक संबंध स्थापित किए। साथ ही उसे 1 वर्ष तक बंदी बना कर रखा। अब उसे मौका मिला तो वो उसके चंगुल से बच कर आई। पुलिस ने मुकदमा दर्ज कर जांच प्रारम्भ की है व महिला को नारी निकेतन भिजवाया जा रहा है।

But her husband, mother-in-law, father-in-law, brother-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law and sister-in-law used to beat her for dowry. The in-laws were demanding cash and a bike as dowry. After which her in-laws pushed and beat her and threw her out of the house. After which she came to her father's house and started living her life with her father and brother, but her father and brother put pressure on her to send her to her in-laws' house and the father and brother tried to have physical relations with her.

When he protested, he was thrown out of the house. While she was crying sitting at her in-laws' bus stand, a young man came there and asked me the reason for crying. After which the young man gave him cold drink. On which she became unconscious. The youth took her to Sawai Madhopur in his car and established physical relations with her. Also he was kept captive for 1 year. Now that she got a chance, she escaped from his clutches. Police have registered a case and started investigation and the woman is being sent to Nari Niketan.
