शादी कराई-पति को मरवाया! रूह कंपा देगी पूर्व MLA पवन पांडे के षड़यंत्र की कहानी

ह अंबेडकर नगर के पूर्व विधायक पवन पांडेय की कहानी है, कोई जासूसी नॉवेल नहीं. तीन साल पुरानी इस कहानी में थ्रिल है तो एक्शन भी है, सस्पेंस के साथ धोखा और मर्डर भी. यह कहानी आपको थोड़ा फिल्मी लग सकती है, लेकिन है हकीकत. इस कहानी में जर-जोरु और जमीन भी है. आइए, इस कहानी में घुसने से पहले हम तीन साल पहले हुए एक घटनाक्रम पर चलते हैं. इस घटनाक्रम में नासिरपुर बरवा के रहने वाले अजय सिंह की सड़क दुर्घटना में मौत हुई थी. यह घटना उस समय हुई, जब वह एक मंदिर में शादी करके अपने घर लौट रहे थे.

वह तारीख 23 अक्टूबर 2020 की है. एक्सिडेंट के बाद अजय सिंह के घर वाले मौके पर पहुंचे, शव की शिनाख्त की और पोस्टमार्टम कराने के बाद अंतिम संस्कार करा दिया. उस समय तक उन्हें कोई खबर नहीं थी कि हादसे से ठीक पहले अजय सिंह अतरौलिया आजमगढ़ की रहने वाली नीतू सिंह से शादी के बाद अपने घर लौट रहे थे. इस घटना के कुछ ही दिन बीते थे कि अजय सिंह की मां को उनकी शादी के बारे में सूचना मिली. साथ ही पता चला कि जिस लड़की से शादी हुई थी, उसने हादसे के दो दिन पहले ही नगर पालिका के कुंटुंब रजिस्टर में बतौर अजय सिंह की पत्नी अपना नाम भी दर्ज करा लिया.

इस जानकारी से अजय सिंह की मां को शक हुआ. इसके बाद वह कुछ और पड़ताल करतीं कि एक और खबर आ गई. इसमें पता चला कि सड़क के किनारे उनकी 28 बिस्वा (करीब डेढ़ बीघे) जमीन जिसकी कीमत करीब 8 करोड़ थी, उसका महज 20 लाख रुपये में इकरारनामा किसी मुकेश तिवारी के नाम हुआ है. यह इकरारनामा भी हादसे से करीब दो महीने पहले 25 अगस्त को किया गया था. पता चला कि मुकेश तिवारी पूर्व विधायक पवन पांडेय का करीबी है. इस खबर से अजय सिंह की मां और बहनों के पैरों तले जमीन खिसक गई. उन्हें विश्वास हो गया कि अजय का एक्सिडेंट हादसा नहीं, बल्कि मर्डर है.

हाईकोर्ट के आदेश पर दर्ज हुआ केस
इसके बाद अजय की मां ने पुलिस में शिकायत दी, लेकिन पुलिस ने कई दिनों तक मामले को लटकाए रखा और आखिर में खारिज कर दिया. थक हार कर अजय की मां ने हाईकोर्ट का रुख किया. इसके बाद हाईकोर्ट ने ही 31 जनवरी 2022 को मामला दर्ज करने और इसकी जांच के लिए यूपी एसटीएफ को आदेश दिए थे. चूंकि मामले की निगरानी हाईकोर्ट खुद कर रहा था, इसलिए एसटीएफ ने तेजी से जांच की और 19 नवंबर 2022 को अजय सिंह की कथित पत्नी नीतू को गिरफ्तार कर लिया. इसके बाद एसटीएफ के अधिकारियों ने कई राउंड की पूछताछ की, क्राइम सीन रिक्रिएट कराया.

इसी पूछताछ के दौरान नीतू ने गलती से पूरे वारदात को एसटीएफ के सामने उगल दिया. जिसके बाद एसटीएफ ने बाराबंकी स्थित आवास पर दबिश देकर बीते शुक्रवार को पवन पांडेय को अरेस्ट कर लिया. मामले की जांच से जुड़े एसटीएफ के एक अधिकारी के मुताबिक इस वारदात में हर पाल साजिश हुई है. यहां तक कि नीतू और अजय की शादी भी इसी साजिश का एक हिस्सा है. उन्होंने बताया कि शादी से पहले कुटुंब रजिस्टर में नाम चढ़वाने का उद्देश्य ये था कि अजय की मौत के बाद जमीन का मालिकाना हक नीतू के पास आ जाता.

हर पल हुई साजिश
ऐसे में नीतू कहीं अपनी जबान से ना फिर जाए, इसलिए दो महीने पहले ही पवन पांडेय ने अजय सिंह से इस जमीन का इकरार नामा मुकेश तिवारी के नाम करा लिया था. चूंकि कुटुंब रजिस्टर में नाम दर्ज कराने में अड़चन आ रही थी, इसलिए खुद पवन पांडेय ने ही आर्य समाज मंदिर सफेदाबाद बाराबंकी से इनकी शादी का फर्जी प्रमाण पत्र बनवा दिया. इस प्रमाण पत्र की पुष्टि के लिए अपने करीबी अकबरपुर के अभिषेक तिवारी व लखनऊ के अमरेश यादव को गवाह बनाया था.एसटीएफ के अधिकारी के मुताबिक इस मामले में कुल 12 आरोपी बनाए गए हैं.

कुल 12 आरोपी हैं नामजद
इसमें मुख्य षड्यंत्रकारी खुद पूर्व विधायक पवन पांडेय हैं. इसी प्रकार उनके करीबी जौनपुर शाहगंज निवासी मुकेश तिवारी, गोविंद यादव, लाल बहादुर सिंह, दीप नारायन आदि भी शामिल थे. बता दें कि बाराबंकी के रहने वाले पवन पांडेय राम मंदिर की लहर में शिवसेना के टिकट पर चुनाव जीत कर विधानसभा पहुंचे थे. एसटीएफ के एडीजी अमिताभ यश के मुताबिक उन्हें अंबेडकरनगर के अकबरपुर कोतवाली में दर्ज धोखाधड़ी, दस्तावेजों में हेराफेरी और साजिश की धाराओं में दर्ज कए मामले में अरेस्ट किया गया है. पवन पांडेय के भाई राकेश पांडेय इस समय जलालपुर से समाजवादी पार्टी के विधायक हैं. जबकि उनका भतीजा रितेश पांडेय बहुजन समाज पार्टी के टिकट पर चुनाव जीत कर अंबेडकरनगर से सांसद हैं.

This incident happened when he was returning home after getting married in a temple.

That date is 23 October 2020. After the accident, Ajay Singh's family members reached the spot, identified the body and after conducting the post-mortem, performed the last rites. Till that time, they had no news that just before the accident, Ajay Singh was returning to his home after marrying Neetu Singh, a resident of Atraulia, Azamgarh. Only a few days had passed after this incident that Ajay Singh's mother got information about his marriage. It was also revealed that the girl who was married had registered her name as Ajay Singh's wife in the family register of the municipality two days before the accident.

Ajay Singh's mother became suspicious due to this information. After this, while she was doing some more investigation, another news came. It was revealed that his 28 biswa (about one and a half bigha) land on the roadside, which was worth about Rs 8 crore, was deeded to one Mukesh Tiwari for just Rs 20 lakh. This agreement was also made on August 25, about two months before the accident. It was revealed that Mukesh Tiwari is close to former MLA Pawan Pandey. Due to this news, the ground slipped from under the feet of Ajay Singh's mother and sisters. He became convinced that Ajay's accident was not an accident but a murder.

Case registered on the orders of High Court
After this, Ajay's mother complained to the police, but the police kept the case pending for several days and finally dismissed it. Tired and defeated, Ajay's mother approached the High Court. After this, the High Court itself had ordered the UP STF to register the case and investigate it on January 31, 2022. Since the High Court itself was monitoring the case, the STF conducted a speedy investigation and arrested Ajay Singh's alleged wife Neetu on 19 November 2022. After this, STF officials conducted several rounds of interrogation and got the crime scene recreated.

During this interrogation, Neetu accidentally spilled the beans on the entire incident to the STF. After which STF raided his residence in Barabanki and arrested Pawan Pandey last Friday. According to an STF officer involved in the investigation of the case, there was a conspiracy behind the scenes in this incident. Even the marriage of Neetu and Ajay is a part of this conspiracy. He told that the purpose of getting the name registered in the family register before marriage was that after the death of Ajay, the ownership of the land would come to Neetu.

Conspiracy happened every moment
In such a situation, Neetu should not go back on her words, hence two months ago, Pawan Pandey had got the deed of this land from Ajay Singh in the name of Mukesh Tiwari. Since there was a problem in registering their names in the family register, Pawan Pandey himself got a fake marriage certificate made from Arya Samaj Mandir Safedabad Barabanki. To confirm this certificate, his close associates Abhishek Tiwari of Akbarpur and Amresh Yadav of Lucknow were made witnesses. According to the STF official, a total of 12 accused have been made in this case.

The main conspirator in this is former MLA Pawan Pandey himself. Similarly, his close relatives Mukesh Tiwari, Govind Yadav, Lal Bahadur Singh, Deep Narayan, resident of Jaunpur Shahganj etc. were also included. Let us tell you that Pawan Pandey, a resident of Barabanki, had reached the Assembly after winning the election on Shiv Sena ticket in the Ram Mandir wave. According to STF ADG Amitabh Yash, he has been arrested in a case registered in Akbarpur Kotwali of Ambedkar Nagar under sections of fraud, falsification of documents and conspiracy. Pawan Pandey's brother Rakesh Pandey is currently the Samajwadi Party MLA from Jalalpur. While his nephew Ritesh Pandey is MP from Ambedkar Nagar after winning the election on Bahujan Samaj Party ticket.
