नई दिल्ली। जी-20 समिट से पहले देश में इंडिया और भारत नाम को लेकर घमासान शुरू हो गया है। इस पूरे बहस की शुरुआत उस वक्त हुई जब राष्ट्रपति भवन से निमंत्रण पत्र में 'प्रेसिडेंट ऑफ इंडिया' की जगह 'प्रेसिडेंट ऑफ भारत' लिखा था। 9 सितंबर से भारत में होने जा रहे जी-20 समिट के लिए ये निमंत्रण पत्र विदेशी मेहमानों और भारत के कुछ नेताओं और अन्य लोगों को भेजा गया। कल दिन में ये बहस शुरू हुई और शाम आते-आते केंद्रीय मंत्री अनुराग ठाकुर ने ये साफ कर दिया की सरकार संसद का स्पेशल सेशन इंडिया नाम बदलने के लिए नहीं बुला रही है। अनुराग ने इस बात को अफवाह बताया। देश में जारी इस बहस के बीच एक सवाल उठ रहा है कि अगर देश का नाम बदला गया तो इसमें खर्च कितना आएगा।

नाम बदलने की बात क्यों
बता दें कि भारत पहला देश नहीं जहां नाम बदले जाने की बात हो रही है। इतिहास में कई बार ऐसा हो चुका है। समय-समय पर इस तरह के बदलाव कई देशों में पहले भी हुए हैं। हर बार इसके पीछे कोई न कोई कारण बताया जाता है। लेकिन हर बदलाव अपने साथ कुछ न कुछ अतिरिक्त खर्च लेकर चलता है। उदाहरण के तौर पर- अगर हम किसी नए जगह पर शिफ्ट होते हैं या घर कि मरम्मत करवाते हैं, तो एक्स्ट्रा खर्च करना ही पड़ता है। एक रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक उत्तर प्रदेश में जब इलाहाबाद का नाम बदला गया था राज्य सरकार को 300 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक का खर्च आया था। ऐसा ही देश का नाम बदलने पर भी होगा। नाम बदला जाएगा तो सभी संस्थान, वेबसाइट, कागजात और कई अन्य बड़े-बडे़ बदलाव भी करने होंगे और इन सब में मोटा खर्च आएगा।

टोटल खर्च कितना आ सकता है
आउटलुक इंडिया की रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, अगर देश का नाम बदला जाता है तो इसमें लगभग 14304 करोड़ रुपये का खर्च आ सकता है। अब सवाल उठता है कि इस आंकड़े का पता चला कैसे, तो बता दें की इस आंकड़े की गणना दक्षिण अफ्रीका के वकील डेरेन ऑलिवियर के सुझाए फॉर्मूला से की गई है। दरअसल, साल 2018 में स्वैजीलैंड का नाम बदलकर इस्वातीनि कर दिया गया था। तब उन्होंने अनुमान लगाया था कि स्वेजीलैंड का नाम इस्वातीनि करने में देश कि सरकार को 60 मिलियन डॉलर का खर्च करने पड़े थे।

Actually, in the year 2018, the name of Swaziland was changed to Eswatini. He then estimated that the country's government had to spend 60 million dollars to change the name of Swaziland to Eswatini.
