दिल्ली के भोगल ज्वेलरी शॉप में चोरी के मामले में छत्तीसगढ़ से दो लोगों को हिरासत में लिया गया है. एसपी बिलासपुर संतोष सिंह ने बताया कि दुर्ग में एक आरोपी से 12.50 लाख रुपए नकद और 18 किलो से अधिक सोना और हीरे जब्त किए गए हैं.एसपी ने कहा कि दुर्ग में रात को रेड की कार्रवाई की गई जिसमें लोकेश नामक चोर को पकड़ा गया.

कल उसके एक साथी को पकड़ा गया जिसके पास से 23 लाख का सामान, ज्वेलेरी और कैश मिला था लेकिन वह भाग गया था. बाद में उसके घर से 12.5 लाख कैश मिला. इनका अंतर्राज्यीय गिरोह हो सकता है. दुर्ग के ASP सिटी संजय कुमार ध्रुव ने बताया कि छत्तीसगढ़ पुलिस और दिल्ली पुलिस ने संयुक्त कार्रवाई की है. कुछ दिन पहले दिल्ली में चोरी की घटना हुई थी जिसे अब सुलझा लिया गया है. आरोपी एक हाई प्रोफाइल चोर था.आरोपी को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया है और आगे की जांच जारी है.

जी मीडिया संवाददाता ने बताया कि दिल्ली,दुर्ग और बिलासपुर पुलिस की संयुक्त कार्रवाई में दोनों आरोपी दबोचे गए. चोरी के बाद दोनों छत्तीसगढ़ जाकर छुप गए थे. चोरों के पास से कुल 15 करोड़ कीमत का 18 किलो सोना जप्त किया गया है. दिल्ली के भोगल ज्वेलरी शॉप के मालिक महावीर प्रसाद जैन ने चोर पकड़ने पर पुलिस को धन्यवाद दिया है. उन्होंने कहा कि हम सभी पुलिस अधिकारियों के आभारी हैं. जब तक आभूषण (जो बरामद हुआ) नहीं आ जाता, हम ज्यादा कुछ नहीं कह सकते, लेकिन तस्वीरों से पता चलता है पहचान सकते हैं कि यह हमारा आभूषण है... हम दिल्ली पुलिस और अन्य राज्यों की पुलिस की भी सराहना करते हैं.

एक वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधिकारी के मुताबिक, दिल्ली में डकैती की सबसे बड़ी घटनाओं में शामिल इस वारदात में कम से कम तीन अज्ञात लोग शामिल थे. उन्होंने बताया कि आरोपी इस सप्ताह की शुरुआत में दुकान में घुसे, स्ट्रॉन्ग रूम में छेद किया और 20 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक मूल्य के आभूषणों के साथ-साथ पांच लाख रुपये नकद लेकर फरार हो गए.पुलिस के अनुसार, दक्षिण दिल्ली के भोगल में उमराव सिंह ज्वैलर्स नाम की दुकान में कई सीसीटीवी कैमरे लगे थे, लेकिन रविवार आधी रात के आसपास उन्हें क्षतिग्रस्त कर दिया गया था.पुलिस ने बताया कि दुकान के मालिक ने रविवार रात करीब आठ बजे दुकान बंद की थी और मंगलवार को सुबह करीब 10.30 बजे फिर से दुकान खोली तो उसे घटना की जानकारी हुई. यह दुकान सोमवार को बंद रहती है.
