AAP सांसद संजय सिंह के आवास पर ED की छापेमारी, तलाशी जारी

आम आदमी पार्टी (AAP) के सांसद संजय सिंह के आवास पर बुधवार को प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ED) ने छापेमारी की है। जानकारी के मुताबिक, बुधवार सुबह ही ईडी की टीम संजय सिंह के आवास पर सर्च करने पहुंची है। आप सांसद के दिल्ली वाले घर पर ईडी की टीम तलाशी करने पहुंची है।

संजय सिंह के घर पर यह तलाशी शराब घोटाले में की जा रही है। शराब घोटाले में दाखिल चार्जशीट में संजय सिंह का नाम था। इससे पहले मई 2023 में इसी केस के सिलसिले में संजय सिंह के करीबियों के यहां ईडी ने छापा मारा था।

अपने सहयोगियों के घर रेड पर आप सांसद ने कहा था, “मैंने ED की फर्जी जांच को पूरे देश के सामने उजागर किया। इसे लेकर ED ने गलती मानी। जब मेरे पास कुछ नहीं मिला तो मेरे सहयोगियों अजीत त्यागी और सर्वेश मिश्रा के घर ED ने छापा मारा है। ये जुर्म की इंतहा है, चाहे जितना जुर्म करो लड़ाई जारी रहेगी।”

जांच एजेंसियों के रडार पर AAP नेता

इससे पहले भी आम आदमी पार्टी के तमाम नेता जांच एजेंसियों के रडार पर आ चुके हैं। ED ने मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग मामले में पिछले साल आप सरकार में मंत्री रहे सत्येन्द्र जैन को गिरफ्तार किया था। हालांकि, अभी वे बीमारी के चलते सुप्रीम कोर्ट से अंतरिम जमानत पर हैं। इसके अलावा ईडी ने दिल्ली शराब नीति में घोटाले में फरवरी 2023 में डिप्टी सीएम मनीष सिसोदिया को गिरफ्तार किया था। सिसोदिया फिलहाल अभी जेल में बंद हैं।

ED raids AAP MP Sanjay Singh's residence, search continues

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) raided the residence of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MP Sanjay Singh on Wednesday. According to the information, the ED team reached Sanjay Singh's residence on Wednesday morning itself to search. ED team has reached AAP MP's Delhi house to search.

This search is being conducted at Sanjay Singh's house in connection with the liquor scam. Sanjay Singh's name was in the charge sheet filed in the liquor scam. Earlier in May 2023, ED had raided Sanjay Singh's close relatives in connection with the same case.

On the raid on the house of his colleagues, the AAP MP had said, “I exposed the fake investigation of ED in front of the entire country. ED admitted mistake regarding this. When nothing was found with me, ED raided the houses of my colleagues Ajit Tyagi and Sarvesh Mishra. This is the limit of crime, no matter how much crime you commit, the fight will continue.”

AAP leader on radar of investigating agencies

Even before this, many leaders of Aam Aadmi Party have come on the radar of investigating agencies. ED had arrested Satyendar Jain, who was a minister in the AAP government, last year in a money laundering case. However, currently he is on interim bail from the Supreme Court due to illness. Apart from this, ED had arrested Deputy CM Manish Sisodia in February 2023 in the Delhi Liquor Policy scam. Sisodia is currently in jail.
