जब भी मौका मिला महिला पहलवानों से छेड़छाड़ करते थे बृजभूषण, कोर्ट में दिल्ली पुलिस की दलील

महिला पहलवानों के यौन शोषण मामले में शनिवार को दिल्ली पुलिस ने अदालत में अपनी दलील पेश करते हुए कहा कि भाजपा सांसद बृजभूषण शरण सिंह के खिलाफ जो साक्ष्य और सबूत मिले हैं, वह आरोप तय करने के लिए पर्याप्त हैं। दिल्ली पुलिस ने कहा कि बृजभूषण सिंह को जब भी मौका मिलता था, वह महिला पहलवानों की लज्जा भंग करने की कोशिश करते थे।

अतिरिक्त मुख्य मेट्रोपॉलिटन मजिस्ट्रेट (एसीएमएम) हरजीत सिंह जसपाल ने महिला पहलवानों के यौन उत्पीड़न मामले में दिल्ली पुलिस की दलीलें सुनीं। दिल्ली पुलिस ने बताया कि बृजभूषण शरण सिंह को पता था कि वह क्या कर रहे हैं और इसलिए उन्होंने शिकायत के जरिए अपने कृत्य को छिपाने की कोशिश की, जिससे उनकी मंशा का पता चलता है।

दिल्ली पुलिस ने अदालत में आरोप पत्र पर बहस करते हुए कहा कि सवाल यह नहीं है कि पीड़ित लड़की ने कोई प्रतिक्रिया दी है या नहीं। मसला यह है कि उनके साथ गलत किया गया। दिल्ली पुलिस ने शिकायतकर्ताओं के साथ दिल्ली में डब्ल्यूएफआई के कार्यालय में हुई घटना का जिक्र किया और कहा कि क्षेत्राधिकार दिल्ली में ही बनता है।

कमरे में जबर्दस्ती गले लगाने का आरोप

पुलिस ने एक महिला पहलवान की शिकायत का वर्णन करते हुए कहा कि तजाकिस्तान में एक इवेंट के दौरान बृजभूषण ने शिकायतकर्ता को कमरे में बुलाया और जबर्दस्ती गले लगाया। विरोध करने पर बृजभूषण ने कहा कि पिता की तरह व्यवहार किया था। इससे पता चलता है कि बृजभूषण को पता था वह क्या कर रहे हैं।

इस दौरान पुलिस ने कहा कि उनसे जुड़ी कुछ घटनाएं और शिकायतें हैं जिन्हें एफआईआर में एक साथ जोड़ दिया गया है। दिल्ली पुलिस ने यह भी तर्क दिया कि सीआरपीसी की धारा 188 के तहत मंजूरी की आवश्यकता नहीं है क्योंकि कुछ घटनाएं भारत के भीतर हुईं।

विशेष लोक अभियोजक (एसपीपी) अतुल श्रीवास्तव ने अपने दलीलों के समर्थन में आरोपी की मंशा दिखाने के लिए कजाकिस्तान, मंगोलिया, बेल्लारी और नई दिल्ली में हुई घटनाओं का हवाला दिया। उन्होंने यह भी तर्क दिया कि अभियुक्तों के कार्यों को सह-अभियुक्तों द्वारा सुविधाजनक बनाया गया था। उन्होंने दो शिकायतकर्ताओं के भाई और पति को नई दिल्ली में डब्ल्यूएफआई कार्यालय में आरोपियों के कमरे के बाहर रोक दिया।

यौन उत्पीड़न मामले में बृजभूषण शरण सिंह के खिलाफ आरोप के बिंदु पर दिल्ली पुलिस की आगे की दलीलों पर अदालत 7 अक्टूबर को सुनवाई जारी रखेगी। इससे पहले, दिल्ली पुलिस ने 16 सितंबर को दलील दी थी कि आरोपी बीजेपी सांसद बृजभूषण शरण सिंह को निगरानी समिति ने कभी भी बरी नहीं किया था।

On Saturday, Delhi Police, while presenting its arguments in the court in the case of sexual exploitation of women wrestlers, said that the evidence and evidence found against BJP MP Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh is sufficient to frame charges. Delhi Police said that whenever Brij Bhushan Singh got a chance, he used to try to outrage the modesty of women wrestlers.

Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (ACMM) Harjeet Singh Jaspal heard the arguments of Delhi Police in the sexual harassment case of women wrestlers. Delhi Police said that Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh knew what he was doing and hence he tried to hide his actions through a complaint, which reveals his intentions.

Delhi Police, while arguing the charge sheet in the court, said that the question is not whether the victim girl has given any reaction or not. The issue is that they were wronged. Delhi Police referred to the incident that took place with the complainants at the WFI office in Delhi and said that jurisdiction rests in Delhi only.

Allegation of forced hug in the room

Describing the complaint of a female wrestler, the police said that during an event in Tajikistan, Brij Bhushan called the complainant into the room and forcefully hugged her. When protested, Brijbhushan said that he had behaved like a father. This shows that Brij Bhushan knew what he was doing.

Meanwhile, the police said that there are some incidents and complaints related to them which have been clubbed together in the FIR. Delhi Police also argued that sanction under Section 188 of the CrPC was not required as some of the incidents occurred within India.

Special Public Prosecutor (SPP) Atul Srivastava cited incidents in Kazakhstan, Mongolia, Bellary and New Delhi to support his arguments to show the motive of the accused. He also argued that the actions of the accused were facilitated by the co-accused. They stopped the brother and husband of the two complainants outside the room of the accused at the WFI office in New Delhi.

The court will continue hearing on October 7 on Delhi Police's further arguments on the point of charge against Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh in the sexual assault case. Earlier, Delhi Police had argued on September 16 that accused BJP MP Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh was never acquitted by the monitoring committee.
