IIT BHU की छात्रा की आपबीती: रात में टहल रहे थे तभी तीन युवकों ने पहले मुंह दबाया... किस किया, यहीं न रुके वो

आईआईटी बीएचयू कैंपस में बुधवार देर रात दोस्त के साथ टहलने निकली बीटेक मैथमेटिकल इंजीनियरिंग की छात्रा के साथ खौफनाक वारदात को अंजाम दिया गया। अपने दोस्त के साथ कैम्पस में टहल रही छात्रा को बुलेट से आए तीन युवकों ने पहले दबोचा, फिर किनारे ले जाकर मुंह दबाया और किस किया।

छात्रा का आरोप है कि उन गुंडों ने उसके कपड़े निकालकर वीडियो भी बनाए। छात्रा ने शोर मचाया तो उसे जान से मारने की धमकी दी। तकरीबन 15 मिनट तक उसे बंधक बनाए रखा। छात्रा किसी तरह वहां से बचकर निकली तो युवकों ने पीछा किया। घबराई छात्रा एक प्रोफेसर आवास में घुस गई। युवकों ने छात्रा का मोबाइल भी छीन लिया है। पीड़ित छात्रा कर्नाटक की रहने वाली है। उधर, देर रात छात्रों से बात करने पहुंचे आईआईटी निदेशक प्रो पीके जैन को बंधक बना लिया गया। छात्रों का कहना था कि जब तक मांगों पर अमल नहीं होगा, तब तक निदेशक को जाने नहीं दिया जाएगा।

घटना से नाराज आईआईटी बीएचयू के तकरीबन 1000 छात्र गुरुवार को धरने पर बैठ गए। छात्रों ने पढ़ाई और शोध का काम ठप कर दिया। साथ ही परिसर को असुरक्षित बताते हुए कुछ दिनों के लिए आईआईटी बंद करने और बाहरी लोगों का प्रवेश बंद करने की मांग भी की।

सुबह दस बजे छात्र कैम्पस के बाहर धरने पर बैठ गए। उनकी मांग थी कि कैम्पस में आने-जाने के सभी रास्तों को बंद कर दिया जाए और सुरक्षा बढ़ाई जाए। इसे लेकर उन्होंने आईआईटी प्रशासन को ज्ञापन भी सौंपा है। दूसरी तरफ छात्रा की एफआईआर पर लंका थाने की पुलिस ने तीन अज्ञात लोगों के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज कर लिया है। आईआईटी प्रशासन की सूचना पर एसपी भेलूपुर प्रवीण सिंह ने परिसर में जाकर छात्रों से बात की, लेकिन छात्रा डायरेक्टर से बात करने की मांग पर अड़े रहे। बवाल बढ़ा तो कमिश्नरेट पुलिस ने लंका थाने के प्रभारी निरीक्षक अश्विनी पांडेय को लाइनहाजिर कर दिया।

छात्रा ने क्या कहा

एफआईआर के मुताबिक आईआईटी बीएचयू में बीटेक मैथमेटिकल इंजीनियरिंग की छात्रा बुधवार की रात डेढ़ बजे टहलने निकली थी। थोड़ी दूर पर उसे अपना दोस्त मिल गया। टहलते हुए दोनों कर्मन बाबा मंदिर से 300-400 मीटर आगे पहुंचे थे। इसी बीच बाइक (बुलेट) पर सवार तीन युवक आ गए। युवकों ने बाइक खड़ी की और दोनों (छात्रा व उसके दोस्त) को अलग-अलग कर दिया। फिर छात्रा को खींचकर किनारे झाड़ियों के पास ले गए। शोर मचाने की कोशिश की तो मुंह दबा दिया।

इसके बाद किस किया और तीनों ने मिलकर उसके सारे कपड़े उतार दिए। यही नहीं वीडियो भी बनाया। छात्रा चिल्लाई तो जान से मारने की धमकी दी। मोबाइल से फोन मिलाने का प्रयास किया तो उसे भी छीन लिया। छात्रा हॉस्टल की तरफ जाने लगी तो बाइक सवार युवकों ने पीछा किया। घबराई छात्रा परिसर के एक प्रोफेसर निवास में घुस गई। 20 मिनट तक प्रोफेसर निवास परिसर के एक पेड़ के पास छिपी रही। प्रोफेसर बाहर आए और फिर उन्होंने उसे सुरक्षा कर्मी के साथ हॉस्टल की तरफ भेजा। इसी बीच पार्लियामेंट सिक्योरिटी कमेटी के सदस्यों को बुलाया गया।

घटना के बाद आईआईटी के छात्र मांग कर रहे थे कि कैम्पस की सुरक्षा बढ़ाई जाए। जिसके बाद प्रशासन ने व्यवस्था में बदलाव का आदेश जारी किया है। अब रोज रात दस बजे से सुबह पांच बजे तक सभी सुरक्षा बैरियर बंद रहेंगे। परिसर की निजी सुरक्षा एजेंसी को भी सतर्कता बढ़ाने की जिम्मेदारी दी गई है। इसी सिलसिले में बृहस्पतिवार की देर रात तक आईआईटी बीएचयू के प्रॉक्टोरियल बोर्ड की बैठक भी हुई है।

छात्रों का आरोप- बंदूक दिखाकर कपड़े उतरवाए, लेकिन तहरीर में जिक्र नहीं

आईआईटी बीएचयू के प्रदर्शनकारी छात्रों का आरोप है कि बुधवार की रात बाद बुलेट सवार तीन युवकों ने बंदूक दिखाकर छात्रा के कपड़े उतरवाए। वीडियो बनाया और हैदराबाद गेट के रास्ते बाहर निकल गए। घटना की जानकारी होने के बाद से आईआईटी के छात्र-छात्राओं में नाराजगी है। छात्रों ने दोषियों के खिलाफ कड़ी कार्रवाई की मांग की है।

After the incident, IIT students were demanding that the security of the campus be increased. After which the administration has issued an order to change the system.
