ड्रग्स, शराब और सोना... राजस्थान में चुनाव से पहले 63 करोड़ रुपये का अवैध सामान जब्त

राजस्थान में विधानसभा चुनाव की तारीख जैसे-जैसे नजदीक आ रही है, वैसे-वैसे यहां विभिन्न एनफोर्समेंट एजेंसियां भी ज्यादा एक्टिव होती नजर आ रही है. निर्वाचन विभाग के निर्देश पर प्रदेश में विभिन्न एनफोर्समेंट एजेंसियों ने रविवार को रिकॉर्ड 12 करोड़ रुपए से ज्यादा कीमत की ड्रग्स, शराब, सोना, फ्रीबीज और नकदी जब्त की है.

इसी तरह शनिवार को भी एजेंसियों ने 16 करोड़ रुपये की कीमत से ज्यादा के ड्रग्स, शराब, सोना, फ्रीबीज और नकदी पकड़ी थी. आचार संहिता लागू होने से अब तक एजेंसियां 63 करोड़ रुपए से ज्यादा कीमत की अवैध सामग्री जब्त कर चुकी है.

मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी प्रवीण गुप्ता ने बताया कि प्रदेश में अलग-अलग एजेंसियों की ओर से जारी रिपोर्ट में ये जानकारी दी गयी है. इसमें आचार संहिता लगने से अब तक 7 करोड़ 48 लाख रुपये कैश, ड्रग्स लगभग 28.61 करोड़ रुपए, शराब 4 करोड़ 75 लाख रुपए और सोना-चांदी जैसी कीमती धातुओं की 5.76 करोड़ रुपए की जब्ती की गयी है. जबकि फ्रीबीज 16.72 करोड़ की जब्ती की गयी है. इन एजेंसियों में राज्य पुलिस, राज्य एक्साइज, नारकोटिक्स विभाग एवं आयकर विभाग प्रमुख हैं. गुप्ता ने बताया कि प्रदेश भर में विभागों द्वारा कड़ी निगरानी रखी जा रही है और किसी भी संदेहास्पद मामले पर कड़ी कार्रवाई की जा रही है.

प्रवीण गुप्ता ने बताया कि सी-विजिल एप के माध्यम से प्राप्त शिकायतों पर रिकॉर्ड समय में कार्रवाई हो रही है. बूंदी में रविवार की सुबह 9 बजकर 23 मिनट पर सी-विजिल एप के जरिए अवैध शराब के वितरण की शिकायत प्राप्त हुई थी. जिस पर उड़न दस्ते ने रिकॉर्ड 11 मिनट पर कार्रवाई करते हुए अवैध शराब जब्त कर ली. गौरतलब है कि आचार संहिता लागू होने से अब तक यानि पिछले 6 दिन में प्रदेशभर में 1 लाख 35 हजार 819 जागरुक लोगों द्वारा सी विजिल एप डाउनलोड किया गया है.

As the date of assembly elections in Rajasthan is coming closer, various enforcement agencies are also becoming more active here. On the instructions of the Election Department, various enforcement agencies in the state on Sunday seized drugs, liquor, gold, freebies and cash worth a record Rs 12 crore.

Similarly, on Saturday also the agencies had seized drugs, liquor, gold, freebies and cash worth more than Rs 16 crore. Since the implementation of the code of conduct, agencies have seized illegal material worth more than Rs 63 crore.

Chief Electoral Officer Praveen Gupta said that this information has been given in the reports issued by different agencies in the state. Since the implementation of the code of conduct, cash worth Rs 7 crore 48 lakh, drugs worth Rs 28.61 crore, liquor worth Rs 4 crore 75 lakh and precious metals like gold and silver worth Rs 5.76 crore have been seized. While freebies worth Rs 16.72 crore have been seized. Prominent among these agencies are State Police, State Excise, Narcotics Department and Income Tax Department. Gupta said that strict vigil is being maintained by departments across the state and strict action is being taken on any suspicious case.

Praveen Gupta said that action is being taken in record time on the complaints received through C-Vigil app. A complaint of distribution of illegal liquor was received in Bundi at 9.23 am on Sunday morning through C-Vigil app. On which the flying squad took action in a record 11 minutes and seized illegal liquor. It is noteworthy that since the implementation of the Code of Conduct till now i.e. in the last 6 days, C Vigil app has been downloaded by 1 lakh 35 thousand 819 aware people across the state.
