जयपुर: राजधानी जयपुर के हवामहल विधानसभा सीट से चुनाव जीतकर विधायक बने बीजेपी नेता बालमुकुंद आचार्य ने सड़क किनारे लगने वाले नॉन-वेज के ठेलों और अवैध शराब की दुकानों को लेकर लगातार मोर्चा खोला है। इसी बीच अब आदर्श नगर से विधायक रफीक खान ने उन पर बड़ा आरोप लगाया है, जिस पर दोनों नेता अब आमने-सामने हो गए हैं।

विधायक रफीक खान ने कहा कि बीजेपी विधायक बालमुकुंद आचार्य शराब की दुकानों से बंधी ले रहे हैं। इस पर बालमुकुंद आचार्य ने कहा कि रफीक खान के आरोप झूठे हैं, वे ऐसा कुछ भी नहीं कर रहे हैं। इसके बाद, यह सवाल उठता है कि आखिर कांग्रेस नेता ने बीजेपी विधायक पर इतना गंभीर आरोप क्यों लगाया?

जानें - विवाद के पीछे की असली वजह क्या है। दरअसल, हमेशा की तरह जयपुर के संजय बाजार में रविवार को हटवाड़ा लगा था, जिसे हटाने के लिए नगर निगम का दस्ता पहुंच गया। इसके खिलाफ दुकानदारों ने प्रतिरोध किया। जैसे ही आदर्श नगर विधायक रफीक खान को इस बारे में पता चला, वह भी मौके पर पहुंच गए। इस दौरान दुकानदारों ने विधायक रफीक खान को अपनी पीड़ा बताते हुए कहा कि हम कई सालों से संजय बाजार में रविवार के दिन हटवाड़ा लगाते आ रहे हैं, लेकिन पिछले तीन रविवार से नगर निगम के अधिकारी परेशान कर रहे हैं।

इस पर कांग्रेस नेता और आदर्श नगर विधायक रफीक खान ने कहा कि बीजेपी सरकार गरीब लोगों को परेशान कर रही है। ऐसा लगता है कि भाजपा का राज आने से उनके मुंह खून लग गया है। साथ ही उन्होंने सीधे-सीधे हवामहल से विधायक बालमुकुंद आचार्य पर भी तीखा हमला बोल दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि बीजेपी विधायक बालमुकुंद आचार्य पिछले दिनों नॉन-वेज और शराब की दुकानों पर गए थे, और ये सभी दुकानें अब रात 11 बजे तक खुली रहती हैं, जिनसे वे शराब की दुकानों से मंथली बंधी ले रहे हैं।

बालमुकुंद आचार्य बोले - झूठ बोल रहे रफीक खान
गंभीर आरोप लगने के बाद हवामहल से बीजेपी विधायक बालमुकुंद आचार्य ने कहा कि रफीक खान झूठ बोल रहे हैं। मेरे विस्तार क्षेत्र में शराब की दुकानें रात 8 बजे बाद खुलेंगी, इसलिए कार्रवाई होगी। रही बात मांस की दुकानों की, तो इस बारे में पहले ही निगम अधिकारियों से कह चुका हूं कि मेरे क्षेत्र में अवैध रूप से मांस की दुकानें नहीं खुलेंगी। साथ ही उन्होंने कहा कि संजय बाजार की दुकानों से कोई लेना-देना नहीं है, क्योंकि वह एरिया मेरे अधिकार क्षेत्र में नहीं आता है।

He said that BJP MLA Balmukund Acharya had recently visited non-veg and liquor shops, and all these shops now remain open till 11 pm, from which he is taking monthly bandhi from the liquor shops.

Balmukund Acharya said – Rafiq Khan is lying
After serious allegations, BJP MLA from Hawamahal Balmukund Acharya said that Rafiq Khan is lying. Liquor shops in my extension area will open after 8 pm, hence action will be taken. As far as meat shops are concerned, I have already told the corporation officials that illegal meat shops will not be opened in my area. He also said that he has nothing to do with the shops of Sanjay Bazaar, because that area does not come under his jurisdiction.
