बीकानेर। फड़ बाजार में मोहल्ला गेरसरिया निवासी एक शख्स को खुद को जिंदा साबित करने के लिए दर -दर की ठोकरें खा रहा है। सरकारी रिकॉर्ड में उन्हें मृत घोषित कर दिया गया है। सिस्टम की लापरवाही के चलते मकसूद इलाइ सरकारी दफ्तरों में घूम घूम कर अपने जीवित होने की गुहार लगा रहे हैं।
दरअसल नगर निगम की ग़लती के चलते उन्हें जीते-जी मृत बताकर जन आधार कार्ड से उसका नाम हटा दिया गया। इतना ही नहीं, नगर निगम से उसका मृत्यु प्रमाण- पत्र वेरिफाई भी हो गया। अब वह शख्स अपने आपको जिंदा बताकर जन आधार में नाम जुड़वाने के लिए सरकारी दफ्तरों के चक्कर काट रहा है।
फड़ बाजार में मोहल्ला गेर सरिया में रहने वाले 45 साल के मकसूद इलाई जिंदा हैं और परेशान हैं। पांच अक्टूबर को उन्हें मृत बताकर जन आधार कार्ड से उनका नाम हटा दिया गया है। इससे बेखबर मकसूद गुरुवार को जब जन आधार कार्ड की केवाईसी अपडेट कराने पहुंचा तो ई-मित्र केन्द्र संचालक ने बताया कि मकसूद इलाई को तो मृत बताकर जन आधार कार्ड से नाम ही हटा दिया गया है। इस बाबत उसने कलेक्टर-एसपी को लिखित शिकायत दर्ज कराई है।
