सुसाइड नोट लिखकर ट्रेन के आगे कूदा किसान

अनूपगढ़। रायसिंहगनर क्षेत्र के गांव 17 एसएडी निवासी किसान देशराज ने रामसिंहपुर थाना क्षेत्र के गांव रेडबग्गी के पास रेल से कटकर सुसाइड कर ली। मृतक के घर से एक सुसाइड नोट भी मिला है, जिस पर उसके साथ जमीन की खरीद फरोख्त में साढ़े 15 लाख रुपए की ठगी करने का आरोप उसके घर के पास रहने वाले एक दलाल पर लगाया गया है। शनिवार को इस संबंध में रामसिंहपुर पुलिस थाना में एफआईआर भी दर्ज करवाई गई हैं। 

पुलिस की तरफ से कार्रवाई के लिए शव को कब्जे में लेकर श्रीबिजयनगर राजकीय चिकित्सालय की मोर्च्युरी में रखवाया, लेकिन परिजनों ने कुछ लोगों पर नामजद मुकदमा दर्ज करवाते हुए कार्रवाई होने तक पोस्टमार्टम करवाने के लिए मना कर दिया। रामसिंहपुर थानाप्रभारी देवीलाल ने बताया कि एफआईआर दर्ज करने के बाद मामले की जांच रायसिंहनगर थाना अधिकारी को दी गई हैं।

उन्होंने बताया कि शव अभी भी श्रीबिजयनगर मोर्च्युरी में ही हैं। मृतक देशराज (50) पुत्र लक्ष्मण राम बावरी के पुत्र हेमंत कुमार की तरफ से दर्ज करवाए गए प्रकरण में लिखवाया है कि उसके पिता को कृषि भूमि के लिए भूमि खरीदनी थी, जिसके लिए बाजूवाला के पास ढाणी में रहने वाले बीरबलराम व 6 एनजेडपीडी निवासी सुलतान राम व 6 जेकेएम निवासी विजयपाल व जैतसर के पास रहने वाले बॉक्सर व अमरजीत सिंह मानेवाला नामक दलालों से मिला।

 जिस पर उसके पिता उनके धर्मभाई बलराज नायक निवासी 11 एसएडी को भूमि दिखाई। उक्त दलालों ने कहा कि यह भूमि बलवीर कौर पत्नी जीत सिंह जाति बाजीगर निवासी मानेवाला तहसील सूरतगढ के नाम से कब्जा काश्त में है। जिसकी सस्ते दामों पर हम रजिस्ट्री करवा देगें। उसके पिता व उसके पिता के धर्मभाई बलराज द्वारा 1-2 बार मौका पर जाकर देखा गया। भूमि पसन्द आने पर उक्त भूमि खरीदने का करार कर लिया।

Anupgarh. Farmer Deshraj, resident of village 17 SAD of Raisinghganar area, committed suicide by getting cut by a train near village Redbaggi of Ramsinghpur police station area. A suicide note has also been found from the house of the deceased, in which a broker living near his house has been accused of defrauding him of Rs 15.5 lakh in the purchase and sale of land. An FIR has also been lodged in this regard at Ramsinghpur police station on Saturday.

The police took possession of the body for action and kept it in the mortuary of Sri Bijainagar Government Hospital, but the family members filed a case against some people and refused to get the post-mortem done until action was taken. Ramsinghpur police station in-charge Devi Lal said that after registering the FIR, the investigation of the case has been handed over to Raisinghnagar police station officer.

He told that the bodies are still in Sribijaynagar Mortuary. In the case registered by Hemant Kumar, son of deceased Deshraj (50), son of Laxman Ram Bawri, it has been written that his father had to buy land for agricultural land, for which Birbalram, resident of Dhani near Bajuwala, and Sultan, resident of 6 NZPD. Ram and 6 JKM residents met Vijaypal and boxer Amarjeet Singh Manewala, a boxer living near Jaitsar.

On which his father showed the land to his religious brother Balraj Nayak resident of 11 SAD. The said brokers said that this land is in possession of land in the name of Balveer Kaur, wife of Jeet Singh, caste Bazigar, resident of Manewala tehsil Suratgarh. We will get it registered at cheap rates. His father and his father's brother Balraj visited the spot 1-2 times. After liking the land, an agreement was made to buy the said land.
