रामदेवरा पैदल यात्रियों की सुरक्षा के लिए दल होगा तैनात, मेले में जाने वाले लोगों ने यदि ऐसा किया तो भी कड़ी कार्रवाई
रामदेवरा मेले में पैदल श्रद्घालुओं की सुरक्षा और कानून-व्यवस्था के लिए पुलिस 100 किमी तक निगरानी रखेगी। सेवादारों को सड़क से 25 किमी की दूरी पर टेंट लगाने की पाबंदी होगी। 25 सितंबर को जैसलमेर के रूिणचा में बाबा रामदेव का मेला है जिसमें लाखों श्रद्वालु पैदल पहुंचते हैं।
बीकानेर से भी बड़ी संख्या में पैदल श्रद्घालुओं का जत्था रामदेवरा जाएगा। इस दौरान शहर से कोलायत और उससे आगे जोधपुर की सीमा तक हाईवे पर श्रद्घालुओं की भीड़ रहेगी। हर साल होने वाले सड़क हादसों, छीनाझपटी की वारदातों को देखते हुए पुलिस ने पहले से सुरक्षा और कानून-व्यवस्था की तैयारी की है। पुलिस 100 किमी तक निगरानी रखेगी जिसके लिए चार मोबाइल पार्टी राउंड द क्लॉक गश्त करेंगी।
इसके अलावा रास्ते में आने वाले पुलिस थानों के एसएचओ अपने जाप्ते के साथ गश्त करेंगे। पैदल श्रद्घालुओं की सेवा के लिए बड़ी संख्या में सेवादार सड़क किनारे टेंट लगाकर खाने-पीने के सामान की व्यवस्था करते हैं। सेवादारों को सुरक्षा की दृष्टि से टेंट, पांडाल, पाटे सड़क से 75 किमी दूर लगाने होंगे।
हादसों को रोकने के लिए सड़क के बिल्कुल नजदीक जमावड़ा करने की इजाजत नहीं होगी। इसके अलावा पुलिस ऊंटगाड़ों, ठेले, वाहनों पर रिफ्लेक्टर भी लगाएगी जिससे कि वे दूर से ही दिखाई दे जाएं। सड़क पर चलने वालों को डीजे बजाने की अनुमति भी नहीं होगी। पब्लिक एड्रेस सिस्टम से जनता को जग रुक भी किया जाएगा। एसपी तेजस्विनी गौतम ने पुलिस थानों के एसएचओ और सीओ को मेलों को ध्यान में रखते हुए पूरी सतर्कता बरतने के लिए कहा है।
Police will keep vigil for 100 km for the safety and law and order of the devotees on foot during the Ramdevra fair. Servicemen will be prohibited from pitching tents at a distance of 25 km from the road. On 25th September, there is a fair of Baba Ramdev in Ruchincha, Jaisalmer in which lakhs of devotees reach on foot.
A large group of devotees from Bikaner will also go to Ramdevra on foot. During this time, there will be a crowd of devotees on the highway from the city to Kolayat and beyond to the Jodhpur border. Keeping in view the road accidents and snatching incidents that occur every year, the police has already made preparations for security and law and order. Police will keep vigil for 100 km for which four mobile parties will patrol round the clock.
Apart from this, SHOs of the police stations coming on the way will patrol with their weapons. To serve the devotees on foot, a large number of sevadars set up tents on the roadside and arrange for food items. For safety reasons, the service providers will have to set up tents, pandals and tents 75 km away from the road.
To prevent accidents, gathering will not be allowed very close to the road. Apart from this, the police will also install reflectors on camel carts, carts and vehicles so that they are visible from a distance. People walking on the road will not even be allowed to play DJ. The public will also be stopped through the public address system. SP Tejaswini Gautam has asked the SHOs and COs of police stations to remain fully alert keeping in mind the fairs.
