1 दिसंबर से बदल जाएगा सिम कार्ड से लेकर UPI ID सहित ये नियम, सीधा करेंगे आपकी जेब पर असर

हर महीने की पहली तारीख को कई छोटे बड़े नियमों में बदलाव होता है। इसका सीधा असर आम आदमी की जेब पर पड़ता है। आज से साल की अंतिम महीना दिसंबर शुरू हो रहा है। इस महीने में भी बहुत सारे बदलाव हो रहे है। दिसंबर की पहली तारीख से ही कई नए बदलाव और नियम लागू हो रहे है। इसमें सिम कार्ड, जीवन प्रमाण पत्र, यूपीआई आईडी, रेगलिया क्रेडिट कार्ड सहित कई नियमों में बदलाव किया जा रहा हैं। इन सभी का आपकी जेब और जिंदगी दोनों पर असर पड़ने वाला है। तो चलिए जानते है आज यानी एक दिसंबर से कौन कौन से नियमों में बदलाव होने जा रहा है।

सिम कार्ड खरीदने और बेचने में बदलाव

दिसंबर की पहली तारीख से देश में सिम कार्ड को खरीदने और बेचने से जुड़े नए नियम लागू हो रहे हैं। पहले सिम खरीदना और बेचना बहुत आसान था। लेकिन अब नियम सख्त कर दिए गए है। पहले लोग एक आईडी पर कई सिम एक साथ खरीद लेते थे, लेकिन अब 1 दिसंबर से एक आईडी पर लिमिटेड संख्या में ही सिम खरीदने सकेंगे। इसके अलावा सिम कार्ड बेचने वालों को रजिस्ट्रेशन कराने और सिस्टम में शामिल होने से पहले KYC प्रोसेस पूरा करना अनिर्वाय हो गया है।

UPI ID हो जाएगी बंद

दिसंबर से UPI ID बंद होने जा रही है। नेशनल पेमेंट कॉरपोरेशन ऑफ इंडिया ने सभी पेमेंट एप को निर्देश दिया है कि जिनकी UPI ID बीते एक साल से एक्टिव नहीं उन्हें तुरंत बंद कर दिया जाए। यह आदेश एक दिंसंबर 2023 से लागू हो गया है। ऐसी आईडीज़ पर इनवर्ड ट्रांजैक्शन नहीं हो पाएगा यानी फंड नहीं आ पाएगा, लेकिन पेमेंट कर सकेंगे

पेंशन हो जाएगी बंद

पेंशन से जुड़ा भी बड़ा बदलाव हुआ है। 80 साल से ज्यादा के रिटायर नागरिकों को 30 नवंबर तक अपना जीवन प्रमाण पत्र जमा कराना था। अगर उन्होंने ऐसा नहीं किया है तो उनकी पेशन रूक जाएगी। हालांकि वो अगले साल अक्टूबर के पहले अपना सर्टिफिकेट जमा कर लेते हैं।

बैंक भरेगा पेनाल्टी

आरबीआई के नए नियमों के अनुसार अगर किसी कस्टमर ने लोन के लिए अपने सभी जरूरी दस्तावेजों को बैंक में जमा करके सारे पेपर वर्क पूरे कर लिए हैं। इसके बाद भी बैंक उसके कागजों को लौटाने में समय लगा रहा है, तो बैंक को भी पेनाल्टी भरनी पड़ेगी। यह नियम एक दिसंबर से लागू होेने जा रहा है।

क्रेडिट कार्ड के निमय में बदलाव

एचडीएफसी बैंक ने अपने रेगेलिया क्रेडिट कार्ड में कुछ नियम बदले है। इसमें लाउंज एक्सेस के लिए खर्चों की लिमिट बढ़ा दी है। अब लाउंज एक्सेस करने के लिए यूजर्स को एक तिमाही में कम से कम 1 लाख रुपये खर्च करना होगा। इसके अलावा वाउचर क्लेम करने के लिए यूजर को स्मार्ट बाई पे और लाउंज बेनेफिट पर जाकर क्लेम डालना अनिर्वाय कर दिया गया है।

LPG गैस सिलेंडर की कीमत

हर महीने की पहली तारीख को पेट्रोलियम कंपनियां एलपीजी गैस सिलेंडर की कीमतों में बदलाव करती है। 1 नवंबर को भी उसने 19 किलो के कमर्शियल गैस की कीमतों में इजाफा किया था। पिछले कुछ महीनों से घरेलू गैस की कीमतें स्थिर चल रही हैं।

Changes in buying and selling SIM cards

New rules related to buying and selling of SIM cards are coming into effect in the country from the first of December. Earlier buying and selling SIM was very easy. But now the rules have been made strict. Earlier people used to buy multiple SIMs together on one ID, but now from December 1, they will be able to buy only a limited number of SIMs on one ID. Apart from this, it has become mandatory for SIM card sellers to complete the KYC process before registering and joining the system.

UPI ID will be closed

UPI ID is going to be closed from December. National Payment Corporation of India has directed all the payment apps whose UPI ID has not been active for the last one year to be closed immediately. This order has come into effect from December 1, 2023. Inward transactions will not be possible on such IDs, meaning funds will not be received, but payments will be possible.

pension will stop

There has also been a big change related to pension. Retired citizens above 80 years of age had to submit their life certificate by 30 November. If he has not done so, his pension will be stopped. However, they submit their certificate before October next year.

Bank will pay penalty

According to the new rules of RBI, if a customer has completed all the paper work by submitting all the necessary documents for the loan to the bank. Even after this, if the bank is taking time in returning his papers, then the bank will also have to pay penalty. This rule is going to come into effect from December 1st.

Change in credit card terms

HDFC Bank has changed some rules in its Regalia Credit Card. In this, the limit of expenses for lounge access has been increased. Now to access the lounge, users will have to spend at least Rs 1 lakh in a quarter. Apart from this, to claim the voucher, it has been made mandatory for the user to go to Smart By Pay and Lounge Benefit and submit the claim.

LPG gas cylinder price

On the first of every month, petroleum companies change the prices of LPG gas cylinders. On November 1 also, it had increased the price of commercial gas by 19 kg. Domestic gas prices have been stable for the last few months.
