बीकानेर। गंगाशहर थाना इलाके में मंगलवार को पिकअप से दो भाइयों की कुचल कर हत्या करने के मुख्य आरोपी को पुलिस ने पकड़ लिया। वहीं हत्याकांड में शामिल सभी आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार करने, एक करोड़ का मुआवजा दिलाने एवं एक सदस्य को नौकरी दिलाने की मांग को लेकर मृतकों के परिजन पीबीएम अस्पताल की मोर्चरी के सामने धरने पर बैठे है। बुधवार को पुलिस व जिला प्रशासन एवं जनप्रतिनिधियों ने प्रदर्शन कर रहे परिजनों व समाज के लोगों से वार्ता की। दिनभर में तीन दौर की वार्ता हुई लेकिन बेनतीजा रही। अतिरिक्त पुलिस अधीक्षक शहर दीपक शर्मा ने बताया कि हत्याकांड के मुख्य आरोपी पलाना निवासी मुनीराम को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया है।
यह है मामला
मंगलवार शाम को सुजासर-आंबासर मार्ग पर एक पिकअप ने बाइक को टक्कर मार कर दो सगे भाइयों की हत्या कर दी गई। आरोपी मौके से फरार हो गए। पुलिस ने मौका मुआयना किया। ग्रामीणों और मौका मुआयना करने पर पुलिस दो हत्या का अंदेशा हुआ। पुलिस ने बारीकी से जांच-पड़ताल की तो यह हादसा नहीं हत्या सामने आया। पुलिस ने नाकाबंदी कराई और मुख्य आरोपी को रात को ही डिटेन कर लिया। सुजासर निवासी मनोज व शिव सगे भाइयों की मौत हुई जबकि इनका भांजा अंकुश घायल हो गया, जिसका पीबीएम अस्पताल के ट्रोमा सेंटर में इलाज चल रहा है। गौरतलब है कि मृतक मनोज हाल ही में जेल से जमानत पर छूट कर आया था। मंगलवार को आरोपियों ने योजनाबद्ध तरीके से दोनों भाइयों की हत्या कर दी।
मौसी के बेटे ने दर्ज कराया हत्या का मामला
पिकअप से कुचलकर दो सगे भाइयों की हत्या करने के मामले में मृतक मनोज व शिव सिंह राजपुरोहित के मौसी के बेटे जितेन्द्र राजपुरोहित की ओर से हत्या का मामला दर्ज कराया गया है। परिवादी ने मनीराम,तुलछीराम,गिरधारीलाल,भैराराम पर हत्या का आरोप लगाया है। प्रार्थी ने बताया कि आरोपी उसके भाई मनोज ने गुजरात में एक लड़की से शादी की थी, जिसके चलते वे पूरे परिवार से रंजिश रखते थे। इसी के चलते मंगलवार शाम को योजनाबद्ध तरीक से दोनों की पिकअप गाड़ी से कुचलकर हत्या कर दी। इतना ही नहीं आरोपियों ने दोनों को बाइक से गिराने के बाद मारपीट की तथा पिकअप गाड़ी को आगे-पीछे कुचल-कुचल कर मार डाला।

Additional Superintendent of Police City Deepak Sharma said that the main accused in the murder case, Palana resident Muniram, has been arrested.

On Tuesday evening, two real brothers were killed when a pickup hit their bike on the Sujasar-Ambasar road. The accused fled from the spot. Police inspected the spot. After inspecting the villagers and the spot, the police suspected two murders. When the police investigated closely, it was found to be murder and not an accident. The police set up a blockade and detained the main accused at night itself. Manoj and Shiv, residents of Sujasar, died while their nephew Ankush was injured, who is undergoing treatment at the trauma center of PBM Hospital. Significantly, the deceased Manoj had recently come out of jail on bail. On Tuesday, the accused murdered both the brothers in a planned manner.
Aunt's son filed a murder case
A case of murder has been registered on behalf of Jitendra Rajpurohit, son of deceased Manoj and Shiv Singh Rajpurohit's aunt, in the case of killing two brothers by crushing them with a pickup. The complainant has accused Maniram, Tulchiram, Girdharilal, Bhairaram of murder. The applicant told that the accused, his brother Manoj, had married a girl in Gujarat, due to which he used to keep enmity with the whole family. Due to this, on Tuesday evening, both of them were crushed to death with a pickup vehicle in a planned manner. Not only this, the accused beat up both of them after making them fall from the bike and killed them by crushing the pickup vehicle back and forth.
