राजस्थान में इस बार चुनाव लडऩे वाले नेताओं को सुबह-शाम कचौरी-समोसे खिलाना महंगा पड़ेगा। दरअसल, चुनाव आयोग ने इस बार चुनाव प्रचार-प्रसार में उपयोग होने वाली सामाग्री की जो रेट लिस्ट जारी की है। उसमें कीमतें 20 फीसदी तक बढ़ गई हैं। सिर्फ चाय और कॉफी के रेट पहले की तरह ही बरकरार रखे गए हैं। साथ ही समोसे से लेकर बैनर, कनात, पंडाल, सभा-रैलियों में पहनाए जाने वाले साफे और वाहनों पर किस तरह खर्चा करना है। ये भी तय कर दिया है।
लग्जरी कार में बैठकर चुनाव प्रचार करना पड़ेगा महंगा
इस बार लग्जरी कार, बोलेरो, इनोवा या बड़ी एसयूवी में बैठकर चुनाव प्रचार करना भी प्रत्याशियों को महंगा पड़ेगा। वहीं, बैटरी रिक्शा पर फ्लैक्स बैनर और लाउड स्पीकर के जरिए चुनाव प्रचार करवाने का खर्चा भी बढ़ा दिया है। आयोग ने इन सभी वाहनों का प्रतिदिन का किराया 15 फीसदी तक का बढ़ा दिया है। लग्जरी कारों का एक दिन का किराया नॉन एसी 2 हजार, जबकि एसी 3100 रुपए निर्धारित किया है। अगर प्रत्याशी इनका उपयोग चुनाव प्रचार-प्रसार के समय करता है। ये उसके चुनाव खर्चे में जोड़ा जाएगा।
आपको बता दें कि इस बार चुनाव आयोग ने प्रत्येक प्रत्याशी को चुनाव लडऩे के दौरान प्रचार-प्रसार के लिए 40 लाख रुपए खर्च की लिमिट दी है। इस खर्चे में चुनाव लडऩे वाले प्रत्याशियों को रैलियां, रोड-शो, चुनावी सभाओं के अलावा चुनाव कार्यालय खोलने, कार्यकर्ताओं को चाय-नाश्ता, खाना खिलाने का भी खर्चा शामिल है। वहीं, पूरे खर्चे का लेखा-जोखा आयोग के सामने पेश करना होगा।
135 चीजों की रेट निर्धारित
जयपुर जिला निर्वाचन ने भी विभिन्न राजनीतिक दलों के बीच बैठकर पुरानी दरों को रिन्यूअल करने के बाद कुल 135 आयटम की दरों का निर्धारण किया है। इसमें चाय, कॉफी, समोसा से लेकर बैनर, कनात, पंडाल, सभा-रैलियों में पहनाए जाने वाले साफे और वाहनों पर किस तरह खर्चा करना है। ये भी तय कर दिया है। दरअसल, चुनाव के लिए नामांकन करते ही प्रत्याशियों के खर्च का मीटर भी शुरू हो जाएगा। नेताजी प्रचार के दौरान समर्थकों को क्या खिला रहे, क्या पिला रहे हैं। यह सब उनके खर्च में जोड़ा जाएगा। इसके लिए सभी को आयोग की तरफ से व्यय रजिस्टर दिए जाएंगे। प्रशासन की ओर से जारी की गई रेट लिस्ट के मुताबिक ही खर्च का ब्योरा देना होगा।
इन चीजों की भी बढ़ाई कीमतें
– चाय :- 5 रुपए प्रति नग
– कॉफी :- 10 रुपए प्रति नग
– समोसा-कचौरी :- 12 रुपए प्रति नग
– लंच (सादा रोटी, सब्जी, आचार, लड्डू) :- 50 रुपए प्रति पैकेट
– डिनर (पुड़ी, सब्जी, मिठाई, अचार) :- 60 रुपए प्रति पैकेट
– पानी कैंपर (15 लीटर) :- 20 रुपए
– मिनरल वॉटर (एक लीटर) :- 12 रुपए
– नमकीन :- 150 रुपए किलो
– लड्डू :- 140 रुपए प्रति किलो
इस प्रकार रहेगा गाडिय़ों का किराया
चुनाव प्रचार में भले ही गाडिय़ां नेताजी की खुद की हो या किसी दूसरे कार्यकर्ता की, लेकिन उसका भी हर दिन का किराया जोड़ा जाएगा। इंडिगो, डिजायर जैसी छोटी सेडान कारों का एक दिन का किराया 2800 रुपए माना जाएगा। वहीं इनोवा, बोलेरो, स्कॉर्पियों और फॉर्च्यूनर जैसी लग्जरी एसयूवी गाडिय़ों का किराया 3100 रुपए प्रतिदिन के हिसाब से लगेगा। वहीं ग्रामीण इलाकों में चलने वाली जीप कमांडर के लिए प्रतिदिन 2200 रुपए का किराया निर्धारित किया है।
