राजस्थान में 25 नवबंर को होने वाले विधानसभा चुनाव से जुड़ी ताज़ा जानकारी। चुनाव आयोग द्वारा जारी किये गए एक सर्कुलर के अनुसार, पिछले विधानसभा चुनाव में चुनाव नहीं लड़ सकने वाले 43 नेताओं की सूची जारी की गई है, जिनमें उनके चुनाव प्रचार प्रसार के दौरान खर्च की गई राशि के बारे में सही जानकारी नहीं थी। इस सूची में उन नेताओं के नाम शामिल हैं जिन्हें इस बार चुनाव लड़ने से रोक दिया गया है।

राजस्थान में 25 नवबंर को विधानसभा चुनाव होने वाले हैं। प्रदेश के कई राजनीतिक दलों से लोग टिकट की दावेदारी कर रहे हैं। इसी बीच चुनाव आयोग की ओर से जारी एक सर्कुलर ने राजस्थान की राजनीति में हलचल मचा दी है। दरअसल चुनाव आयोग की ओर से राजस्थान में पिछला विधानसभा चुनाव लड़ चुके ऐसे 43 लोगों की सूची जारी की है जो इस बार चुनाव लड़ने के लिए अयोग्य करार दिए गए हैं।

चुनाव लड़ने के अयोग्य साबित हुए ये नेता खाजूवाला से मिट्ठू सिंह, चूरू से उषा राठौर, उदयपुरवाटी से कृष्ण कुमार और भीम सिंह, झोटवाड़ा से दिलीप कुमार शर्मा, आदर्श नगर से अब्दुल अज़ीज, मुंडावर से आनंद यादव, बानसूर से ओमप्रकाश गुर्जर, कुलदीप शर्मा, मीराबाई और कामां से बालकिशन, भरतपुर से योगेश, नदबई से राजवीर सिंह, बयाना से मिश्री प्रसाद कोहली, जैतारण से लादू सिंह, पाली से मोहम्मद अली, मारवाड़ जंक्शन से अमर सिंह और देवाराम, भीनमाल से नंदा देवी, सांचौर से डॉ. बुधराम बिश्नोई, सीकर से भगवान सहाय और अंकुर शर्मा, भरतपुर से तेजवीर सिंह के नाम चुनाव न लड़ पाने वालों की सूची में हैं।

ये नेता भी इस बार नहीं लड़ सकेंगे चुनावइसके साथ ही टोंक-सवाई माधोपुर से मुकेश कुमार और प्रेमलता बंसीवाल, रायसिंहनगर से कुंभाराम, अलवर ग्रामीण से जीतू जाटव, अलवर शहर से नवजोत सिंह और शोभाराम, सोजत से अंबालाल जगदीश, सुमेरपुर से शंकर सिंह, कपूराराम, संतोष, इमरान, सोहन सिंह औरआहोर से बलवंत सिंह पीपल्दा से नरेश जांगिड़, सांगोद से धनराज सिंह, भैरव लाल मालव, अंता से भुवनेश, खानपुर से मोहनलाल चुनाव लड़ने के लिए अयोग्य करार दिए गए हैं।

अयोग्य करार देने के पीछे ये कारणचुनाव आयोग इलेक्शन के दौरान प्रत्याशियों से उनकी संपत्ति सहित अन्य विवरण मांगता है और प्रत्याशियों के लिए चुनाव में प्रचार प्रसार के दौरान खर्च की गई राशि का भी पूरा रिकॉर्ड मांगता है। लेकिन इन 43 नेताओं ने चुनाव के दौरान किए गए खर्च का रिकॉर्ड सही से नहीं दिया या फिर रिकॉर्ड बताया ही नहीं। इसके बाद जब चुनाव आयोग ने इन्हें चुनाव लड़ने के लिए अयोग्य घोषित कर दिया है।

The names of Bishnoi, Bhagwan Sahay and Ankur Sharma from Sikar and Tejveer Singh from Bharatpur are in the list of those who could not contest the elections.

These leaders will also not be able to contest elections this time, along with this, Mukesh Kumar and Premlata Bansiwal from Tonk-Sawai Madhopur, Kumbharam from Raisinghnagar, Jitu Jatav from Alwar Rural, Navjot Singh and Shobharam from Alwar City, Ambalal Jagdish from Sojat, Shankar Singh from Sumerpur, Kapuram, Santosh, Imran, Sohan Singh and Balwant Singh from Ahor, Naresh Jangid from Pipalda, Dhanraj Singh from Sangod, Bhairav Lal Malav, Bhuvanesh from Anta, Mohanlal from Khanpur have been declared ineligible to contest the elections.

These are the reasons behind disqualification: During the elections, the Election Commission asks for details of the candidates including their assets and also asks for complete records of the amount spent by the candidates during the election campaign. But these 43 leaders did not give the correct record of expenditure incurred during the elections or did not give the record at all. After this, the Election Commission has declared him ineligible to contest the elections.
