'कांग्रेस भ्रष्ट तरीकों का ले रही है सहारा', बीजेपी ने चुनाव आयोग में की शिकायत

 कांग्रेस के खिलाफ चुनाव आयोग पहुंची. बीजेपी ने आरोप लगाया कि कांग्रेस लोगों को अपने पक्ष में करने के लिए समाचार या राय के रूप में विज्ञापन दे रही है.

केंद्रीय मंत्री मनसुख मांडविया और पूर्व मंत्री रविशंकर प्रसाद सहित बीजेपी नेताओं के एक प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने इस मामले को लेकर निर्वाचन आयोग का दरवाजा खटखटाया और शिकायत दर्ज कराई.  अपनी शिकायत में बीजेपी ने कांग्रेस पर यह आरोप भी लगाया कि वह लोगों को राज्य में सत्ता में आने पर उसकी गारंटी का लाभ पाने के लिए मोबाइल नंबर पर मिस्ड कॉल देने के लिए कह रही है, जो कि भ्रष्ट तरीकों का सहारा लेना है.  प्रतिनिधिमंडल में बीजेपी नेता अमित मालवीय और ओम पाठक भी शामिल थे।

बीजेपी ने क्या कहा?
बीजेपी प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने कहा, ‘‘फोन करने वाले के लिए एक पंजीकृत नंबर तैयार किया गया था, जिससे यह धारणा बनी कि किसी खास उम्मीदवार या पार्टी, खासकर कांग्रेस पार्टी को वोट देने से केवल फोन करने वाले को ही फायदा होगा.’’

शिकायत में कहा गया है कि कांग्रेस ने यह विज्ञापन दिया है, जिसे मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत ने भी सोशल मीडिया मंच एक्स पर साझा किया है.  मांडविया ने कहा कि इससे यह धारणा बनती है कि केवल उन्हीं लोगों को लाभ मिलेगा, जो खुद को पंजीकृत करेंगे और अन्य को नहीं.  उन्होंने कहा कि इसका उद्देश्य मतदाताओं को गुमराह करना है. 

प्रसाद ने बीजेपी की एक अन्य शिकायत को रेखांकित किया, जिसमें कहा गया है कि कांग्रेस ने राज्य में अपने पक्ष में लहर होने को लेकर कुछ प्रमुख दैनिक समाचार पत्रों में हिंदी में विज्ञापन जारी किए. 

उन्होंने कहा कि इसे इस तरह से पेश किया गया है, जिससे मतदाताओं के दिमाग में यह धारणा बने कि यह एक सर्वेक्षण के बाद प्रकाशित एक समाचार या राय है. आयोग को सौंपे गए बीजेपी के ज्ञापन में कहा गया है, ‘‘उक्त विज्ञापन झूठा, तुच्छ और पूरी तरह से असत्यापित है, जो वास्तविक तथ्यों और रिकॉर्ड पर उपलब्ध आंकड़ों के विपरीत है. 

क्या मांग की?
बीजेपी के ज्ञापन  में कहा गया है कि निर्वाचन आयोग को कांग्रेस को निर्देश देना चाहिए कि वह सार्वजनिक रूप से माफी मांगे और इस आशय का स्पष्टीकरण दे कि पार्टी के पक्ष में कोई लहर नहीं है.

प्रसाद ने कहा, ‘‘हमने निर्वाचन आयोग से यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए दिशानिर्देश जारी करने का भी अनुरोध किया कि भविष्य के चुनावों में इस तरह की घटना की पुनरावृत्ति नहीं हो.’’

मिस्ड कॉल विज्ञापन के लिए कांग्रेस पर निशाना साधते हुए बीजेपी के ज्ञापन में कहा गया है, ‘‘मिस्ड कॉल देना और बदले में कॉल करने वाले को एक पंजीकरण नंबर मिलना...यह मतदाताओं को कूपन वितरित करने जैसा है. यह एक अत्यधिक भ्रष्ट प्रथा है. ’’ बीजेपी ने कहा कि कांग्रेस ने आदर्श आचार संहिता के अलावा भारतीय दंड संहिता और चुनाव कानूनों के प्रावधानों का उल्लंघन किया है. 

अशोक गहलोत का किया जिक्र
इस मामले में एफआईआक की मांग करते हुए बीजेपी ने निर्वाचन आयोग से अशोक गहलोत और उनकी पार्टी को भ्रामक विज्ञापन प्रकाशित या प्रसारित करने से तत्काल रोकने का आग्रह किया.  पार्टी ने कहा कि आयोग को मतदाताओं को इस तरह के कदाचार के बारे में परामर्श जारी करना चाहिए, ताकि वे इससे गुमराह ना हों.

'Congress is resorting to corrupt methods', BJP complains to Election Commission

  Election Commission moved against Congress. BJP alleged that Congress is giving advertisements in the form of news or opinion to sway people in its favor.

A delegation of BJP leaders, including Union Minister Mansukh Mandaviya and former minister Ravi Shankar Prasad, approached the Election Commission regarding this matter and lodged a complaint. In its complaint, BJP also accused Congress of asking people to give missed calls on mobile numbers to get the benefits of its guarantee if they come to power in the state, which is resorting to corrupt means. The delegation also included BJP leaders Amit Malviya and Om Pathak.

What did BJP say?
The BJP delegation said, “A registered number was created for the caller, giving the impression that voting for a particular candidate or party, especially the Congress party, would only benefit the caller.”

It has been said in the complaint that Congress has given this advertisement, which Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has also shared on the social media platform X. Mandaviya said that this creates an impression that only those people will get the benefit who register themselves and not others. He said that its purpose is to mislead the voters.

Prasad highlighted another complaint of the BJP, saying that the Congress issued advertisements in Hindi in some leading dailies to create a wave in its favor in the state.

He said that it has been presented in such a way that it creates an impression in the minds of voters that it is a news or opinion published after a survey. BJP's memorandum submitted to the commission said, “The said advertisement is false, frivolous and completely unverified, which is contrary to the actual facts and data available on record.

What did you demand?
BJP's memorandum said that the Election Commission should direct the Congress to publicly apologize and give a clarification to the effect that there is no wave in the party's favour.

“We also requested the Election Commission to issue guidelines to ensure that such incidents are not repeated in future elections,” Prasad said.

Hitting out at the Congress for the missed call advertisement, the BJP memorandum said, “Giving a missed call and the caller getting a registration number in return... is like distributing coupons to voters. This is a highly corrupt practice. BJP said that Congress has violated the provisions of the Indian Penal Code and election laws besides the Model Code of Conduct.

Ashok Gehlot was mentioned
Demanding FIA in this matter, BJP urged the Election Commission to immediately stop Ashok Gehlot and his party from publishing or airing misleading advertisements. The party said the Commission should issue an advisory to voters regarding such malpractices, so that they are not misled by it.
