बीकानेर में पकड़ा गया हथियारों का जखीरा,इनके पास से मिले ये हथियार

बीकानेर। जिला पुलिस,डीएसटी व नोखा पुलिस की संयुक्त टीम ने हथियारों का जखीरा पड़ा है। आईपीएस आदित्य की अगुवाई में नोखा के पांचू पुलिया के पास पुलिस ने नयाशहर थाना के फरार बज्जू निवासी श्रवण सिंह सोढा व जोधपुर निवासी सवाई सिंह इंदा को गिरफ्तार किया है। पत्रकारों को जानकारी देते हुए एसपी तेजस्वी गौतम ने बताया कि इससे 11 पिस्टल,20 मैगजीन 40 कारतूस बरामद किये है। आरोपी यह हथियार एमपी से खरीद कर सभाग के अन्य जिलों में किसी बड़ी वारदात को अंजाम देने की फिराक में था। 

सोढा के खिलाफ 24 मुकदमे दर्ज हैं।श्रवण सिंह नयाशहर थाने का हिस्ट्रीशीटर हैं। जो पेरोल से फरार चल रहा था। एसपी ने बताया कि 23 अप्रेल को सोढ़ा 15 दिन की अंतरिम जमानत लेकर आया था। जिसको 7 मई को वापस बीकानेर केन्द्रीय कारगृह में उपस्थिति देनी थी। परन्तु वह बड़ी वारदात करने के लिये जेल के अनंद अपनी उपस्थिति दर्ज नहीं करवाकर जोधपुर,बाड़मेर,जालौर,बालोतारा व मध्यप्रदेश आदि में फरारी काटने लगा। 

जिला पुलिस ने इसे गंभीरता से लेते हुए तकनीकी साधनों का इस्तेमाल करते हुए नोखा के पांचू पुलिए के पास दबिश देकर इसे दबोचा। गौतम ने बताया कि ये दोनों बीकानेर,गंगानगर,चूरू,सीकर व जोधपुर में किसी बड़ी वारदात को अंजाम देने की फिराक में थे। दोनों के खिलाफ नवीन आम्र्स एक्ट के तहत मामला दर्ज कर रिमांड पर लिया जाएगा।

पूछताछ में यह हुआ खुलासा
गिरफ्तार अभियुक्त श्रवण सिंह सोढ़ा व उसकी गैंग का साथी सवाई सिंह ने मनोवैज्ञानिक पूछताछ में बताया कि वे नये लड़कों को जोड़कर अपनी गैंग को मजबूत बनाते है। तथा विरोधी गैंगों के मर्डर की प्लानिंग क रने,अवैध शराब व्यवसाय करने,हथियार मुहैया करवाने,लोगों में दहशत फैलाने के लिये सोशल मीडिया पर विडियो अपलोड करने जैसे कृत्य करते है।

सोढ़ा के खिलाफ दर्ज के ये अपराधिक रिकार्ड
एसपी ने बताया कि हिस्ट्रीशीटर सोढ़ा पर अलग अलग संगीन धाराओं में गुजरात,हरियाणा,मध्यप्रदेश व राजस्थान में कुल 24 प्रकरण दर्ज है। इसके अलावा नयाशहर में 6,कोटगेट में 5,जोधपुर में 2,जैसलमेर में 2,चूरू में एक,सदर में एक,बीछवाल में एक,नोखा में एक,गुजरात,हरियाणा में एक-एक तथा मध्यप्रदेश में एक प्रकरण दर्ज है। इसे 6 माह पहले की चूरू पुलिस ने डकैती की योजना में गिरफ्तार किया था।

इस टीम को मिली सफलता
कार्रवाई करने वाली टीम में प्रशिक्षु आईपीएस आदित्य,सहायक उपनिरीक्षक दीपक यादव,दिलीप सिंह,राजूराम,हैड कानि सवाई सिंह,रामेश्वरलाल,राजूराम,कानि श्रीराम,सूर्य प्रकाश,देवेन्द्र,मूलाराम,दिनेश,विजेन्द्र व गणेश शामिल रहे। इसमें दीपक यादव की भूमिका अहम रही।

Bikaner. The joint team of District Police, DST and Nokha Police has seized weapons. Under the leadership of IPS Aditya, the police have arrested absconding Bajju resident Shravan Singh Sodha and Jodhpur resident Sawai Singh Inda of Nayashahar police station near Panchu Pulia of Nokha. While giving information to the journalists, SP Tejashwi Gautam said that 11 pistols, 20 magazines and 40 cartridges have been recovered from it. The accused was planning to purchase this weapon from MP and commit some major crime in other districts of the region.

There are 24 cases registered against Sodha. Shravan Singh is a history-sheeter of Nayashahr police station. Who was absconding from parole. SP said that on April 23, Sodha had come with interim bail for 15 days. Who had to appear back at Bikaner Central Workhouse on 7th May. But in order to commit a major crime, he did not register his presence in jail and started absconding in Jodhpur, Barmer, Jalore, Balotara and Madhya Pradesh etc.

Taking this seriously, the district police, using technical means, raided near Panchu Pulia of Nokha and caught him. Gautam told that both of them were planning to commit some major crime in Bikaner, Ganganagar, Churu, Sikar and Jodhpur. A case will be registered against both of them under the New Arms Act and they will be taken on remand.

This was revealed during interrogation
Arrested accused Shravan Singh Sodha and his gang partner Sawai Singh told during psychological interrogation that they strengthen their gang by adding new boys. And they do things like planning murders of rival gangs, doing illegal liquor business, providing weapons, uploading videos on social media to spread terror among the people.

These criminal records were registered against Sodha
SP said that a total of 24 cases have been registered against history-sheeter Sodha under different serious sections in Gujarat, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan. Apart from this, 6 cases are registered in Nayashahr, 5 in Kotgate, 2 in Jodhpur, 2 in Jaisalmer, one in Churu, one in Sadar, one in Bichwal, one in Nokha, one each in Gujarat, Haryana and one in Madhya Pradesh. He was arrested by Churu police six months ago in connection with a robbery plan.

The team that took action included trainee IPS Aditya, assistant sub-inspector Deepak Yadav, Dilip Singh, Rajuram, head Kani Sawai Singh, Rameshwarlal, Rajuram, Kani Shriram, Surya Prakash, Devendra, Moolaram, Dinesh, Vijendra and Ganesh. Deepak Yadav played an important role in this.
