बीकानेर: जान पहचान के चलते 40 लाख की धोखाधड़ी मामले में आरोपी के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज

बीकानेर। जान पहचान के चलते 40 लाख की धोखाधड़ी करने का मामला सामने आया है। इस सम्बंध में छतरगढ़ पुलिस थाने में वार्ड नम्बर 11 के रहने वाले मदनमोहन ज्याणी ने नागौर के रहने वाले दिलीप पुत्र हनुमानराम के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज करवाया है।

प्रार्थी के अनुसार घटना ज्याणी ब्रदर्स की दुकान कृषि मंडी छतरगढ़ की है। इस सम्बंध में मुकदमा दर्ज करवाते हुए परिवादी ने बताया कि आरोपी से उसकी जान पहचान है। जिसके चलते उसने परिवादी से नरमा खरीद किए और करीब 40 लाख रूपए की धोखाधड़ी की। पुलिस ने मामला दर्ज कर लिया है।

Bikaner. A case of fraud of Rs 40 lakh due to acquaintance has come to light. In this regard, Madanmohan Jyani, resident of ward number 11 in Chhatargarh police station, has filed a case against Dilip, son of Hanumanram, resident of Nagaur.

According to the applicant, the incident took place at Jyani Brothers' shop Krishi Mandi, Chhatargarh. While registering a case in this regard, the complainant said that he was acquainted with the accused. Due to which he purchased Narma from the complainant and committed fraud of about Rs 40 lakh. The police have registered the case.
