बीकानेर: विधानसभा पूर्व से भाजपा प्रत्याशी सिद्धि कुमारी से जुड़ी बड़ी ख़बर सामने आ रही है। सिद्धि के खिलाफ आचार संहिता के उल्लंघन की शिकायत हुई है। इसके साथ ही अधिशाषी अभियंता, सा.नि.वि. नगर, खंड बीकानेर के खिलाफ भी शिकायत हुई है। जानकारी के अनुसार मामला जयपुर रोड़ स्थित राजनगर की एक विवादित ज़मीन से जुड़ा है। सांगू बानो का दावा है कि यह ज़मीन उसकी है, जो उसके पिता ने उसे बतौर गिफ्ट दी थी।
मामला न्यायालय तक पहुंचा हुआ है। इसी भूमि को पार्क की भूमि बताकर इस पार्क निर्माण का कार्य शुरू करवाया गया था। निर्माण हेतु विधायक सिद्धि कुमारी ने विधायक कोटे से दस लाख रूपए दिए थे। 5 अगस्त को सिविल न्यायालय ने निर्माण पर रोक लगा दी। ऐसे में निर्माण रुक गया। परिवादिया के अनुसार कोर्ट स्टे अभी कायम है। वहीं आचार संहिता भी लगी हुई है।
आचार संहिता लगने के बाद 16 अक्टूबर तक पार्क का दरवाजा नहीं बना हुआ था और ना ही शिलालेख लगा था। लेकिन 13 नवंबर को सिद्धि कुमारी ने इसी पार्क में जनसभा की। इस दौरान सिद्धि कुमारी के नाम का शिलालेख भी लगा हुआ मिला और द्वार भी निर्मित था। दावा किया जा रहा है कि यह शिलालेख और सभा से ठीक पहले लगाया गया है।
ख़ास बात यह है कि इस शिलालेख पर दिनांक अंकित नहीं है, जबकि आमतौर पर दिनांक और उद्घाटनकर्ता का नाम अंकित होता है। परिवादिया ने मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी, जयपुर व जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी, बीकानेर को लिखित शिकायत देकर इसे आदर्श आचार संहिता के उल्लंघन का मामला बताया है।
अब मामले की जांच के बाद ही परतें खुल सकेंगी। बता दें कि इससे पहले सिद्धि कुमारी की बुआ राजश्री कुमारी ने भी जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी को सिद्धि के खिलाफ एक शिकायत दे रखी है। जिसमें आरोप लगाया गया कि सिद्धि ने अपने नामांकन में संपत्ति विवाद के मामलों से जुड़े तथ्य छुपाए हैं।

According to the information, the matter is related to a disputed land in Rajnagar located on Jaipur Road. Sangu Bano claims that this land is hers, which was given to her as a gift by her father.
The matter has reached the court. The work of construction of this park was started by declaring this land as park land. MLA Siddhi Kumari had given ten lakh rupees from MLA quota for the construction. On August 5, the Civil Court banned the construction. In such a situation the construction stopped. According to the complainant, the court stay still continues. There is also a code of conduct there.
After the implementation of the code of conduct, the gate of the park was not constructed nor was any inscription installed till October 16. But on November 13, Siddhi Kumari held a public meeting in the same park. During this time, an inscription in the name of Siddhi Kumari was also found and the gate was also constructed. It is being claimed that this inscription has been placed just before the assembly.
The special thing is that the date is not mentioned on this inscription, whereas usually the date and the name of the inaugurate are mentioned. The complainant has given a written complaint to the Chief Electoral Officer, Jaipur and District Election Officer, Bikaner, calling it a case of violation of the Model Code of Conduct.
