राजस्थान के सरकारी कर्मचारियों में दौड़ी खुशी की लहर, भजनलाल सरकार ने हटाया तबादलों से बैन

भजनलाल सरकार ने राजस्थान में तबादलों से प्रतिबंध हटा दिया है। सरकार ने तबादलों से बैन हटाने को लेकर आदेश जारी कर दिए है। सरकारी विभागों में तबादलों पर बैन हटाने को लेकर तैयारियां शुरू हो गई हैं। राजस्थान में 10 फरवरी से 20 फरवरी तक सभी विभागों में तबादले होंगे। इसी के साथ ही बोर्ड और आयोगों में भी तबादले होंगे।

प्रशासनिक सुधार विभाग ने जारी आदेश में बताया है कि पिछले साल 15 जनवरी से प्रदेश के सभी विभागों में ट्रांसफर-पोस्टिंग पर बैन लगा दिया था जिसके बाद अब नई सरकार के पास बड़ी संख्या में मेडिकल हेल्थ, पीएचईडी, ट्रांसपोर्ट, यूडीएच, बिजली, फाइनेंस, पीडब्ल्यूडी समेत अन्य विभागों में तबादलों की विधायकों के पास डिजायरें आ रही है. बता दें कि तबादलों पर जनवरी 2023 से बैन लगा हुआ था।

ज्यादातर सरकारी विभागों में होंगे तबादले
बताया जा रहा है कि राजस्थान में ज्यादातर विभागों में तबादले होना तय माना जा रहा है। इनमें पुलिस विभाग में बड़े पैमाने पर कर्मचारियों को इधर-उधर किया जा सकता है। बता दें कि पुलिस मुख्यालय ने हाल ही में सभी एसपी और रेंज आईजी को लेटर जारी करके कांस्टेबल से लेकर इंस्पेक्टर स्तर के तबादलों की तैयारी रखने को कहा गया था। इसके साथ ही सभी एसपी और रेंज आईजी को तबादलों से बैन हटने से पहले सब कागजी औपचारिकताएं तैयार रखने को कहा गया था। ताकि बाद में रिलीव और जॉइन करने में समय नहीं लगे।

तबादलों में MLA का डिजायर सिस्टम पर संशय
कांग्रेस सरकार में विधायकों की डिजायर पर तबादले होते थे। वहीं बीजेपी सरकार में तबादलों में विधायकों की डिजायर चलेगी या नहीं इस पर अभी स्थिति साफ नहीं है। बता दें कि पिछले दिनों कलेक्टर, एडीएम, एसडीएम, एसपी, एएसपी और डीएसपी के तबादले बिना विधायकों की डिजाइर के हुए थे।

सरकार बनते ही हुए बड़े अधिकारियों के ट्रांसफर
भजनलाल सरकार के बनते ही बड़े स्तर पर आईएएस, आईपीएस, आरएएस और आरपीएस अधिकारियों के तबादले किए गए थे। इनमें कई जिलों के कलेक्टर, पुलिस अधीक्षक, अतिरिक्त जिला कलेक्टर, उपखंड अधिकारी और पुलिस उपाधीक्षक बदले जा चुके हैं।
