साल 2006 में नोएडा के निठारी कांड ने देश ही नहीं दुनिया को हिलाकर रख दिया था। यह कांड इतना भयावह था कि लोगों ने इसके दोनों आरोपियों को नरपिशाच कहना शुरू कर दिया। अखबारों की सुर्खियों से लेकर न्यूज चैनलों की हेडलाइन तक यह मामला कई दिनों तक बना रहा। जैसे-जैसे जांच आगे बढ़ी, ऐसी-ऐसी बातें निकलकर सामने आईं, जिन्होंने लोगों के रौंगटे खड़े कर दिए। नोएडा का यह निठारी कांड एक बार फिर से चर्चा में आ गया है।
दअरसल, इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने निठारी कांड के दोनों आरोपियों सुरेंद्र कोली और मनिंदर सिंह पंढेर को सभी मामलों से बरी कर दिया है। दोनों को निचली अदालत ने फांसी की सजा सुनाई थी, जिसे भी हाइकोर्ट ने रद्द कर दिया है। सुरेंद्र कोली को 12 मामलों में बरी किया गया है, जबकि मनिंदर सिंह पंढेर की 2 मामलों में फांसी की सजा को रद्द किया गया है। आगे जानते हैं खौफनाक निठारी कांड की पूरी कहानी...
कोठी में गई लड़की, वापस नहीं आई
बात 7 मई 2006 की है। नोएडा के निठारी गांव में मनिंदर सिंह पंढेर की कोठी नंबर D-5 के सामने एक रिक्शा रुकता है। रिक्शे से पायल नाम की लड़की उतरती है और रिक्शे वाले से वापस आकर पैसे देने की बात करती है। काफी देर बाद भी जब लड़की वापस नहीं आती तो रिक्शे वाला कोठी का गेट खटखटाता है। मनिंदर सिंह पंढेर का नौकर सुरेंद्र कोली दरवाजा खोलता है और पायल के काफी देर पहले यहां से चले जाने की बात कहता है। हालांकि, रिक्शे वालो को कोली की बात पर शक होता है और वह पायल के गायब होने की खबर उसके घरवालों के पास पहुंचा देता है। पायल के पिता नंदलाल अपनी बेटी की गुमशुदगी की रिपोर्ट दर्ज कराते हैं और यहीं से पुलिस की जांच शुरू होती है।
नाले से मिलना शुरू हुए नरकंकाल
पुलिस पायल को तलाशते हुए मनिंदर सिंह पंढेर की कोठी तक पहुंचती है। पूछताछ शुरू होती है तो दोनों आरोपी पायल के रेप और हत्या की बात कबूल लेते हैं। इसके साथ ही वे यह भी बताते हैं कि उन्होंने पायल की लाश पास के नाले में फेंक दी है। दोनों की निशानदेही पर जब पुलिस नाले की सफाई शुरू कराती है, तो उससे एक के बाद एक बड़ी संख्या में नरपिशाच निकलना शुरू होते हैं। इसके बाद नोएडा के आसपास के गांवों की एक दर्जन लड़कियों के गायब होने के मामलों का खुलासा शुरू हो गया।
देश भर में फैलने लगी नरपिशाच की कहानी
निठारी कांड देश में आग की तरह फैला। इसके बाद कई कहानियां सामने आईं। बताया गया कि मनिंदर सिंह पंढेर और सुरेंद्र कोली लड़कियों को कोठी पर बुलाते थे, उनका रेप करते थे और लाश के टुकड़े करने के बाद उसे पास के नाले में फेंक देते थे। कई कहानियों में कहा गया कि मनिंदर सिंह पंढेर का नौकर सुरेंद्र कोली लड़कियों की हत्या के बाद लाश के साथ सेक्स करता था। उनके अंगों को पका कर खा जाता था। यहां तक कि मनिंदर सिंह पंढेर पर मानव अंगों की तस्करी का भी आरोप लगा।
सीबीआई ने दर्ज किए 16 मामले
बता दें, सीबीआई ने इस मामले में जांच करते हुए सुरेंद्र कोली के खिलाफ 16 मामले दर्ज किए थे। इसमें से उसे 14 मामलों में फांसी की सजा मिले चुकी है। वहीं मनिंदर सिंह पंढेर के खिलाफ 6 मामले दर्ज किए गए थे। इसमें 3 मामलों में उसे फांसी की सजा सुनाई गई थी। एक मामले में सजा पहले की रद्द की जा चुकी है। जबकि पंढेर के खिलाफ बचे दो मामलों में उसे बरी किया गया है। वहीं कोली को 12 मामलों से बरी किया गया है।

The girl went to the house and did not come back
The matter is of 7th May 2006. A rickshaw stops in front of Maninder Singh Pandher's house number D-5 in Nithari village of Noida. A girl named Payal gets down from the rickshaw and asks the rickshaw puller to come back and give her the money. When the girl does not return even after a long time, the rickshaw puller knocks the gate of the house. Maninder Singh Pandher's servant Surendra Koli opens the door and tells that Payal had left from here a long time ago. However, the rickshaw pullers become suspicious of Koli and inform Payal's disappearance to her family. Payal's father Nandlal files a missing report of his daughter and from here the police investigation begins.
Hellfire started meeting the drain
While searching for Payal, the police reaches the house of Maninder Singh Pandher. When the interrogation begins, both the accused confess to the rape and murder of Payal. Along with this, they also tell that they have thrown Payal's body in a nearby drain. When the police starts cleaning the drain on the instructions of both of them, a large number of vampires start emerging from it one after the other. CBI registered 16 cases
