राजस्थान के बारां जिले से सोमवार को पूर्वी राजस्थान नहर परियोजना (ERCP) को मुद्दा बनाकर कांग्रेस जन जागरण अभियान की शुरुआत कर रही है. इस मौके पर जनसभा को संबोधित करते हुए मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत ने प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी पर वादाखिलाफी का आरोप लगाया. उन्होंने कहा कि लोकसभा में 25 सांसद देने के बाद भी राजस्थान को कुछ नहीं मिला. राजस्थान में कांग्रेस की सरकार ने काफी कुछ काम किया है. दिल से काम किया है. इस आधार पर कांग्रेस फिर से जनता से वोट मांगेंगी.
ईआरसीपी में 53 बांध जोड़ रहे : सीएम अशोक गहलोत ने आरोप लगाया कि भाजपा योजना का वादा करने का बाद भी पूरा नहीं कर रही है. लोकसभा में 25 सांसद हमारे हैं, फिर भाजपा को क्या चाहिए था? इन सांसदों ने दिल्ली में ईआरसीपी के लिए एक भी शब्द नहीं बोला, जबकि भाजपा की ही पिछली सरकार ने इसका काम शुरू किया था. हमारी जिद है कि परियोजना पूरी हो. इसके लिए हम लग गए हैं. ईआरसीपी में 53 बांध छूट गए थे, उन्हें हम जोड़ रहे हैं. पहले इसका बजट हमने 9000 करोड़ रखा था, जिसे बढ़ाकर 14 हजार करोड़ का किया है.
लोगों के साथ धोखा हो रहा है : गहलोत ने कहा कि हमने हाड़ौती में परवन सिंचाई योजना लागू की है, जिसका शिलान्यास करने राहुल गांधी आए थे. अब तय किया है कि राजस्थान को ईआरसीपी मिले. यह राहुल गांधी और कांग्रेस राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष मल्लिकार्जुन खड़गे चाहते हैं. हमें 13 जिलों में कैम्पेन करना है. रैली छोटी या बड़ी होगी, सन्देश देंगे. लोगों के साथ धोखा हो रहा है. बीकानेर में भी लोग कहते हैं कि कैनाल आने से सिंचाई और पीने का पानी मिल रहा है, इसलिए ईआरसीपी राष्ट्रीय योजना बने. राजस्थान सरकार की योजनाओं की चर्चा पूरे देश भर में हो रही है. यहां तक कि राजस्थान के हर घर में हमारी स्कीम की चर्चा लोग कर रहे हैं. युवाओं को नौकरी दी है. चिरंजीवी योजना से लेकर फ्री राशन, फ्री बिजली, 500 में सिलेंडर, सामाजिक सुरक्षा में बढ़ोतरी, धार्मिक यात्रा पर भेजने से लेकर सबकुछ सरकार ने किया है.
