3नाबालिक लड़की को बहा फुसलाकर कर ले जाने और उसे जहर पिलाकर हत्या करने का मामला सामने आया है। परिजनों ने आरोप लगाया है कि आरोपी ने पहले बेटी के साथ दुष्कर्म किया और उसे जहर पिला दिया। पुलिस ने इस संबंध में रामसरा निवासी मुकेश पुत्र रामेश्वरलाल स्वामी को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। मामला हनुमानगढ़ जिले के नोहर थाना क्षेत्र का है। जानकारी के मुताबिक, आरोपी डिलीवरी बॉय का काम करता है, जो नोहर कस्बे के निकटवर्ती गांव की नाबालिग छात्रा को बहला नाबालिग को भगा ले गया। इसके बाद उसने बलात्कार कर जहर पिला दिया।
मृतक नाबालिग छात्रा कक्षा दसवीं में पढ़ती थी। आरोपी कई ऑनलाइन सामान की डिलीवरी देने उनके घर आता था, जिस वजह से वो बच्ची डिलीवरी ब्वॉय के कॉन्टेक्ट में आ गई थी। बाद में मौका पाकर आरोपीत छात्रा को स्कूल की छुट्टी होते ही अपने साथ भगा ले गया। मृतका के पिता ने इस संबंध में नोहर पुलिस थाने में मुकदमा दर्ज कराया। इसके बाद करीब मशक्कत के उपरांत तीन अक्टूबर को नाबालिग छात्रा घर लौट आई थी। इसके बाद आरोपी 11 अक्टूबर की रात को आरोपित युवक छात्रा को बहला- फुसलाकर विवाह के उद्देश्य से भगा ले गया। अगले दिन छात्रा के पिता के पास फोन आया कि उनकी बेटी ने जहर का सेवन कर लिया है। जो भादरा के अस्पताल में भर्ती है। इसके बाद में हनुमानगढ़ में छात्रा की मौत हो गई।
दर्ज रिपोर्ट में आरोप लगाया गया है कि आरोपी ने हत्या के उद्देश्य से छात्रा को जहर पिला दिया और आरोपी ने खुद भी जहर पी लिया। खुद के कम जहर पीने से वह बच गया। दर्ज रिपोर्ट के अनुसार आरोपी मुकेश ने पहले छात्रा से बलात्कार किया। उसके बाद जबरन जहर पिलाकर उसकी हत्या कर दी। पुलिस ने आरोपी के खिलाफ भादसं की हत्या और पोक्सो एक्ट में मामला दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी है।

The deceased minor girl was studying in class 10th. The accused used to come to their house to deliver many online goods, due to which the girl came in contact with the delivery boy. Later, taking the opportunity, the accused took the girl away with him as soon as school was over. The father of the deceased filed a case in this regard at Nohar police station. After this, after much effort, the minor student returned home on October 3. After this, on the night of 11th October, the accused coaxed the young student and took her away for the purpose of marriage. The next day the student's father got a call that his daughter had consumed poison. Who is admitted in Bhadra hospital. Later the student died in Hanumangarh.
In the report filed, it has been alleged that the accused gave poison to the student for the purpose of murder and the accused himself drank the poison. He was saved by drinking less of his own poison. According to the recorded report, accused Mukesh first raped the student. After that he was killed by forcibly making him drink poison. The police have registered a case against the accused under IPC, murder and POCSO Act and started investigation.
