धोरों की धरती राजस्थान में इस बार सत्ता का ऊंट किस करवट बैठेगा, इसका फैसला 3 दिसंबर को ही होगा, लेकिन इससे पहले आजतक-एक्सिस माई इंडिया के एग्जिट पोल के नतीजे आ गए हैं. एग्जिट पोल के मुताबिक राजस्थान में रिवाज बदलता नजर आ रहा है. यानी सूबे में कांग्रेस का राज बरकरार रह सकता है. एग्जिट पोल में कांग्रेस को 86 से 106 सीटें मिल सकती हैं. जबकि बीजेपी के खाते में 80 से 100 सीटें आ सकती हैं. बीजेपी को 41 फीसदी वोट शेयर मिल सकता है, जबकि कांग्रेस को 42 फीसदी वोट मिलने का अनुमान है.
एग्जिट पोल के आंकड़े सही साबित होते हैं तो राजस्थान में कांग्रेस चौथी बार मुख्यमंत्री के रूप में अशोक गहलोत के साथ अगली सरकार बनाने की स्थिति में आ सकती है. कांग्रेस के सूत्रों ने दावा किया कि राजस्थान में सरकार की योजनाएं जैसे- चिरंजीवी स्वास्थ्य बीमा योजना, सब्सिडी वाली सिलेंडर योजना कांग्रेस को राज्य में सत्ता तक पहुंचा सकती हैं.
कांग्रेस के लिए 'संजीवनी' बनीं ये योजनाएं
राजस्थान सरकार के कैबिनेट मंत्री प्रताप सिंह खाचरियावास ने कहा कि बीजेपी की ध्रुवीकरण की राजनीति राजस्थान में काम नहीं आई. ओपीएस, चिरंजीवी जैसी हमारी योजनाएं जमीन पर दिखीं. साथ ही कहा कि राहुल गांधी, मल्लिकार्जुन खड़गे विधायकों से सलाह लेंगे और तय करेंगे कि मुख्यमंत्री कौन बनेगा. राजनीतिक विशेषज्ञों के अनुसार अगर बीजेपी राजस्थान में चुनाव हारती है, तो इसका कारण पेपर लीक, ध्रुवीकरण की राजनीति में शामिल होने की असफल कोशिश और मुख्यमंत्री पद का उम्मीदवार घोषित नहीं करना हो सकता है.
मारवाड़ में कांग्रेस को बढ़त
राजस्थान के मारवाड़ (गोडवाड़) इलाके में कांग्रेस को 41 फीसदी तो बीजेपी को 40 फीसदी वोट मिल सकता है. यहां पिछले चुनाव में कांग्रेस को 37 फीसदी वोट शेयर मिला था, जबकि बीजेपी को 38 फीसदी वोट शेयर मिला था. आजतक-एक्सिस माई इंडिया के एग्जिट पोल के अनुसार कांग्रेस को 18 सीटें और बीजेपी को 20 सीटें मिल सकती हैं. पिछली बार यहां कांग्रेस को 20 सीटें मिली थीं, जबकि बीजेपी को 16 सीटें मिली थीं.
जैसलमेर-बीकानेर में कौन आगे?
जैसलमेर-बीकानेर में बीजेपी को 39 फीसदी वोट तो कांग्रेस को 41 फीसदी वोट मिल सकते हैं. जबकि अन्य के खाते में 20 फीसदी वोट शेयर मिल सकता है. यहां कांग्रेस को 11 तो बीजेपी को 6 सीटें मिल सकती हैं.
ढूंढाड़-जयपुर में चला कांग्रेस का जादू
राजस्थान के ढूंढाड़-जयपुर कांग्रेस को 45 तो बीजेपी को 42 फीसदी वोट मिल सकते हैं. यहां कांग्रेस को 26 तो बीजेपी को 17 सीटें मिलने का अनुमान है. पिछले चुनाव में कांग्रेस को इस क्षेत्र में 25 सीटें मिली थीं, मतलब कांग्रेस ने एक सीट पर बढ़त बनाई है, जबकि बीजेपी को पिछली बार 12 सीटें मिली थीं. इस बार बीजेपी 5 सीटों की बढ़त बनाती हुई दिख रही है.
मेवाड़ में बीजेपी आगे
मेवाड़ (वागड़) इलाके में कांग्रेस को 12 तो बीजेपी को 20 सीटें मिलने का अनुमान है. यहां पिछली बार भी सीटों का आंकड़ा यही था. मतलब पिछले चुनाव में कांग्रेस ने इस क्षेत्र से 12 और बीजेपी ने 20 सीटें ही जीती थीं.
अहीरवाल में कैसा है चुनावी गणित?
अहीरवाल इलाके में 22 सीटों पर मतदान हुआ था. आजतक-एक्सिस माई इंडिया के एग्जिट पोल के मुताबिक यहां बीजेपी को 39 फीसदी वोट तो कांग्रेस को 40 फीसदी वोट मिलने का अनुमान है. जबकि अन्य को 21 फीसदी वोट मिल सकते हैं. इसके अलावा कांग्रेस को 10 और बीजेपी को 9 सीटें मिलने का अनुमान है. पिछली बार कांग्रेस के खाते में 12 और बीजेपी के खाते में 3 सीटें आई थीं.
क्या कह रहा है शेखावटी का आंकड़ा?
राजस्थान के शेखावटी क्षेत्र में 21 सीटों पर वोटिंग हुई थी. आजतक-एक्सिस माई इंडिया के एग्जिट पोल के मुताबिक यहां कांग्रेस को 12 सीटें तो बीजेपी को 7 सीटें मिलने का अनुमान है. शेखावटी में चुरू, झुंझुनू और सीकर शामिल है. पिछले चुनावों में यहां बीजेपी को 4 सीटों मिली थी, जबकि कांग्रेस को 15 सीटें मिली थीं.
