बीकानेर। महाजन क्षेत्र में साइबर क्राइम के प्रति लोगों में जागरूकता बढऩे व लॉटरी आदि के नाम पर ठगी के तरीके पुराने हो जाने के बाद अब वाट्स ऐप के माध्यम से फोटो, वीडियो भेजकर ग्रामीणों को ठगने का नया तरीका निकाला गया है। इन दिनों कस्बे सहित समीपवर्ती गांवों में ऐसे संदेश लोगों को मिल रहे है जिनमें संयुक्त अरब अमीरात से आईडी कार्ड की फोटो आदि भेजकर मोबाइल व अन्य पुरस्कार देने का झांसा दिया जा रहा है।
गौरतलब है कि सामरिक दृष्टि से महत्वपूर्ण इस क्षेत्र में लॉटरी के नाम पर ठगी करने, योनो के पासवर्ड रीसेट करने के नाम पर एटीएम नम्बर व बैंक खाते की जानकारी हासिल कर ऑनलाइन ठगी करने के कई मामले पूर्व में सामने आ चुके हैं। पुलिस की ओर से गांवों में जागरूकता अभियान चलाने के बाद लोगों में जागरूकता आई है, लेकिन इन दिनों ग्रामीणों को ऐसे संदेश मिल रहे हैं, जिनमें लक्की कूपन पर मोबाइल व बड़े पुरस्कार जीतने का झांसा दिया जाता है।
कस्बे में वार्ड संख्या 6 में एक पशुपालक के पास भी यह संदेश आया व मक्का से इनाम के रूप में मोबाइल भेजने की बात कही गई। साथ ही युवक से कुछ पैसे जमा करवाने व बैंक खाते आदि की जानकारी मांगी गई। युवक ने जानकारी हासिल की तो उसे मामला समझ आया जिससे वह ठगी का शिकार होने से बच गया। दूसरी तरफ पुलिस व प्रशासन का कहना है कि ऐसे किसी भी बहकावे में आकर ठगी का शिकार बनने से बचना ही सावधानी है।
