बीकानेर। श्रीडूंगरगढ़ क्षेत्र में एक विवाहिता की लज्जा भंग करने व उसके अपहरण का प्रयास करने, धमकियां देने, दंपति से मारपीट करने के आरोप में पति पत्नी सहित मीन बेटों के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज हुआ है। गांव आइसर पुरोहितान निवासी 36 वर्षीय शिमला देवी पत्नी बीरबलराम सांसी ने इसी गांव के मालाराम सांसी व उसकी पत्नी सोनादेवी व उसके बेटे मनीराम, किशन व पवन के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज करवाया है। पीड़िता ने पुलिस को बताया कि आरोपी उसके परिवार से रंजिश रखते है व बार बार उन्हें प्रताड़ित कर जान से मारने की धमकियां देते है।
पीड़िता ने पुलिस को बताया कि आरोपी मालाराम ने 12 अगस्त को उसे उसके बाड़े से निकलते हुए हाथ पकड़ बदतमीजी करते हुए साथ चलने को कहा और परिवादिया के मना करने पर रूपए देने की बात कर उसका अपमान किया। पति ने बचाव का प्रयास किया तो आरोपी ने दोनों के साथ मारपीट करते हुए जान से मारने की धमकियां दी।
13 अगस्त को आरोपी ने उसके पति को फोन कर धमकाया और लोहे के पाइप व लाठियां लेकर सभी आरोपी उसके घर के अंदर घुसे व मारपीट की विवाहिता की लज्जा भंग करते हुए घर का सामान तोड़फोड़ किया। परिवादिया व उसका पति 29 अगस्त को मोमासर से आए व बस उत्तर कर घर लौटते हुए रास्ते में गाड़ी उनके पीछे दौड़ा कर जान से मारने का प्रयास किया। पुलिस ने विभिन्न धाराओं में मामला दर्ज कर जांच एएसआई उदयसिंह को सौंप दी है।

In Sridungargarh area, a case has been registered against the husband and wife along with their sons for outraging the modesty of a married woman and attempting to kidnap her, giving threats and assaulting the couple. 36-year-old Shimla Devi wife Birbalram Sansi, a resident of Isar Purohitan village, has registered a case against Malaram Sansi and his wife Sonadevi and their sons Maniram, Kishan and Pawan of the same village. The victim told the police that the accused had a grudge against her family and repeatedly tortured and threatened to kill her.
The victim told the police that on August 12, the accused Malaram asked her to hold her hand while coming out of her enclosure, misbehaved with her and insulted her by talking about giving money when the complainant refused. When the husband tried to defend, the accused thrashed both of them and threatened to kill them.
On August 13, the accused called her husband and threatened her and with iron pipes and sticks, all the accused entered inside her house and vandalized the household items, breaking the shame of the married woman. The complainant and her husband came from Momasar on 29th August and while returning home by bus, an attempt was made to kill them by running a car behind them. Police have registered a case under various sections and handed over the investigation to ASI Udai Singh.
