बीकानेर; रानी बाजार अंडरपास के क्षेत्र में निर्माण के अधूरे काम की वजह से बढ़ती आस्थमा की शिकायतें
बीकानेर वासियों को फाटकों की समस्याओं से उबारने की बजाय,रानी बाजार अंडरपास के क्षेत्र में निर्माण के अधूरे काम की वजह से बढ़ती आस्थमा की शिकायतें
रेलवे फाटकों की समस्याओं से जूझते बीकानेरवासियों को आननफानन में रानी बाजार अंडरपास की सुविधा करने के बाद जहां ओवर ब्रिज पर यातायात का दबाव कम हुआ, वहीं अपेक्षा अस्पताल से अंबेडकर सर्किल तक रहने वाले बीकानेरवासियों को अस्थमा की शिकायत बढ़ने लगी है।
रानी बाजार मोहल्ला समिति के सचिव आर के शर्मा ने बताया कि जिला प्रशासन ने चुनाव से पहले अंडरपास का लोकार्पण करवाने से राजनेताओं को खुश करने का काम किया, वहीं अधूरे काम को पूरा करने का प्रयास तीन महीने से अधिक समय में भी नहीं किया गया है। रानी बाजार साइड का लगभग 100 मीटर की और अंबेडकर सर्किल की तरफ 20 मीटर सड़क का निर्माण पूरा नहीं किया गया, जिससे पूरे क्षेत्र में धूल व मिटटी उड़ती रहती है। इससे मोहल्लेवासी अस्थमा के रोगी बनते जा रहे हैं।
इसके अलावा, रानी बाजार साइड में बड़े वाहनों को रोकने के लिए बैरियर तक नहीं लगाया गया है, जिससे जीप जोंगा गाड़ियां अंडरपास तक पहुंच जाती हैं और फंस जाती हैं, इस कारण आये दिन वाहनों की कतारें लग जाती हैं। अंडरपास की पूरी सड़क में जगह-जगह गड्ढे हैं, जिनमें मिटटी जमा रहती है और चौबीस घंटे आस-पास रहने वाले निवासियों को परेशानी उठानी पड़ रही है।
जिला प्रशासन दोषियों अधिकारियों के प्रति कोई यथोचित कार्यवाही नहीं करता, जिससे ठेकेदारों व अधिकारियों को कोई परवाह नहीं है। हाल ही में अंडरपास में गंदे पानी के भरने के कारण सभी को परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ा, क्योंकि पानी की निकासी की कोई व्यवस्था ही नहीं की गई है।

While the traffic pressure on the over bridge reduced after the hasty construction of Rani Bazar underpass to the people of Bikaner who were facing the problems of railway gates, the complaints of asthma started increasing among the people of Bikaner living from Apeksha Hospital to Ambedkar Circle.
Rani Bazar Mohalla Committee Secretary RK Sharma said that the district administration tried to please the politicians by inaugurating the underpass before the elections, while no effort has been made to complete the incomplete work even in more than three months. . The construction of about 100 meters of road on Rani Bazar side and 20 meters of road towards Ambedkar Circle was not completed, due to which dust and soil keep flying in the entire area. Due to this, the residents of the locality are becoming asthma patients.
Apart from this, even the barrier has not been installed on the Rani Bazar side to stop the big vehicles, due to which the Jeep Jonga vehicles reach the underpass and get stuck, due to which queues of vehicles are formed every day. There are potholes at many places in the entire road of the underpass, in which soil remains accumulated and the residents living nearby are facing problems round the clock.
The district administration does not take any appropriate action against the guilty officers, due to which the contractors and officers do not care. Recently everyone had to face problems due to the filling of dirty water in the underpass, because no arrangement has been made for drainage of water.
