बीकानेर: दो पक्ष आमने-सामने हुए, मारपीट व तोडफ़ोड़ की, क्रॉस मुकदमें दर्ज
बीकानेर। जिले के दंतौर पुलिस थाना क्षेत्र में दो पक्ष आमने-सामने हो गए। मारपीट व तोडफ़ोड़ करने का आरोप लगाते हुए दोनों पक्षों की ओर से क्रॉस मुकदमें दर्ज करवाये गए है। आशापुरा निवासी भीमसिंह व बेरीसाल सिंह ने रिपोर्ट देते हुए बताया कि एकराय होकर सिर में सरियों से चोट मारी तथा मारपीट की।
वाहन स्कॉर्पियो को आगे-पीछे व ड्राईवर साइड तोडफ़ोड़ कर शीशे तोड़ दिए। रिपोर्ट पर पुलिस ने बिशनसिंह, नागेन्द्र सिंह, नख्तसिंह, बिशनसिंह, जयनराम, स्वरुपसिंह, सागसिंह, विरेन्द्र सिंह निवासीगण पार्वती तलाई के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज किया। वहीं, दूसरी ओर से पार्वती तलाई (2डीएम) निवासी नखतसिंह ने पुलिस को रिपोर्ट दी है।
जिसमें बताया कि आरोपियों ने एकराय होकर उसके घर में घुसकर परिवार के लोगों के साथ मारपीट की व परिवादी की पत्नी के गले से सोने की तिवणीया तोड़कर ले गये तथा बलवंत सिंह ने परिवादी के पिता पर पिस्तौल से गोली चलाने की कोशिश की।
इस रिपोर्ट पर पुलिस ने आशापुरा निवासी भीमसिंह, विशाल सिंह, देवीसिंह, तेजमाल सिंह, हडवंत सिंह, सुजानसिंह, 1 सीडी (छिला) निवासी बलवंत सिंह, नेतलसिंह, नरपतसिंह, नारायणसिंह, खींवसिंह, 95 आरडी निवासी भूपसिंह तथा 10-15 अन्य व्यक्तियों के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी।

Bikaner. Two parties faced each other in Dantaur police station area of the district. Cross cases have been filed by both the parties alleging assault and vandalism. Bhim Singh and Berisal Singh, residents of Ashapura, while giving report, said that in unison they hit him on the head with sticks and beat him up.
The vehicle Scorpio was vandalized on the front, rear and driver's side and the glass was broken. On the report, police registered a case against Parvati Talai, residents of Bishansingh, Nagendra Singh, Nakhatsingh, Bishansingh, Jayanram, Swarupsingh, Sagsingh, Virendra Singh. On the other hand, Nakhat Singh, resident of Parvati Talai (2DM) has given a report to the police.
In which it was told that the accused entered his house in unison and beat up the family members and took away the gold tiara from the neck of the complainant's wife and Balwant Singh tried to shoot the complainant's father with a pistol.
On this report, police arrested Ashapura resident Bhim Singh, Vishal Singh, Devi Singh, Tejmal Singh, Hadwant Singh, Sujan Singh, 1 CD (Chhila) resident Balwant Singh, Netal Singh, Narpat Singh, Narayan Singh, Khiv Singh, 95 RD resident Bhup Singh and 10-15 other persons. A case was registered against him and investigation was started.
