शिक्षक संघ (प्रगतिशील) ने बीकानेर में आयोजित जिला शैक्षिक सम्मेलन में शिक्षकों की भूमिका और शिक्षा के विकास पर चर्चा की
बीकानेर, राजस्थान शिक्षक संघ (प्रगतिशील) का दो दिवसीय जिला शैक्षिक सम्मेलन बीकानेर कचहरी परिसर स्थित पेंशन समाज भवन में आज संपन्न हुआ। समारोह की अध्यक्षता मोहम्मद इलियास जोइया,मुख्य वक्ता यतीश वर्मा और विशिष्ट अतिथि सुभाष आचार्य रहे ।इस अवसर पर शिक्षकों ने शिक्षक समाज के साथ और अन्य मुद्दों पर भी चर्चा की ,मुख्य रूप से शैक्षिक विकास कैसे हो, दूर दराज ढाणी तक शिक्षा कैसे पहुंचे ,इसमें शिक्षक की कैसी और क्या भूमिका होनी चाहिए, इस पर मंथन हुआ ।
इस मौके पर यतीश वर्मा मुख्य वक्ता ने कहा कि आज आवश्यकता है शिक्षक अपने कर्तव्यों का निर्वहन बड़ी ईमानदारी के साथ संपन्न करें एवं शिक्षा के विकास में अपनी महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाए ।विशिष्ट अतिथि सुभाष आचार्य ने कहा कि आज शिक्षक शिक्षक नहीं रहा क्योंकि शिक्षक के साथ शैक्षिक प्रशासन जिला प्रशासन दोनों के साथ अन्य कार्य कर रहे हैं, विद्यालय में शिक्षण कार्य के स्थान पर विद्यालय की अन्य गतिविधियां चाहे वह पोषाहार हो और चाहे बाबू का काम हो यह सारा कार्य शिक्षक कर रहे हैं , प्रतिवर्ष चुनाव में शिक्षकों की भागीदारी होती है, ऐसे में शिक्षा विभाग जनता के साथ अभिभावकों के साथ और छात्र-छात्राओं के साथ विभाग अन्य कार्य कर रहा है।
बच्चे शिक्षा से वंचित और शिक्षक अन्य कार्यों में व्यस्त ,यह हमारे लिए दुर्भाग्य की बात है । जिलाध्यक्ष आनंद पारीक ने कहा कि आज का समय विकास के लिए है बिना शिक्षा संभव नहीं है हमें बच्चों को अच्छी और उच्च शिक्षा देने की आवश्यकता है लेकिन विभिन्न कार्यों के कारण हम पूरा समय शिक्षण कार्य पर नहीं दे पा रहे हैं ,इसका हमें भी व्यक्तिगत खेद है हम संगठन के लोग शिक्षा को गांव और ढाणी तक पहुंचाना चाहते हैं और हमारे संगठन के साथियों को भी यही कहना चाहते हैं कि शिक्षा का अलग जगाए। इस मौके पर कार्यक्रम संयोजक और जिला मंत्री गोविंद भार्गव ने शिक्षकों से अपील की कि वह अपने शिक्षक के कार्य को और बेहतरीन बनाने के लिए लगातार स्वयं भी प्रयास करे,अन्य वक्ताओं अंजुमन आरा,कोलायत ब्लॉक अध्यक्ष राम रतन उपाध्याय,नोखा ब्लॉक अध्यक्ष राम चंद्र चौधरी,जिला कोषाध्यक्ष अनिल वर्मा,सुंदर बारूपाल,अशोक बारूपाल,मोहम्मद असलम आदि ने प्रस्तावों पर अपना पक्ष रखा,कार्यक्रम में हरीश वर्मा,सुनीता कुमारी,राजेंद्र सिंह,अनिल थानवी सहित अनेकों कार्यकर्ता उपस्थित रहे।
Teachers Association (Progressive) discussed the role of teachers and development of education in the District Educational Conference held in Bikaner.
Bikaner, The two-day district educational conference of Rajasthan Teachers Association (Progressive) was concluded today at Pension Samaj Bhawan located in Bikaner court complex. The function was presided over by Mohammed Ilyas Joia, keynote speaker Yatish Verma and special guest Subhash Acharya. On this occasion, the teachers discussed with the teacher society and other issues, mainly how educational development should be done, how education should reach far-flung places. There was discussion on what role the teacher should play in this.
On this occasion, Yatish Verma, the main speaker, said that today there is a need for teachers to discharge their duties with great honesty and play an important role in the development of education. Special guest Subhash Acharya said that today a teacher is no longer a teacher because with the teacher Along with the educational administration and district administration, other works are also being done by the teachers. Instead of teaching in the school, other activities of the school, whether it is nutrition or Babu's work, all this work is being done by the teachers. Teachers participate in the elections every year. In such a situation, the education department is doing other work with the public, with parents and with students.
It is unfortunate for us that children are deprived of education and teachers are busy in other work. District President Anand Pareek said that today is the time for development, without education, education is not possible. We need to give good and higher education to the children, but due to various tasks, we are not able to give full time to teaching work, we are also personally affected by this. Sorry, we the people of the organization want to take education to villages and hamlets and want to tell the same to the colleagues of our organization to awaken the importance of education. On this occasion, program coordinator and district minister Govind Bhargava appealed to the teachers to continuously make efforts to improve the work of their teachers, other speakers were Anjuman Ara, Kolayat Block President Ram Ratan Upadhyay, Nokha Block President Ram Chandra Chaudhary, District Treasurer Anil Verma, Sundar Barupal, Ashok Barupal, Mohammad Aslam etc. presented their views on the proposals, many workers including Harish Verma, Sunita Kumari, Rajendra Singh, Anil Thanvi were present in the program.
