12 से 14 जनवरी तक आयोजित होगा अन्तराष्ट्रीय ऊँट उत्सव

बीकानेर,अन्तराष्ट्रीय ऊँट उत्सव में इस वर्ष ऊंट दौड़ के साथ-साथ घुडदौड़ का भी आयोजन किया जाएगा। जिला कलेक्टर भगवती प्रसाद कलाल ने अन्तराष्ट्रीय ऊंट उत्सव की तैयारी के संबंध में मंगलवार को कलेक्ट्रेट सभागार में आयोजित बैठक में यह जानकारी दी । 

उन्होंने बताया कि इस वर्ष अंतर्राष्ट्रीय ऊंट उत्सव 12 से 14 जनवरी तक आयोजित होगा। इसमें बीकानेर कार्निवल, हेरिटेज वॉक, क्लासिकल फॉर्म्स ऑफ़ आर्ट्स पर आधारित कार्यक्रम सहित स्थानीय कला और संस्कृति के साथ-साथ कंटेंपरेरी आर्ट का फ्यूजन शो तथा सेलिब्रिटी नाइट तथा अग्नि नृत्य आकर्षण के मुख्य केंद्र रहेंगे।

जिला कलेक्टर भगवती प्रसाद कलाल ने बताया कि ऊंट उत्सव के पहले दिन बीकानेर कार्निवाल का आयोजन होगा। यह लक्ष्मी निवास पैलेस से जूनागढ़ तक आयोजित किया जाएगा ,जिसमें रंग-बिरंगे परिधानों और बीकानेर की स्थानीय कला और संस्कृति के रंगों से सराबोर और कार्यक्रम आयोजित किए जाएंगे। जिला कलेक्टर ने इस आयोजन के लिए पर्यटन विभाग के अधिकारियों को विशेष कोरियाग्राफर के माध्यम से तैयारी करवाने के निर्देश दिए।

जिला कलेक्टर ने बताया कि हेरिटेज वॉक रामपुरिया हवेली से मोहता चौक, साग बाजार ,चूड़ी बाजार भांडाशाह जैन मंदिर से लक्ष्मीनाथ जी मंदिर होते हुए बीकाजी की टेकरी तक आयोजित की जाएगी। उन्होंने संबंध में समस्त तैयारियां समय पर पूरे करते हुए साफ-सफाई, सुरक्षा सहित समस्त व्यवस्थाएं सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए।

जिला कलेक्टर ने बताया कि 13 जनवरी को धरणीधर स्टेडियम में सिटी वाइब्स कार्यक्रम में स्थानीय कला और संस्कृति तथा कंटेंपरेरी आर्ट का फ्यूजन शो आयोजित किया जाएगा।
इस दौरान एक लाफ्टर शो भी रखा गया है।

13 जनवरी को ही एनआरसीसी में ऊंट दौड़ ,ऊंट श्रृंगार, ऊंट डांस तथा ऊंट फर कटिंग जैसी प्रतियोगिताएं आयोजित की जाएगी।इस दौरान हॉर्स रेस का आयोजन भी किया जाएगा।

इसी दिन डॉ करणी सिंह स्टेडियम में शाम को फैशन वॉक तथा फोक नाइट- सॉयल्स का सन का आयोजन होगा जिसमें विख्यात कलाकारों द्वारा सांस्कृतिक प्रस्तुतियां दी जाएगी। जिला कलेक्टर ने इस दौरान भी समस्त व्यवस्थाएं सुचारू रखने के निर्देश दिए।

रायसर के धोरों में होंगे विशेष आयोजन
उपनिदेशक पर्यटन अनिल राठौड़ ने बताया कि अंतर्राष्ट्रीय ऊंट उत्सव के दौरान रायसर में सेलिब्रिटी नाइट आयोजित की जाएगी। जिसमें अग्नि नृत्य के साथ-साथ एक विशेष सेलिब्रिटी को प्रस्तुति हेतु आमंत्रित किया जाएगा।

यहां देसी विदेशी पर्यटकों के लिए विभिन्न प्रतियोगिताओं का आयोजन होगा। साथ ही दिन में खो-खो, कबड्डी, साफा बांधने की प्रतियोगिता मटका दौड़, टग आफ वार, जैसी रोमांचक प्रतियोगिताएं आयोजित की जाएगी ।इस दौरान सैंड आर्ट एग्जिबिशन, हॉट एयर बैलून , कैमल सफारी जैसी गतिविधियां भी पर्यटकों के लिए आकर्षण का केंद्र रहेंगी।

जिला कलेक्टर ने कहा कि आयोजनों की समस्त तैयारियां समय पर पूरी कर ली जाए। साथ ही यातायात को लेकर व्यवस्था चाक चौबंद रहे, कहीं पर भी जाम की स्थिति ना बने, यह सुनिश्चित किया जाए।

जिला कलेक्टर भगवती प्रसाद ने जिला परिषद के अधिकारियों को रायसर में कार्यक्रम स्थल तक पहुंचने के मार्ग की मरम्मत व प्रकाश इत्यादि की व्यवस्था भी सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने हेरिटेज रूट की सड़कों, रायसर रोड़ एवं अन्य मुख्य मार्गों सहित स्ट्रीट लाइट को दुरुस्त करवाने , ऊँट दौड़ तथा हॉर्स रेसिंग प्रतियोगिता के लिए राष्ट्रीय उष्ट्र अनुसंधान केन्द्र एवं राष्ट्रीय अश्व अनुसंधान केन्द्र में व्यवस्थाओं की जानकारी ली।

पोस्टर का किया विमोचन
इससे पहले जिला कलेक्टर ने अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय ऊंट उत्सव के पोस्टर का विमोचन किया।

मिस मरवण सहित अन्य प्रतियोगिताओं में 5 जनवरी तक कर सकते हैं आवेदन
सहायक निदेशक पर्यटन कृष्ण कुमार ने बताया कि अंतर्राष्ट्रीय ऊंट उत्सव के दौरान आयोजित होने वाली विभिन्न प्रतियोगिताओं में भाग लेने के लिए इच्छुक 5 जनवरी तक आवेदन कर सकते हैं। मिस्टर बीकानेर, मिस मरवण, मिसिज़ बीकाणा, ढोला-मरवण, रंगोली, मेहंदी एवं ड्राइंग जैसी प्रतियोगिताओं के लिए ढोला मारू परिसर स्थित टूरिज्म रिसेप्शन सेंटर में आवेदन जमा करवा सकते हैं।

बैठक में जिला परिषद की मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी नित्या के., अतिरिक्त जिला कलेक्टर (शहर) जगदीश प्रसाद गौड़, उपखंड अधिकारी बीकानेर पवन कुमार , यूआईटी सचिव मुकेश बारहठ, राष्ट्रीय उष्ट्र अनुसंधान केन्द्र निदेशक डॉ. अर्तबंधु साहू, पर्यटन विभाग के उप निदेशक अनिल राठौड़, सहायक निदेशक पर्यटन कृष्ण कुमार, जिला पर्यटन अधिकारी पवन शर्मा सहित इंटेक के सुनील बांठिया अन्य संबंधित मौजूद रहे।

International Camel Festival will be organized from 12 to 14 January

This year, along with camel race, horse race will also be organized in Bikaner International Camel Festival. District Collector Bhagwati Prasad Kalal gave this information in a meeting held in the Collectorate Auditorium on Tuesday regarding the preparations for the International Camel Festival.

He informed that this year the International Camel Festival will be organized from 12th to 14th January. In this, Bikaner Carnival, Heritage Walk, programs based on classical forms of arts along with local art and culture as well as fusion show of contemporary art and celebrity night and fire dance will be the main centers of attraction.

District Collector Bhagwati Prasad Kalal said that Bikaner carnival will be organized on the first day of the camel festival. It will be organized from Lakshmi Niwas Palace to Junagadh, with colorful costumes and programs drenched in the colors of local art and culture of Bikaner. The District Collector instructed the officials of the Tourism Department to make preparations for this event through a special choreographer.

District Collector said that the heritage walk will be organized from Rampuriya Haveli to Mohta Chowk, Sag Bazaar, Chudi Bazaar, Bhandashah Jain Temple via Laxminath Ji Temple till Bikaji Ki Tekri. He instructed to complete all the preparations in this regard on time and ensure all the arrangements including cleanliness, security.

District Collector said that on January 13, a fusion show of local art and culture and contemporary art will be organized in the City Vibes program at Dharanidhar Stadium.
A laughter show has also been organized during this period.

On January 13 itself, competitions like camel race, camel make up, camel dance and camel fur cutting will be organized in NRCC. Horse race will also be organized during this period.
On the same day, Fashion Walk and Folk Night - Sun of Soils will be organized in the evening at Dr. Karni Singh Stadium in which cultural presentations will be given by renowned artists. The District Collector gave instructions to keep all the arrangements smooth during this period also.

Special events will be held in Raiser's Dhors
Deputy Director Tourism Anil Rathod said that Celebrity Night will be organized in Raiser during the International Camel Festival. In which along with fire dance, a special celebrity will be invited to perform.

Various competitions will be organized here for domestic and foreign tourists. Also, during the day, exciting competitions like Kho-Kho, Kabaddi, Safa tying competition, Matka race, Tug of War etc. will be organised. During this period, activities like Sand Art Exhibition, Hot Air Balloon, Camel Safari will also be the center of attraction for the tourists. .

The District Collector said that all preparations for the events should be completed on time. Besides, it should be ensured that the traffic arrangements remain tight and there is no traffic jam anywhere.

District Collector Bhagwati Prasad directed the Zilla Parishad officials to repair the road leading to the venue of the event in Raisar and ensure lighting etc. He inquired about the arrangements at the National Camel Research Center and the National Horse Research Center for repairing the street lights including the heritage route roads, Raiser Road and other main roads, and for the camel race and horse racing competition.

Earlier, the District Collector released the poster of International Camel Festival.

You can apply for Miss Marwan and other competitions till January 5.
Assistant Director Tourism Krishna Kumar said that those interested can apply till January 5 to participate in various competitions organized during the International Camel Festival. Applications for competitions like Mr. Bikaner, Miss Marwan, Mrs. Bikana, Dhola-Marwan, Rangoli, Mehndi and Drawing can be submitted at the Tourism Reception Center located at Dhola Maru complex.

In the meeting, District Council Chief Executive Officer Nitya K., Additional District Collector (City) Jagdish Prasad Gaur, Subdivision Officer Bikaner Pawan Kumar, UIT Secretary Mukesh Barhath, National Camel Research Center Director Dr. Artabandhu Sahu, Deputy Director of Tourism Department Anil Rathore. , Assistant Director of Tourism Krishna Kumar, District Tourism Officer Pawan Sharma along with Sunil Banthia of Intec and other concerned were present.
