राजपूत करणी सेना के अध्यक्ष की हत्या मामले में SIT की बड़ी चूक…टीम फ्लैट में पहुंची तो छत से कूदकर भागा हथियार सप्लायर!

जयपुर। राष्ट्रीय राजपूत करणी सेना के अध्यक्ष सुखदेव सिंह गोगामेड़ी के हत्यारों को दिल्ली पुलिस की मदद से गिरफ्तार कर वाहवाही लूटने वाली जयपुर कमिश्नरेट की एसआईटी की बड़ी चूक सामने आई है। लॉरेंस गैंग को राजू ठेहट व सुखदेव सिंह गोगामेड़ी की हत्या के लिए हथियार उपलब्ध कराने वाला कोटा को हिस्ट्रीशीटर महेंद्र कुमार उर्फ समीर एसआईटी की लापरवाही के कारण फरार हुआ था।

सूत्रों का दावा है कि एसआईटी के पुलिसकर्मियों ने जब जगतपुरा इनकम टैक्स कॉलोनी स्थित महेंद्र के फ्लैट पर दबिश दी थी, तब महेंद्र अपार्टमेंट में ही मौजूद था। जब पुलिसकर्मी अपार्टमेंट के अंदर घुसे तो महेंद्र अपने फ्लैट में गया। पुलिसकर्मियों के फ्लैट में आने से पहले ही वह छत पर चला गया और वहां से नजदीकी घर पर कूदकर फरार हो गया। इसी दरम्यान एसआईटी के पुलिसकर्मी महेंद्र के फ्लैट में मौजूद पूजा सैनी से ही पूछताछ की खानापूर्ति करने बैठे गए। ऐसे में महेंद्र वहां से आसानी से फरार हो गया।

पुलिस ने माना था कि महेंद्र के पास एके-47 समेत कई हथियार थे और वह गैंग को हथियार उपलब्ध कराता था। इसकी एवज में दुबई में बैठे रोहित गोदारा और नेपाल में बैठे वीरेंद्र चारण से मोटी रकम लेता था। महेंद्र व पूजा खुद शूटरों तक हथियार पहुंचाते थे। एनआईए ने पड़ोसी के घर पर लगे सीसीटीवी कैमरे के फुटेज लिए है। इसमें महेंद्र की भागने के फुटेज है। एनआईए डीवीआर जब्त की है।

बदमाश पर दो लाख का इनाम
एसआईटी की लापरवाही से फरार हुआ महेंद्र आज तक पुलिस के हाथ नहीं लगा है। उस पर दो लाख का इनाम घोषित किया हुआ था। गोगामेड़ी हत्याकांड की जांच अब एनआईए कर रही है।

फौजी ने पूछताछ में किया था खुलासा
पड़ताल में सामने आया कि पुलिस ने गोगामेड़ी की हत्या के मामले में नितिन फौजी व रोहित राठौड़ को गिरफ्तार किया था। नितिन फौजी ने पूछताछ में खुलासा किया था कि उसको जगतपुरा में रहने वाले महेंद्र व पूजा ने उनके फ्लैट पर पनाह दी थी। महेंद्र ने ही नितिन की गोदारा व वीरेंद्र से फोन पर बातचीत कराई थी और उनके कहने पर हथियार पर उपलब्ध कराए थे। इसके बाद में आरोपी महेंद्र व पूजा को गिरफ्तार करने के लिए टीम बनाई थी, लेकिन टीम की लापरवाही के कारण महेंद्र फरार हो गया। हालांकि पुलिस ने पूजा को गिरफ्तार कर लिया था।

क्या था मामला
सुखदेव सिंह गोगामेड़ी की 5 दिसंबर को शूटर नितिन फौजी व रोहित राठौड़ ने ताबड़तोड़ फायरिंग करके हत्या कर दी थी। वारदात के दौरान आरोपियों के साथ आए नवीन की भी गोली लगने से मौत हो गई थी और गोली लगने से घायल हुए अजीत की भी उपचार के दौरान मौत हो गई थी। इस मामले में पुलिस ने आठ आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार कर लिया था।

When the policemen entered the apartment, Mahendra went to his flat. Even before the policemen came to the flat, he went to the terrace and escaped by jumping to the nearest house. Meanwhile, the SIT policemen went to interrogate Pooja Saini, who was present in Mahendra's flat. In such a situation, Mahendra easily escaped from there.

Police had admitted that Mahendra had many weapons including AK-47 and he used to provide weapons to the gang. In return for this, he used to take huge amount from Rohit Godara sitting in Dubai and Virendra Charan sitting in Nepal. Mahendra and Pooja themselves delivered weapons to the shooters. NIA has taken footage from the CCTV camera installed at the neighbour's house. It contains footage of Mahendra's escape. NIA has seized the DVR.

Reward of two lakhs on the criminal
Mahendra, who absconded due to the negligence of the SIT, has not been caught by the police till date. A reward of Rs 2 lakh was declared on him. NIA is now investigating the Gogamedi murder case.

The soldier had revealed during interrogation
Investigation revealed that the police had arrested Nitin Fauji and Rohit Rathod in the case of Gogamedi's murder. Nitin Fauji had revealed during interrogation that Mahendra and Pooja, living in Jagatpura, had given him shelter in their flat. It was Mahendra who had made Nitin talk to Godara and Virendra on phone and on their request had made the weapons available. Later, a team was formed to arrest the accused Mahendra and Pooja, but due to the negligence of the team, Mahendra absconded. However, the police arrested Pooja.

Sukhdev Singh Gogamedi was murdered on December 5 by shooters Nitin Fauji and Rohit Rathore by firing indiscriminately. Naveen, who was accompanying the accused during the incident, also died due to bullet injury and Ajit, who was injured by the bullet, also died during treatment. The police had arrested eight accused in this case.
