LPG सस्ता करने के बाद मोदी सरकार देने जा रही एक और बड़ा तोहफा, मिडिल क्लास को होगा फायदा
लोकसभा चुनाव से पहले महंगाई को कंट्रोल करने के लिए केंद्र सरकार ने घरेलू एलपीजी सिलेंडर (LPG price) के दाम में 200 रुपये की कटौती की। अब मिडिल क्लास को एक नया तोहफा देने की तैयारी हो रही है। दरअसल, केंद्र सरकार शहरी मध्यम वर्ग के लिए एक नई आवास योजना लेकर आ रही है। इसके तहत लोगों को बैंकों से कर्ज लेने पर ब्याज में बड़ी राहत दी जाएगी। इसके लिए सरकार अगले 5 वर्षों में 600 अरब रुपये (7.2 अरब डॉलर) खर्च करने पर विचार कर रही है। आपको बता दें कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने 15 अगस्त के मौके पर लाल किले से इस योजना के बारे में बताया था। हालांकि, उन्होंने विस्तार से इसकी जानकारी नहीं दी थी।
क्या है प्लान?
न्यूज एजेंसी रॉयटर्स की खबर में सूत्र के हवाले से बताया गया है कि इस योजना के तहत 90 लाख रुपये तक के लोन पर 3-6.5% के बीच वार्षिक ब्याज सब्सिडी की पेशकश की जा सकती है। सूत्रों ने कहा कि 20 साल की अवधि के लिए लिया गया 5 करोड़ रुपये से कम का होम लोन प्रस्तावित योजना के लिए पात्र होगा। एक सरकारी अधिकारी ने कहा कि ब्याज छूट लाभार्थियों के होम लोन अकाउंट में एडवांस के तौर पर जमा की जाएगी। यह योजना साल 2028 तक के लिए लागू की जा सकता है। अधिकारी ने कहा कि इस योजना से शहरी क्षेत्रों में कम आय वाले समूहों में 2.5 मिलियन लोन आवेदकों को लाभ हो सकता है।
हालांकि, आवास और शहरी विकास मंत्रालय और वित्त मंत्रालय ने इस पर प्रतिक्रिया नहीं दी है। दो बैंक अधिकारियों ने कहा कि इस योजना को लेकर लेंडर्स यानी बैंकों की जल्द ही सरकारी अधिकारियों के साथ बैठक होने की संभावना है। खबर ये भी है कि बैंकों ने लाभार्थियों की पहचान करना शुरू कर दिया है।
आपको बता दें कि इस साल के अंत में प्रमुख राज्यों में चुनाव होने वाले हैं। इसके अलावा लोकसभा चुनाव भी है। इससे पहले सरकार अलग-अलग वर्ग के लिए कई तोहफे दे रही है। हाल ही में एक खास वर्ग के लिए विश्वकर्मा योजना की शुरुआत की गई है। वहीं, महंगाई को लगाम लगाने के लिए घरेलू रसोई गैस की कीमतों में लगभग 18% की कटौती की गई है।

News agency Reuters quoted a source as saying that under this scheme, annual interest subsidy between 3-6.5% can be offered on loans up to Rs 90 lakh. Sources said home loans of less than Rs 5 crore taken for a tenure of 20 years will be eligible for the proposed scheme. A government official said the interest subvention will be deposited as advance in the home loan accounts of the beneficiaries. This scheme can be implemented till the year 2028. The official said the scheme could benefit 2.5 million loan applicants in low-income groups in urban areas.
However, the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development and the Finance Ministry have not responded to this. Two bank officials said that lenders i.e. banks are likely to hold a meeting with government officials soon regarding this scheme. There is also news that banks have started identifying the beneficiaries.
Let us tell you that elections are going to be held in major states at the end of this year. Apart from this, there are also Lok Sabha elections. Before this, the government is giving many gifts for different sections. Recently Vishwakarma Yojana has been started for a special category. At the same time, to control inflation, the prices of domestic LPG have been reduced by about 18%.
