कांग्रेस ने राजस्थान के लिए अपना चुनावी घोषणा पत्र मंगलवार को जारी कर दिया. इस मौके पर कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष मल्लिकार्जुन खड़गे और राजस्थान के मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत मौजूद रहे. कांग्रेस ने अपने घोषणापत्र में 10 लाख रोजगार, 4 लाख सरकारी नौकरियों का वादा किया है. इसके अलावा कांग्रेस ने किसानों के लिए कॉरपोरेट बैंकों से 2 लाख रुपये का ब्याज मुक्त लोन देने का वादा किया है. कांग्रेस ने अपने घोषणापत्र में MSP पर कानून लाने की भी बात कही है.

इसके अलावा कांग्रेस ने मध्यप्रदेश, तेलंगाना, छत्तीसगढ़ की तरह राजस्थान में भी जातिगत जनगणना का वादा किया है. साथ ही गांव में व्यापार शुरू करने के लिए 5 लाख रुपये का लोन बिना गारंटी देने की बात कही है.

कांग्रेस के घोषणापत्र की प्रमुख बातें

कांग्रेस की सरकार बनने पर 2 रुपये प्रति किलो में गोबर खरीदा जाएगा.
- चिरंजीवी हेल्थ इंश्योरेंस की राशि 25 लाख से बढ़ाकर 50 लाख की जाएगी.
- घर की महिला मुखिया को हर साल 10 हजार रुपये सालाना दिया जाएगा.
- छात्र-छात्राओं के लिए फ्री लैपटॉप-टैबलेट मिलेंगे.
- 1.04 करोड़ परिवारों को 500 रुपये में सिलेंडर मिलेगा.
- हर बच्चे को इंग्लिश मीडियम शिक्षा की गारंटी
- पुरानी पेंशन बहाल होगी.
- MSP पर कानून बनेगा.
- कृषि बजट के अंतर्गत हमारी सरकार द्वारा प्रारम्भ किये गए 12 मिशनों का विस्तार कर इन्हें "दो-गुना" करेंगे.
- पंचायत स्तर पर भर्ती के लिए एक नई योजना लाएंगे जिसमें इन कर्मचारियों को धीरे-धीरे सरकारी रिक्तियों के साथ विलय करके जमीनी स्तर पर युवाओं को रोजगार के अवसर प्रदान करेंगे.
- महिला सुरक्षा के लिए हर गाँव और हर वार्ड में महिला सुरक्षा प्रहरी नियुक्त करेंगे.
- हम यौन उत्पीड़न मामलों में त्वरित न्याय के लिए इनकी औसत जांच समय में कमी करने की दिशा में जरूरी कदम उठाएंगे.
- Roadways बसों में महिलाओं को महीने भर की फ्री यात्रा के लिए कूपन मिलेगा.
- शहरी विकास और समृद्धि को बढ़ावा देने के लिए दो निकटतम शहरों के लिए एक विशेष विकास प्राधिकरण का गठन किया जाएगा.
- ऐसे गांव जहां भी 100 व्यक्तियों से ज्यादा की आबादी हैं, उसे सड़क मार्ग से जोड़ा जाएगा.
- सुशासन के लिए "जवाबदेही तथा स्वतःसेवा प्रदायगी कानून" (Accountability and Auto Service Delivery Act) लेकर आयेंगे.
