जयपुर : देश की वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण ने गुरुवार को बजट पेश किया। अब राजस्थान में लोगों की नजरें भजनलाल सरकार के बजट पर टिक गई है। इस बार भजनलाल सरकार ने 20 सालों में पहली बार स्वतंत्र रूप से वित्त मंत्री बनाया गया है। ऐसे में वित्त मंत्री के रूप में दिया कुमारी 8 फरवरी को पहला बजट पेश करेगी। इससे पहले बीजेपी हो या कांग्रेस, उनके मुख्यमंत्री ही बजट पेश करते थे। हालांकि यह बजट पूर्ण कालिक नहीं होकर लेखानुदान होगा। लेकिन फिर भी सियासत की नजरें राजस्थान की वित्त मंत्री दिया कुमारी के बजट को लेकर इंतजार कर रही है।

क्या होता है लेखानुदान बजट
राजस्थान में जब भी नई सरकार बनती है तो, लेखानुदान पारित कराया जाता है। क्योंकि राजस्थान में हमेशा सरकार का गठन दिसम्बर माह तक होता हैं। उधर, 1 अप्रैल से नया वित्तीय वर्ष शुरू होता हैं। इसके तहत कुछ महीनो के लिए सरकारी कर्मचारियों के वेतन, पेंशन और अन्य सरकारी कार्यों के लिए राजकोष से धन लेने का यह प्रस्ताव होता है। जिसके लिए विधानसभा से मंजूरी लेनी होती है। ऐसे में भजनलाल सरकार भी 8 फरवरी को लेखानुदान पेश करेगी।

स्वतंत्र वित्त मंत्री के रूप में पहली बार होगा बजट पेश
भजनलाल सरकार 8 फरवरी को लेखानुदान सदन में प्रस्तुत करेगी और जिसे पारित भी करवाया जाएगा। दिया कुमारी पिछले 20 सालों के बाद पहली ऐसी वित्त मंत्री है। जो सरकार का बजट पेश करेगी। इससे पहले मुख्यमंत्री ही बजट पेश करते थे। इस दौरान वर्ष 2003 से 2023 तक दो बार मुख्यमंत्री के रूप में वसुंधरा राजे और इतनी ही बार अशोक गहलोत ने वित्त मंत्री के तौर पर बजट प्रस्तुत किया है। ऐसे में आने वाले बजट को लेकर सियासत के नजरें दिया कुमारी पर टिकी हुई है।

केंद्रीय बजट पर अपनी प्रतिक्रिया में वित्त मंत्री दिया कुमारी ने 'एक्स' पर कहा कि 'नया भारत, नई दिशा! आज वित्त मंत्री श्रीमती निर्मला सीतारमण द्वारा पेश बजट में पर्यटन और इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर के लिए प्रमुख घोषणाएं आय के साधन की प्रमुख धुरी बनेगी। प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में भाजपा सरकार हर वर्ग, हर क्षेत्र के विकास हेतु प्रतिबद्धता के साथ आगे बढ़ रही है।'

Whenever a new government is formed in Rajasthan, Vote on Account is passed. Because in Rajasthan the government is always formed by the month of December. On the other hand, the new financial year starts from 1st April. Under this, there is a proposal to take money from the treasury for the salaries, pensions and other government works of government employees for a few months. For which approval has to be taken from the Assembly. In such a situation, Bhajanlal government will also present vote on account on 8th February.

The budget will be presented for the first time as an independent finance minister.

Nirmala Sitharaman, major announcements for tourism and infrastructure will become the main sources of income.
