रविंद्र भाटी के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज:दो दिन पहले एसपी ऑफिस का घेराव किया था, CID-CB करेगी जांच

बाड़मेर लोकसभा सीट से निर्दलीय उम्मीदवार और शिव विधायक रविंद्र सिंह भाटी के खिलाफ बालोतरा के पचपदरा थाने में मामला दर्ज हुआ है। सोमवार देर शाम पचपदरा सीआई अमराराम खोखर ने भाटी और 32 नामजद लोगों के खिलाफ धारा-144 का उल्लंघन, राजकार्य में बाधा और हाईवे जाम करने का प्रकरण दर्ज कराया है। मामले की जांच सीआईडी-सीबी करेगी। 27 अप्रैल को भाटी ने समर्थकों के साथ बालोतरा में एसपी ऑफिस के बाहर 4 घंटे धरना दिया था।

दरअसल, भाटी ने 26 अप्रैल को राजस्थान में हुए लोकसभा के दूसरे चरण के मतदान में समर्थकों से मारपीट का आरोप लगाया था। उनका कहना था कि बायतु में कई घटनाएं हुई थीं, उनके समर्थकों को पीटा।कई अप्रवासी भारतीयों को वोट देने से रोका गया था। मामले में कार्रवाई को लेकर भाटी ने 27 अप्रैल को बालोतरा एसपी ऑफिस के बाहर धरना दिया था।

इस दौरान भाटी ने कहा कि शुक्रवार को षड्यंत्र हुआ था। 100 बूथों पर फर्जी वोटिंग हुई और प्रशासन की मिलीभगत रही। इस दौरान मतदान को प्रभावित किया गया।थानाधिकारी अमराराम खोखर ने बताया कि 27 अप्रैल को हुई घटना को लेकर पचपदरा थाने में मामला दर्ज किया है। जांच सीआईडी और सीबी को दी गई है।

थाने में रविंद्र सिंह भाटी, हिन्दू सिंह, सौरभ सिंह, घनश्याम सिंह, नरपत सिंह, रहिशदान,राजेंद्र जैन,राणीदान, अमरसिंह, पीरसिंह,कपिल खटीक, प्रकाश दान, महेश प्रजापत, माधु सिंह,सवाई सिंह, रामसिंह, मिलन सिंह खारवाल, मगन सिंह, बन्टी राजपूत, विक्रम सिंह,जसू,राजू खारवाल, नेमीचंद, लक्ष्मण सिंह, त्रिलोक सैन, नितेश, दौलत सिंह, चिंटू युगल सिंह, जेपी, राहुल सहित कई लोगों पर मामला दर्ज हुआ है।

A case has been registered against independent candidate from Barmer Lok Sabha seat and Shiv MLA Ravindra Singh Bhati at Pachpadra police station in Balotra. Late on Monday evening, Pachpadra CI Amra Ram Khokhar has registered a case against Bhati and 32 named people for violation of Section 144, obstruction in official work and blocking the highway. CID-CB will investigate the case. On April 27, Bhati along with his supporters staged a 4-hour dharna outside the SP office in Balotra.

In fact, Bhati had accused supporters of assault during the second phase of Lok Sabha elections held in Rajasthan on April 26. He said that many incidents had taken place in Baytu, his supporters were beaten up. Many NRIs were prevented from voting. Bhati had staged a protest outside Balotra SP office on April 27 regarding action in the case.

During this, Bhati said that a conspiracy had taken place on Friday. Fake voting took place at 100 booths and there was connivance of the administration. During this period, voting was affected. Station Officer Amra Ram Khokhar said that a case has been registered at Pachpadra police station regarding the incident that took place on April 27. The investigation has been handed over to CID and CB.
