राजस्थान में कल बंद होंगी मोबाइल इंटरनेट सेवाएं, धारा 144 लागू

राजस्थान लोक सेवा आयोग कि आगामी परीक्षाओं को देखते हुए आयोग भवन से 300 मीटर की दूरी तक धारा 144 लागू की गई है. जिला कलेक्टर डॉ भारती दीक्षित ने यह आदेश जारी किए हैं. उधर, अजमेर में रविवार को होने वाली आरपीएससी की परीक्षा के मद्देनजर अजमेर मुख्यालय पर तीन घंटे के लिए इंटरनेट बंद रखने का भी निर्णय लिया गया है.

लागू की धारा 144: कलेक्टर भारती दीक्षित ने बताया कि राजस्थान लोक सेवा आयोग एक संवैधानिक संस्था है. आयोग भवन की परिधि क्षेत्र में धरना और प्रदर्शन कार्यों के प्रवेश को निषेध रखना और ध्वनि विस्तारक यंत्रों को भी प्रतिबंधित किए जाने की आवश्यकता है. आयोग भवन के बाहर धरना प्रदर्शन एवं ध्वनि विस्तारक यंत्रों से राजस्थान लोक सेवा आयोग की गरिमा को ठेस पहुंचती है.

साथ ही संस्था के दैनिक कार्य भी बाधित होते हैं. इसको रोका जाना आवश्यक है. इसलिए धारा 144 के अंतर्गत आयोग कार्यालय की बाहरी चार दिवारी के 300 मी परिधि क्षेत्र की सीमा के अंदर निषेध आज्ञा लागू कर प्रतिबंध लगाए गए हैं. प्रतिबंधित क्षेत्र में पांच या पांच से अधिक लोगों के एकत्रित होकर किसी भी प्रकार का जमावड़ा करने, धरना देने, प्रदर्शन और नारेबाजी आदि करने पर प्रतिबंध रहेगा. साथ ही प्रतिबंधित क्षेत्र में किसी भी प्रकार के ध्वनि विस्तारक यंत्रों का उपयोग भी नहीं हो पाएगा. उल्लंघन करने वाले पर कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी.

रविवार को रहेगा इंटरनेट बंदः संभागीय आयुक्त का प्रभार देख रही कलेक्टर डॉ भारती दीक्षित ने बताया कि राजस्थान लोक सेवा आयोग की ओर से आयोजित सहायक आचार्य, पुस्तकालय अध्यक्ष एवं शारीरिक प्रशिक्षण अनुदेशक परीक्षा 2023 की गोपनीयता बनाए रखने की दृष्टि से अजमेर संभाग के जिला मुख्यालय अजमेर में 7 जनवरी को दोपहर 11 से 2 बजे तक इंटरनेट बंद रहेगा. इस दौरान 2G, 3G, 4G 5G की इंटरनेट सेवा बंद रहेंगी, बल्कि एसएमएस, एमएमएस, व्हाट्सएप, फेसबुक, ट्विटर अन्य सोशल मीडिया सेवा अस्थाई रूप से निलंबित रहेंगी. वॉइस कॉल, ब्रॉडबैंड एवं लीज लाइन की सुविधा इससे अप्रभावित रहेगी.

यह होगी आगामी परीक्षाएं और साक्षात्कार: आयोग की आगामी परीक्षाओं में सहायक आचार्य पुस्तकालय अध्यक्ष एवं शारीरिक प्रशिक्षण अनुदेशक ( कॉलेज शिक्षा विभाग ) परीक्षा 2023 का आयोजन 7 जनवरी को होगा. ये परीक्षा अजमेर, भरतपुर, बीकानेर, जयपुर, जोधपुर, कोटा व उदयपुर जिला मुख्यालयों पर होगी. पशु चिकित्सा अधिकारी भर्ती 2019 के लिए 8 से 12 जनवरी तक साक्षात्कार का छठा चरण होगा. इसी तरह आरएएस मैंस 2023 का आयोजन भी 27 एवं 28 जनवरी को होना प्रस्तावित है, जबकि 25 फरवरी को सांख्यिकी अधिकारी प्रतियोगी परीक्षा 2023 का आयोजन होगा.

Mobile internet services will be closed tomorrow in Rajasthan, Section 144 imposed

In view of the upcoming examinations of Rajasthan Public Service Commission, Section 144 has been imposed up to a distance of 300 meters from the Commission building. District Collector Dr. Bharti Dixit has issued these orders. On the other hand, in view of the RPSC examination to be held in Ajmer on Sunday, it has also been decided to shut down the internet at Ajmer headquarters for three hours.

Section 144 imposed: Collector Bharti Dixit said that Rajasthan Public Service Commission is a constitutional institution. There is a need to prohibit entry of picketing and demonstration activities in the perimeter area of the Commission building and loudspeakers should also be banned. The protest outside the Commission building and loudspeakers hurt the dignity of the Rajasthan Public Service Commission.

Besides, the daily work of the organization also gets disrupted. It is necessary to stop this. Therefore, under Section 144, restrictions have been imposed by imposing prohibition orders within the 300 meter perimeter area of the outer four walls of the Commission office. There will be a ban on gathering of five or more people in the restricted area and any kind of gathering, protest, demonstration and sloganeering etc. Also, any type of sound amplifying devices will not be used in the restricted area. Legal action will be taken against violators.

Internet will remain closed on Sunday: Collector Dr. Bharti Dixit, who is looking after the charge of Divisional Commissioner, said that in order to maintain the confidentiality of the Assistant Professor, Librarian and Physical Training Instructor Examination 2023 organized by the Rajasthan Public Service Commission, the district headquarters of Ajmer division, Ajmer. Internet will remain closed on January 7 from 11 pm to 2 pm. During this period, 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G internet services will remain closed, but SMS, MMS, WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter and other social media services will remain temporarily suspended. Voice call, broadband and leased line facilities will remain unaffected.

These will be the upcoming examinations and interviews: Among the upcoming examinations of the Commission, the Assistant Professor Librarian and Physical Training Instructor (College Education Department) examination 2023 will be organized on January 7. This examination will be held at the district headquarters of Ajmer, Bharatpur, Bikaner, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Kota and Udaipur. The sixth phase of interview for Veterinary Officer Recruitment 2019 will be held from 8 to 12 January. Similarly, RAS Mains 2023 is also proposed to be organized on 27 and 28 January, while Statistics Officer Competitive Examination 2023 will be organized on 25 February.
